Amazing stylish hotel with super food and staff

Very stylsh hotel in a nice comfortable no expensive area. Amazing breakfast with a big choice and besides the huge buffet also daily extras included. The staff is amazing, especially Randi and all the girls at the restaurant/bar and Yuddi at the reception. I also recommend the massages at the hotel's own spa. Next time I'll stay again at this beautiful hotel where you feel very comfortable also when travelling on your own. Top choice for Bali!😊🙏🏻

Perfect spot for me in the future lifestyle I hope to live

I have already left her a review for this property but I was so happy with the location the quality of the rooms and the hospitality of the staff that I've booked again. They went above and beyond upgrading my room. Besides a few issues with the water everything else was fantastic. I will definitely be back!!

Lack of hot water for a couple of days wasn't great but it's Bali and cold showers were fine.

Perfect Hotel

Hotel was simply amazing. Central but hidden, I had the garden room and it was fantastic. Staff were incredible.

Good location, close to beachfront and in the middle of shops. The architecture was cool

Air con was faulty and old. Took forever to cool room. Water was smelly in first 10 seconds of turning tap on. Floors were exposed concrete which was dirty and left feet black. All bedsheets and towels had stains on them.

Excellent location and friendly staff!

Location and staff were excellent! Rooms were clean and well serviced. The shower and toilet are located semi outdoors, which was different. Breakfast came with two a la carte choices (Asian or Western), and then the buffet provided cereal, fruit, toast, beverages, etc. Cute setting and nicely tucked away. Beach was an easy short walk.

The air-conditioning didn't work on our first night (offered a solution to move, but we were too exhausted and already unpacked. We did move rooms the next day, however). There was mosquito fogging, which if we were made aware of when booking, we would have stayed elsewhere. Strong chemical smell from night works (floor coating on level below) for two nights. Fumes seemed to come through the air-conditioning. Several hot, sleepless nights, unfortunately.

Stayed 10 days at Lloyd’s Inn — only highlights were the staff and the spa

Llyod's Inn has all the aesthetically pleasing cues for all your Instagram pictures moments. The swimming pool, the view from the spa and the cascading plants as you walk in.

I booked two rooms of the same category but received two very different sizes. One room was significantly larger than the other, despite both being listed as the same size. When I requested a room with more sunlight, as our balcony faced directly into another hotel. I placed in the same size smaller room with dirty sheets. The hotel's lack of attention to detail, particularly in housekeeping, became more apparent throughout our stay. One day, we returned to find both TV remotes missing. We contacted reception, and it took over 30 minutes for someone to assist us. On another occasion, we had no bath towels in the room. After waiting a long time again, we went down to reception, only to be told that “someone was on the way.” It still took another 10 minutes after returning to our room for the towels to finally arrive.

Enjoyed the location staff and use of the shower for a late night flight

It was a great location easy to walk around an a 5 minute walk to Seminyak beach with all the warungs and restaurants on the beach with access for amazing sunsets.

The rooms closest to the lifts were noisy in the early hours of the morning with people coming back to their rooms with loud talking but not a reflection on the hotel. Requested not to be close to this area as it is a sitting area.

I didn’t like the fact that we didn’t know that the pool was under maintenance- this should be advised clearly before booking. Also the rooms are poorly designed and no real balconies as such, very enclosed and the place felt very unfinished

Too much to say here unfortunately. Hotel is super rundown and badly maintained. Every part of the room was dirty and falling apart. We already changed rooms once as the original room we got was visibly dirty and musty. The second room was not much better unfortunately. Sheets stained, cracks on floor, shower floor is incredibly sticky (I dared not step into the shower barefoot). funky smell. Unfortunate because with some proper maintenance and renovation I can see how the hotel could be much better..

Bed sheets, linen and towels were disgustingly dirty, EVERYTHING had stains on them! When I asked staff for clean unstained linen they couldn’t, everything had stains 🫟

The property was pretty, with excellent staff and a delicious breakfast. It was close to the beach.

The location isn’t ideal. The hotel is tucked away in a narrow street with ongoing construction, making access inconvenient — especially for cab drivers who often struggle to pass through it. It isn’t pleasing even by walk. It's also worth noting that this side of Seminyak isn’t ideal; you’re better off staying closer to other beaches in Seminyak (I’d recommend Pantai Batu Belig Beach) and the livelier side near Canggu, Atlas, and FINNS. Always check which beach are you choosing before deciding on the hotel in Bali because not all beaches are nice even if they’re in the same town.
