Overall we had a great stay at the Kampi Hotel and would not hesitate to stay there again.

We had a 5 day stay and could not fault the Kampi hotel. Rooms were clean, comfy bed, good breakfast, great location and the staff were very friendly and could not do enough to make us feel welcome.

Great Staff Service, but Significant Maintenance Issues

A satisfying stay at Kampi. The room was spacious and featured a lovely view, as requested. I was particularly impressed by the breakfast variety and the complete set of room amenities provided. It is an excellent value-for-money option for travelers looking for quality at a low price

While the staff were helpful, our experience was marred by significant maintenance issues. The hallways leading to the rooms were often untidy, suggesting a lack of a regular cleaning schedule. More concerningly, the building’s only elevator broke down during our stay. This made it very difficult for my elderly parents, as we were situated on the 5th floor. On a positive note, the security guard and staff were very kind and assisted us with all our luggage during check-out, which we greatly appreciated.

Amazing location, great value for money and perfect little stay in Legian

Location was amazing, a few steps away from the beach and very accessible to all that Legian has to offer. Breakfast started at 6am which was fantastic for early mornings before tours and the hustle and bustle commenced on the streets. The hotel was very pretty and comfortable. The staff at Kampi makes the hotel, everything was accommodated and met with a smile. Kampi is extremely affordable, and I was pleasantly surprised just how good the hotel was. Beautiful little Parisian balcony overlooking the pool.

Cool and recomended

The staff are very friendly and attentive, Ferdi (Reception) Ria (FB Service) , Surya (kitchen), they greet, smile and keep asking my needs. Keep it up. The hotel facilities are good, the room is clean, all good. Breakfast selection are worthy and good. A little suggestion for bubur ayam menu ini the buffet it's better to provide cakue, fried shallot, and boiled egg where I didnt fins it. The rest are very nice!

It’s very well located, you have everything close by, the pool was nice, the staff was very friendly, the fact that in includes buffet breakfast is amazing (it was very good, even though it was plenty Asian options not a lot of western food). I would definitely come back. Thank you.

The AC was not strong enough, and we could hear an animal like trapped in the AC ceiling area (not sure what was it) even though we never got to see it.

Pleasant. Bit dated. Had problems with air con. Went to 25 one night and had to get man to clean filter. Rooms tiny so my friends paid extra for suite. I was on floor 3 too much walking so paid extra for floor 1 near pool. Extremely noisy in mornings at 6am

A 5 minute walk to the beach and plenty of bars, cafés, restaurants, and shops in the area. Staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for us.

I didn't enjoy the breakfast. However, it's probably just personal taste. They had plenty of Indonesian food to choose from. My preference would be something lighter for breakfast.

Great hotel and breakfast but noisy at night.

Centrally located in Legian. It's a walkable distance to many shops and restaurants. The room are pretty spacious for a couple, clean and decent bathroom size. Breakfast are a very nice international buffet! Other facilities like bar, restaurant, and pool, are in normal condition.

Because it's cebtrally located, it's surrounded by bars and live music. The room soundproofing can't hold the noise. Sometimes you can hear people sing until 2 am.

The place is clean and has a smart tv which made the stay really easy the wifi is good and the bed is clean

Very nice hotel located in Kuta, less than 5 minutes of walking far away from Kuta beach. Room service was great, there was no problem with anything durning our stay. Room was big enough, toilette was good, everything needed was there. Pool was clean. Breakfast at hotel were good, not the same every day.

Great way to start my trip

Staff are just incredible and make you feel very welcome. They found out my name at breakfast and kept using it during the service which was just unheard of. I haven’t even had that kind of service in a five star hotel. The breakfast was sensational and they make a very good coffee.

The staff especially april was very friendly & helpful nothing is too much trouble .the room was nice & clean . Location was ok .

Brilliant Stay

Everything. The buffet breakfast included, the friendly staff, nothing is too much for them. Pool is great too. Anything you need, they organise. Even the simple menu is not expensive, and Ve makes the best coffees. Juni is a wonderful host. Even the room makeup staff are friendly. Id go back in a flash.

Location is amazing. In the heart of things but tucked down a little alley so a little quieter than you would expect for the central location.

One of the best places we have stayed in Bali!

Super lovely 3 star hotel but felt like a 4 star hotel with great breakfast, comfy bed with clean sheets and super friendly staffs always smiling making sure everyone is happy. Teguh, Salaman, Ria and Priyo and the rest of the staffs whose names I don’t remember were the best. They made us feel special. 15 minutes walk to the beach and lots of nearby restaurants/bars.

Bathroom too small and no shower screen. Bedroom space a bit too small with not enough space to place an extra luggage. Clothes hangars too little only 3! Beautiful pool but too cold to swim.
