Great position. Clean. Excellent staff and service. Nice pool. Very comfortable all round.
Breakfast is substandard. New chef and direction required asap. Extra help behind the egg station for starters. Bacon should be in warmer ready rather than on order and produce is too Asian focused, not always suitable for Westerners.

Good location right in the heart of Legian. Balcony room on 5th floor was modern, clean and well appointed. Staff were always friendly and attentive. Rooftop pool was a real plus with great views over the Kuta coastline.
The buffet breakfast had variety, but not much change each day, especially in the fruit and cold selections, made breakfast a little boring.

Great location
Only given one roll of toilet paper, no tissues, one bottle of water, the boy who took our bags to our room would not leave until we gave him a tip. We only had big money so gave him 100,00rp
