Good value for money and get what you pay for.

Rooftop pool was nice to relax in. Large room

Breakfast is a little disappointing but sufficient. When the air conditioner in the room engages it is quite noisy and does vibrate the room a bit. Jug water in the room for drinking instead of drinking bottles so I didn't risk drinking it.

Only had breakfast once and for a buffet breakfast there was not much at all. Did not eat breakfast there again.

Beds were very uncomfortable. Bed linen was stained badly and then mattress and protector had blood stains. Mattress was thin and hard as a rock. The tv had basically no reception. Air conditioning didn’t work properly. When it rained the water ran straight into our room under the bed. Didn’t refill toilet paper or body wash. Had to request it on numerous occasions. Staff were beautiful but hard to find someone that understood English as it seemed there was only one person on desk that did. Was moved room twice and nearly a third Occassion.

Nice hotel, shame about the location

The room was lovely, the bed was comfortable. The staff were always very friendly and happy. The rooftop bar was lovely.

I was moved to another room due to a leaking pipe in the bathroom. The room I was moved to was at the end of the building and the noise from the street and nearby bars was very loud at night. Oh and I struggled to find suitable protein choices from the breakfast buffet. The area surrounding the hotel is quite dirty and the constant harassment of people selling their wares whether it be a bike ride, tattoo, massage, timeshare or shop items was just too much.

The rooms weren’t that clean with ripped sheets on the bed and the towels stunk if they hadn’t been washed properly , buffet breakfast was not that great not a lot of selection

Sevn - disappointing all round

The rooftop bar and staff were nice and the room had good airconditioning.

Bed was supee hard. Hallway walls were dirty. Room service was almost non-existant, after 3 days we had to ask to get our room cleaned! The breakfast cost Rp10,000 which was an absolute waste pf money! Stale donuts and pasteries, watered down sauces, juice and maple syrup and the pancakes were like hockey pucks. The water temperature in the shower fluctuated, the lifts were consistently out of order. Overall it was a very very disappointing stay. Please review your 4 star rating as it does not reflect accurately the accommodation or service. A rating of 1.5 is more truthful

Stayed for 7 nights and would stay here again if I’m back in Bali. Value for Money well spent

The staff were awesome and really made us feel so welcome and their service was top notch.

The only downside is that the room had a damp smell. But once you get over the first night you don’t notice it anymore. Some guests were really disruptive on our floor banging their doors in the middle of the night.

Good value centrally located with great rooftop pool.

The rooftop pool and bar were the standout for this location, particularly at sunset. Room service and front desk were very helpful. There is a money changer in foyer and the rates were competitive. Breakfast menu was extensive.

I'm not that keen on the location. Very crowded but lots of bars close by if thats your thing. It's near the beach but once again very crowded in spots.

Disappointed

Location

We stayed there for three nights and booked a suite on the highest floor. Unfortunately, there was a serious roof leak just outside our door. Maintenance work was carried out from 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm while we were inside the room for 2 days. It was extremely loud, and the staff were constantly talking. We asked them many times to stop, but they didn’t seem to understand. We then contacted the manager, but the issue was still not properly resolved. The only compensation offered was two 30-minute hotel massages. As a result, we didn’t get to enjoy the suite at all during this trip. In addition, this is really not a kid-friendly hotel. Thankfully, we didn’t bring our children. At night, it felt more like a large escort hotel, with constant activity in almost every room.

Location. Pool is lovely and plenty Sun beds. Food was delicious. We needed somewhere for a late arrival and an early departure 28 hours later

Always a good experience staying here and in a well placed position.

I have stayed a number of times and will keep coming back. Staff are always lovely and willing to help. My room is comfortable and clean. The breakfast is good too especially the omelettes.

The new water fountain is a good idea but the jug was a bit too tall .

The staff were friendly and the breakfast had a good variety.

The aircon was very noisy. The bedding stunk of stale body odour. I asked them to change it and was ok but then I was out and they changed it again with stinky sheets and pillows. The place needs a refresh and a bloody good scrub.

Location close to restaurants, shops and a short walk to the beach. Air con worked well in the room, and the shower had good pressure and hot water. Nice big bed and easy to relax and watch a bit of tv. The view from the pool was lovely, the bar was quick to serve and you could also order food/snacks. The pool was clean and refreshing with staff willing to set up the umbrella's and provide towels.

The walls & door are quite thin so you can hear people coming and going at all times of the night. Luckily we had earplugs so we used them. The pillows are huge and uncomfortable, take your own or ask if they can swap them with something with less height.

Great, enjoyed it yet again, will return

location is great, easy to access many attractions, beach, shopping, services, etc. Well maintained property that has an abundance of facilities within and close by. Friendly staff, great to have a currency exchange with highly competitive rates within the hotel as changing money safely can be interesting while in Bali. Love the roof top pool with its lounge, bar and massage area. Notice the hotel is trying new attractions with entertainment, pool parties, movies on the roof, and a coffee capsule machine in the room a big hit.

There is little that I can fault in the category this hotel markets itself too, it is not trying to be a five-star resort targeting honeymooners or the luxury end so if you are seeking those attributes, you should not look to Sevn.

Great for a few day stay, close to Legian beach and Garlic Lane.

The price was very good, and location was close to the beach There was a money exchange on site The location was amazing, one block to the beach. You could choose if you paid as you went or charged it to your room. The staff were very friendly.

Breakfast options could be improved. We didn't get our rooms close together and we had kids in one room and adults in the other. The photos gave the impression that it was much newer than it was. There were some staining on the walls and the bathrooms out of date.

All in all it was pretty good. Next time we will follow up on the air conditioning and tour bookings.

Location, value for money and facilities. The breakfasts were good and the money exchange was really handy in the lobby.

We asked at reception for information regarding booking an excursion to see the Kecak fire dance and was told someone would contact us, but no information was provided. There was an issue regarding our air conditioning where we could not adjust the temperature. Whilst it was cool it was also damp in the room and the bed linen felt damp also.
