We have stayed at The Bluzea for the past 20 years. It was our go to hotel back when it was called The Breezes. We always had an amazing time! My partner and I love the location which is a short walk to the beach and all the dinning options. The staff always greet you with a smile and eager to help. The pool, the gym are in great conditions and the breakfast selections are great. We were upgraded to the ground pool side room which we had requested and We were very pleased. Looking forward to our next visit!

Stayed for 4 nights. Ordered the margarita pizza & a couple of beers as arrived when dark and it was a great to start out trip. While the room is dated it was clean & cool. Breakfasts were a great way to start the day and offers western & some local cuisine. Staff were attentive and friendly. Our only negative would have to be the continual music from the swim up bar throughout the day. It seems the needs of the few (loud drinkers) outweigh the consideration of the many. If a bit of peace and quiet is what you are after then I would look elsewhere. It is certainly a handy location but we will probably book somewhere else next time (only because of the one negative).

Wonderful property in a great location, extremely helpful and approachable staff and cleaning staff go the extra mile to give you a very refreshing experience. Buffet breakfast is good but a little limited, a bit of a variety on rotation would make this place the perfect stay. Pools can not be faulted, large, deep and ultra clean with an excellent towel service provided. Had a great 8 days at this resort and a wonderful experience with the Balinese culture.

Fantastic hotel with excellent facilities, very friendly staff who bend over backwards to help. Breakfast is second to none, restaurant food is brilliant and very reasonably priced. We’ve stayed at the Blu -Zea at least 8 x times now and can’t wait to go back as soon as we can. We’d recommend this hotel to anyone - we can’t find any faults at all - it’s great.

Hotel is in a great location. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean. The breakfast was okay - we didn't love it as it didn't vary much each day (only the Asian section), and we found it a bit bland. There were only the same 3 fruits each day on offer too. The hotel is very noisy - lots of music by the pool which went into the evening. The walls of the rooms are very thin and we had inconsiderate neighbours who'd arrive home at 3am and talk very loudly and play loud music waking us up for 3 nights in a row. They were drunk so didn't care when we went to talk to them about it. Was very glad when they left! Also I would suggest the hotel installs the soap and shampoo/conditioner canisters in the rooms like they do in the "departure lounge" section. The hotel still uses the small plastic bottles which aren't eco-friendly and often, ours were taken away and replaced when there was still half remaining which was an additional waste. We also had 2 rooms - in one, the air-con was quiet and cold. In the other, the air-con wasn't very cold, was loud to run and had a bright light which lit up the room. We had to wear our airplane eye masks to block out the light as it was too hot in the room when we tried turning it off. I also wore earplugs to block out the noise.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, good amenities in and around the hotel. The breakfast had plenty to choose from and plenty of staff looking after the guests. Lunch and dinner was reasonably priced and was a good meal. Highly recommend this hotel.

Loved the property, the staff and all the facilities. My only recommendation is the sand pool needs better accessibility in and out of the pool. The step to get in and out is too high and I saw many falling that couldn’t get out. There needs to be more step ladders on the side of the pool where people enter from.

I liked that we had a room that accessed the pool, very large bed, and the guests were respectful of others. A great buffet breakfast that had lots of variety each morning. Friendly staff. Proximity to the beach and shopping. I would stay again. Also if you get a chance go to the buffet nights at the hotel across the rd, was fabulous and very good value.
