Extremely tired but very clean
The facilities needs a major lift
Rooms and bathrooms are clean but tired
Flooring in the rooms needs redoing
Bath towels are grey in colour and not crispy white normally that of an upmarket hotel
Surrounding pool facilities needs an uplift as well
Perhaps an upgrade of cushions around the pool may lift that look
Buffet breakfast pretty basic perhaps a change up or alternate menu every other day
Not very good options for dinner hence your promotional nights are not very successful eg your Balinese nights should offer a better dinner menu and therefore keeping guests in the hotel for dinner
The best thing about your property was the location the value for money, the cleanliness and great staff who were always very friendly and helpful at all times
Not too sure if I will return
If I do it would be perhaps nicer stay in a different room other than the 2 superior rooms booked
