The service level from here, omg where do I start, you are greeted respectfully by everyone from the guards to the reception, restaurant and bar, cleaners all amazing, cheerful kind smiles, they are always willing to help, amazing staff, engaging and tentative, the only thing is the ones in the massage area team kind of stand out not as engaging, but are fine once you interact. The facilities are clean, if you have any issues, they service it quickly Now the food, good food also service for this was always so quick and at my door in the matter of minutes unbelievable timing They keep you updated on current events in whats app I will happily reeturn

Clean property. Room was clean and looked after. Room smelt nice which seems to be rare in Bali for this price point. All essential shops opposite from the lobby such as laundry service, spa, barber and a convenience store with few restaurants. Breakfast was great.

Great stay - very comfortable, good breakfast, great villa and complimentary services for the villa.

Great hotel, villa was great with private pool. Complimentary was the fact that you could have breakfast in the villa with no additional costs and you could choose your own menu. Great service in terms of the fridge in the villa. Cola, Sprite and water bottles in the fridge, water bottles in the bathrooms were re-stocked and if you were out of it, you can just call room service to bring it to you. You could play your own music very loud on the speakers or on the television. Everything in bathroom is re-stocked every day including the towels of the pool. All in all a great stay.

Timings of the beach shuttle, you can only go once in an hour, would be great if you could go 2 times in an hour.

DISGRACEFUL

Position, nice pool

No water for days, no hot water for days, can’t flush toilet, no plan to send us anywhere to use a toilet? Really poor form, clearly they were doing renovations with buildings beside it and just not telling us whats going on? The have your money as you have paid for a service and they don’t offer any other options? We left before our time and went to another hotel for showers and toilet etc. really disgraceful treatment, worst I’ve ever had, there only offer to help was to send us a plate of fruit??????

Location retail shop at the bottom have a fashion show last Thursday of the month was so fun with 15% off all products

Asked for a late check out 4 days prior told us to wait enquire on the day of check out then they will let us know l was willing to pay the $870 000 late for check out. Check out day comes and they say we can’t extend hotel to full. At this stage l was getting frustrated and demanded we have a solution fixed here as l done the right thing as a guest to ask prior to this situation happening the lovely lady took another looked and fitted us in. I explained to her l know it’s not your fault and policy you are just doing your job she was lovely by the way. I would highly suggest in future you look into changing this policy and find a better solution around these situations that occur in your business it will make things so much easier for other guests the convenience. The shower was cold and the drinks quite were expensive with no happy hour. Kind Regards Lizzy

The staff are most welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is amazing. Location is central to everything and the shuttle bus to the beach is so convenient.

This place was amazing ten years ago when we last stayed there. Now it's a dated, overpriced lemon, trying to capitalise on what it once was. We regret staying there, we could have got so much better elsewhere, for what we paid. Their buffet breakfast was very unimpressive, to say the least. The drinks up at the pool bar are so ridiculously expensive. We don't mind paying for quality, but our cocktails tasted watered down. We ordered cocktails at AU$15 each because there was no way we're going to pay their AU$20 for a glass of wine!

Too expensive, not a 5 star

Swimming pool at rooftop nice view to city

This is not a 5 star hotel. Rooms need refreshing, no slippers, no chairs on balcony, no clothing rack, we got told off by bar staff of having little snacks at rooftop, their food are overpriced, breakfast average. Swimming pool no shade , only 1.2 metres deep, so get quite warm. The rates for the rooms are overpriced, there are better and cheaper accommodation around this area.

Disappointing and noise key issue

Pros - rooms big and spacious, good housekeeping however not a 5* more between 3 and 4.

Noisy with a nightclub next door until 4 or 5 am. Food basic and buffet not good often things ran out and not well cooked. Pool area nice but not enough lounges and no system to stop some guests having a large pool bed then leaving towels and claiming it for the day when not there for hours. A simple if left more than 20 mins sign towels will be taken would stop that. Bar expensive

Relaxing and good food

The breakfast was great good selection of foods, the room was great air con was excellent wifi was amazing and a huge plus for us, staff eger to help in any way we just had a had time understanding and maybe needed more written information about hotel would been great.

The brief at the start was a little hard to understand and no real information in the room other then call on the phone. But still great.

For a 5 star hotel the bathrooms were outdated , towel hooks falling off the wall . Wooden decking around the pool need some TLC , screws sticking up from the wood . Good options for room service and breakfast need more options .
