Nice and quiet except during a heavy rain, there was Jet Engine sound roaring, not sure what that was

Too many mosquitos, I was eaten alive night and day, inside and outside room. The room was smaller than most “Suite” category.

With the money we paid, it was fair.

Staff were very friendly and trying to help. They attend to our quarry and helped as much as they could.

very poor presentation, ragged and old fashioned apartments, facilities were old and not working properly, consumables were short, such as shampoo and body wash soaps. No spring waters, we bought our spring waters on daily basis. Breakfast was poor, but clean.

Quiet and comfortable place to stay

It was quiet and back off the busy streets. Great air con and comfortable rooms. The staff were lovely and helpful with everything. It was walking distance (probably 15 mins) to the main part of town we got a car or bike most of the time though as it was a bit hot for the kids to walk both ways.

The hot breakfast was cold and not very nice. The cold options were fine though.

It was just a little too far to walk to the beach if doing it several times in the day. Ok if you’re happy to taxi/ scooter though.

Location is very good, staff are very friendly and helpful, breakfast is fairly good ,except no coffee included in the breakfast, garden area is nice,.

Can be a bit noisy from guest's talking on the small balcony as only bamboo screens divided them,rooms are clean, but have to askfor cleaning & tea bags,sugar coffee, & clean towels, bathroom drain was really smelly,needed a good disinfectant,! Patio needed a deep cleaning,! The whole place needed re painting looks old & tired,& only 2 sundeck pool loungers, seems that more could be invested into the maitance & rejuvenate the property's.

Sanctuary in the City

Nicely situated back off the road, in a quiet jungle like setting.Very friendly staff. We booked the family room which was two comfortable rooms around a small seating area. Perfect for 3 adults. Generous breakfast delivered to the room. Order the night before. Lovely swimming pool

Clean, comfortable and great value

Quiet, clean and comfortable. A/C worked well. Great shower pressure. Great pool which gets sun (& shade) all day. Some really fabulous local (so cheap & fresh) options for food. About a 20 min walk to Legian & Seminyak Beach, so we got our steps up rather than using Grab or Gojek.. Great value for money!

Breakfast average but ok. Don’t pay extra though, there’s plenty of places nearby. Only 2 sun lounges, but there are a couple of tables & chairs. These are only minor… Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

The brilliant air-con, cleanliness of room, great hot water shower, the quietness. Very special thanks to Wayan on Reception for organising my phone charger to be collected in Ubud.

The best part of our stay was the extremely comfortable beds!

The beds were the best part of our stay, plus the staff were nice! The breakfast was dismal and the room tiny! They propped the tiny bedside table thing up with the sides of the beds. We moved the beds to pick something off of the floor, the table fell down along with our coffee and lemonade! Made a mess EVERYWHERE! Not what you expect for a table to be!!!

Good value accommodation

Size and layout of room and bathroom was functional. Having a kettle in room to make drinks and drinking water readily available in lobby. Location is a bit out of the main tourist areas but there are still a few good restaurants walking distance.

Patio area did get a bit hot for family room so could only be used at certain times of the day. Breakfast was quite light.

It’s just a great comfortable place. Close to everything without being to to close to the noise ,Good service, rooms cleaned daily , friendly and helpful staff , Hot Shower was the best😂

Everything was great. Only thing I could say as an improvement would be the breakfast, having to pick from a select menu that changes daily was not great for me as I’m a bacon and eggs person and that is not on the menu

Relaxing quite and value of money

Arana Suites was a lovely quiet resort to stay with lots of tropical plants. They staff were very friendly and helpful. A ground floor room with our own private porch. A good selection of breakfast that was bought to your room or by the pool as requested.

A luxury experience at an incredible price!

The design of the hotel is just so pretty, it’s full of plants giving a jungle feeling and all the staff is very professional and friendly. The room is just amazing, with a terrace, bamboo slippers, coordinate bathrobes, toiletries including toothpaste, use of safe box, change of towels daily, fresh breakfast every day delivered to the room! My partner and I couldn’t believe we were getting this kind of service for the price we paid! The hotel staff offered a motorbike rental service, which was great. Next door there is a very good laundry, a supermarket, a gym and several restaurants/ cafe, ATMs... basically everything you may need.

The location may seem far from the beach but actually we didn’t mind it at all. It’s away from the touristic madness. It’s only 5 minutes ride to Legian Beach, 10 minutes to Seminyak and Kuta beach. I highly recommend this place if you like exploring and enjoy luxury at a very small price!
