nothing is was very bad, I don't understand why it is a 3 star hotel it should be half a start

the rooms, bath room was leaking nothing was done about it, the sheets on the bed wasn't clean and ripped. the list goes on

The staff were very helpful and friendly and the rooms were definitely worth their money.

There were far too many ants in the room that I would find crawling on me while I was sleeping. The hotel need to find a solution to this.

Hayal Kırıklığı

20 dakika da araç ile merkeze gidebiliyorduk.

Çok kirliydi, yatak çarşafları ve havlular değiştirilmemişti. Gördüğüm en pis yataktı. Akşam 11.30 da varmıştık. Temizlenmesini ve çarşafların değişmesini istediğimizde önce inkar ettiler odaya gelip gösterince de housekeeper yok öğlen değiştirebiliriz diye çözüm üretmekten kaçındılar. Kızıp bağırmalarımızla ve bizi uğraştırdıktan sonra çarşaf alıp gelip değiştirdiler. Açık havuz resimlerden farklıydı ve temiz değildi. Cafe de resimdekinden farklıydı ve resimlerdeki kadar masa sandelye yoktu. Sadece 2 tane köşeye koymuşlardı baya küçüktü. Biz orada havuz başında bilgisayarlarımızla çalışmayı hayal ediyorduk fakat gerçekleştiremedik. Tranfer hizmeti sunduklarını yazdıkları için havalimanına geldiğimizde havalimanından alınmak için booking üzerinden iletişime geçmeye çalıştık fakat cevap vermediler. İletişimsiz kaldık, baya bekledik ve tranfer'i kendimiz bulduk son anda olduğu için fazla para ödedik. Kesinlikle parasının hakkını karşılamıyor yakın ücretlere daha güzel hoteller vardı.

l'emplacement de l'hôtel

Le personnel qui n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur.. Refuser une dosette type nescafé à un client c'est petit... Le petit déjeuner bof ! La piscine est ridicule comparée aux photos. Les travaux dans la rue, le bruit des engins de chantier, les travaux bruyants dans l'hôtel le matin de très bonne heure et tout cela sans même un geste commercial.. Hôtel à fuir tout simplement.
