The front staff were polite

The breakfast crew was like dealing with small children, they were more interested in laughing, giggling or playing on their phones rather than serving the guests. They were by far the worst staff I have even come across in international hotels anywhere in the world.

good room for a long stay here. my only suggestion is for the bathroom to be more fragrant. all the staff are very helpful. the price is not too cheap and not too expensive to stay here with decent facilities. nice swimming pool. there is welcome fruit, I was very happy when after checking in I was taken to the room and asked how I was. that was a very extraordinary thing.

for the bedroom curtains should be replaced with new curtain.

Great budget hotel with friendly staff and a convenient location close to everything. The room was clean and comfortable, and the price was very reasonable. The kids’ pool was under renovation during our stay, but overall, it was a pleasant and good-value experience.

Oh i came here just a few hour before my flights is at midnight. Wonderful! The staff in desk gave me free earliest check in they could had bcs i said that i had my flight that night.. much thanks so i can spent the rest of my time before coming back to reality hahaha

I had an excellent stay at Boss Legian Hotel and would gladly give them the highest rating! The staff were very welcoming and professional, making check-in quick and easy. The Deluxe Room was spotless, comfortable, and well equipped with all the essentials. Air conditioning, hot shower, coffee and tea maker, and strong Wi-Fi. The rooftop pool and bar were perfect for relaxing, especially during sunset ❤️ and breakfast had plenty of delicious options. The location is another big plus, it’s within walking distance to Legian Beach, Double Six Beach, and close to Seminyak and Kuta for shopping, dining, and nightlife. Overall, the hotel offers great value, excellent service, and a truly pleasant experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bali!

This was my third visit this year, first time in a Junior Suite. The extra space especially the window day bed was enjoyable. The management and staff were very good and helpful. Once again the rooftop restaurant, pool and lounge area was a nice place to unwind and relax with great views. All this without the expensive price tag.

Breakfast was very good on the occasions I ate there, as I had many friends I met up with went for breakfast outside of hotel.

What was rather annoying was the number of cockroaches in my room. I mentioned this to the staff & the manager.

Good location and value$. Clean, comfortable and functional room for a short stay. For longer stays totally recommend the Junior suite or mini apartments. The staff are very attentive and friendly. The rooftop pool area and restaurant is very relaxing with great views.

The rooms require maintenance. The walls were dirty. The floors were dirty. I called housekeeping twice to mop the floor and it was still dirty. My feet were black from walking on the floor very disappointed.

I was quite satisfied with the location of the Hotel

There was an issue with the bathroom, it does need some repairs, but it was adequate and was kept clean during my stay.

Roof top pool was good.

Room we had did not have a balcony and looked at a large brick wall with artificial flowers scattered on it. When asked if we could move to a room with a balcony they said it was a cheaper room and did not have a fridge in the room.

I like the location but you could find a better hotel in same location.

It wasn’t clean enough, very old and run down. The first room had mold and smelt musty it affected my asthma. The second room they gave me was better, and I could tolerate the room it was ok. The pool however has algae in the little pool, and rubbish in the big pool like it hasn’t been cleaned that day. I just wanted a relaxing holiday to lay by the pool and read and I couldn’t do that here. I lasted 2 nights of my 5 night stay before moving hotel.

So on arrival was asked for a deposit for the room key 50 000 & told on departure i would be refunded when it came time they rufused n said i was lying the staff were very rude smirking and laughing thinking it was a big joke plus check your pillows moldy pillows i got sick n spent a week n a half being sik room service was terrible rang up at 5 pm n was told the kitchen was closed but it said it was 10 pm when i finally got a hold to order something the pasta was of n they didnt have most of wat was advertised on the menu the pool was filthy moldy all the way around i was descusted in most things n the lack of care factor i will never stay there again i got accused of being a liar n im very unhappy with the staff all very lazy and very un helpfull thanks for ruining my visit to bali

Everything. The hotel is dirty, outdated and in need of major TLC. The showers are covered in rust. The sinks do not drain. There is no closet or hooks to hang anything. The bedsheets are dirty and stained, and the towels are too. There is so much street noise that it causes the room to shake all night. The AC drips. We had to ask multiple times for someone to take a look. There is spider webs everywhere in the room. The walls are dirty, the furniture was falling off the walls, literally.

the whole building was falling apart which typically doesn’t bother me if its just the outside. however my room was peeling away and the room was full of mould. after spending an hour and a half with staff who contacted management i was satisfied as i got my refund

Room size

Every piece of linen and the towels all were yellow and all had disgusting 🤮 stains on them! Quite a number of times I requested clean un stained towels only to get more stains! Really poor service!

Location was quite good, staff were very accommodating when we asked to change rooms due to a rattling noise which went on throughout the night and kept us awake - found out it was the pool pump. The second room we got was bigger, however had other problems.

The phone in our room was not connected, even after asking several times if someone could look at it, this was never done so if we needed anything we had to walk down to reception. There was a small leak in the ceiling which we reported (had to put one of our own towels on the floor so we didn't slip) and this was never seen to either. Within the first day, the toilet got blocked so we got someone to come and unblock it. The following day the toilet blocked AGAIN and someone came and unblocked it. On the third day toilet blocked AGAIN and when the maintenance man came, he informed us that we needed to NOT throw our toilet paper into the toilet, but rather in the bin NEXT to the toilet. He pointed out that there was a sign telling us this, however - it was in such small print neither of us noticed it, and it was on the wall toward the back of the toilet so not noticeable at all. If we had of been told this the FIRST time we got the toilet unblocked, we would have changed hotels immediately. Not sure how many people are comfortable taking a crap, wiping their ass and throwing the toilet paper in the bin rather than down the toilet, but that screams volumes to me - SO UNHYGIENIC and we will never stay there again. Wouldn't even rate this hotel a half star. Stay clear of this one folks

We loved the pool, the breakfast and the staff were lovely. We had an early check out and they provided us with breakfast to take away. They also had a games rooms which the kids enjoyed. In our family room we had 2 toilets and showers which was an awesome bonus.

Everything. It was dirty, damp, smelt awful and noisy. The bed was stained and it was absolutely nothing like the pictures or description.

The staff are absolutely stella. They are the star of the show. Nothing was ever a problem very accommodating. From the morning- even restaurant the staff were amazing. As was the cleaning staff. Reception always friendly. We made amazing friends with the local street vendors. Aura Ink who karaoke after hours on the street. Such good people.

Having the description of "Junior Suite" I did expect a bigger room. On the last day, the aircon was leaking, and things underneath it got wet. Otherwise, it was great value for money. Again, the staff were amazing and fixed straight away.

Dear diary Day 1 Today l seen the sunrise & ate breakfast by the pool I swam, sun baked & admired the beautiful ocean views I saw the sunset & had dinner by the pool while watching all the fireworks Watched tv then slept in a beautiful bed Day 2 (ditto) and went on a tour Day 3 (ditto) :) a glass elevator (luxury)

Overall, my stay was wonderful. I was celebrating my son's birthday at this hotel with my wife, and we chose the Family Suite, which comes with two double beds. The hotel has a playroom that kept my boys entertained throughout our stay. Their Rooftop Pool was great facilities as well.

Regardless of the price and star rating of the hotel, I believe this property has significant potential for improvement. To enhance the guest experience, I suggest focusing on the following areas: Breakfast Quality: Improve the taste and variety of hot dishes to offer a more satisfying breakfast experience. Proactive Staff: Encourage staff to be more attentive and proactive in addressing guest needs and inquiries to ensure a smoother and more pleasant stay
