Absolutely grim

Location was ok.. staff was ok.

Air con was useless. Room smells of damp. Pool and surrounding areas not looked after. Dirty toilet. Dirty shower. Massive pee stain on the bed. We paid for 1 week and checked out after 1 night. Staff didnt care as we paid on advance.

Such kind and lovely people! My taxi didnt turn up despite reassurances! At the last minute.. One member of staff loaded me and a lot of luggage on her motorbike and whizzed me to the airport!! Above and beyond. Absolute legend. The location is perfect, a little oasis away from the hustle and bustle but everything in short walking distance. A gem of a find and incredibly reasonable!

Pleasant stay

The location is excellent as close to Seminyak beach and various restaurants. The 2 Bedroom Unit was spacious enough for 2 people each having their own bathroom. Small complex so fairly private and a lovely pool. Staff were very helpful and pleasant

The furniture is oldish and could be updated. Had to ask quite often for housekeeping to clean room or just refresh the towels and remove the rubbish. Not sure if when occupied they were respecting our privacy, however when we were out it was not cleaned either until we asked.

Luxury bed and sheets were a lovely surprise.

I liked everything except there were no pool ease access steps. I could not use.

Great location & Staff but...

The location was great on a quiet road within seminyak. The staff were very accommodating, and they let me do early check-in, which was very helpful. We had a few hiccups, and they were quick to fix it.

Toilet flush and AC in one of the rooms had problems. Staff were quick to call the technician, but it was uncomfortable for us. Accommodation is a bit run down and needs good clean.

Great stay

It is very central to Seminyak and walking distance to restaurants, massage and shops as well as Double 6 beach… the swimming pool is cute and ideal to refresh. The bedrooms are spacious and clean with food AC.

It is shame that there is nothing to cook something.. just a small cooker - 2 rings will have been ideal.

Cheap Clean Great position and value for money ona budget

Close to the beach and main shops & restaurants. It’s quiet and the staff are friendly. The rooms are of older type and clean and roomy for family. Price is great and love the area. The rooms are a little dark because older style but ok.

Just the bed mattress was uncomfortable for us because its middle leg was broken and also the mattress was well worn with dips and bumps from overuse. Bed was clean just needed updating. We were on top right

Dirty! Photos completely misleading, chairs stained and torn, beer bottles on the floor outside, photos showed a lounge room with a tv but no lounge room to be seen.

Good location, very quiet, flat pillow, good shower, bed comfortable.

Very run down, small room, very small plunge pool, unlike the photo, shabby, kettle, but no cup or provision to make tea, in room, my room right on the street, no view/aspect, staff available but no feeling of warmth or care. Would not return, other properties so much better value for less $, such as Champlang Mas.

I love to stay here which is why I always return.

I have stayed at Niramaya many times, it always comes up to my expectations. Lovely obliging staff ready to help if needs be. Plus for me the use of a push bike! If you like a peaceful environment this is definitely the place to stay.

This time I had a bad fall in the shower and hit my head hard on the tiled floor. The shower head was spraying erratically and there was no rail to catch hold of when I slipped. It might be a good idea to have some kind of bar to hold if you need to move around for the direction of the water.

It was clean, spacious and the location was very convenient close to everything we needed.

The WiFi wasn’t good and it doesn’t work in the bedrooms you need to be in the living room where it’s slow as well.

Loved the location! For the cost of my stay I couldn’t fault it! The staff were very friendly and happy to help with our transport to the airport last minute.

Management & Staff went above and beyond for us on more than one occassion. Very friendly Amazing location, down a quiet laneway but close to shopping strip and 10 min walk to beach Quiet and peaceful accommodation

A quiet space to unwind at the end of the day...

This was our 2nd stay at Niramaya and we requested an upstairs apartment as some of the downstairs units can be rather dark. Our unit was a 2 bedroom with 2 balconies - one overlooking the road which we did not use, and the other overlooking the pool where we ate our breakfast and sat each evening. The apartments come with a medium size refridgerator, microwave and water cooler. There is also a toaster and kettle, as well as limited crockery and cutlery. The rooms are also serviced each day which was an added bonus for the price. Several of the apartments are long term tenants so its mostly quiet. The pool is sparkling clean with a few deck chairs around a compact garden area. The location is great - about 5 minutes walk to the busy stretch of shops and restaurants, and around 10 minutes past the Grand Mercure to the beach. Bingtang Supermarket about 15 minutes walk up the street and around the corner. We also extended our stay by a couple of days and were moved to a 1 bedroom apartment opposite the pool. Loved the doors that opened up to the pool from our bedroom but unfortunately the previous guest had been a smoker and the room had been sprayed so strongly to cover the ash smell that for the entire time I was there I found it hard to adjust to a strong odour of mothballs or napthalene flakes.

The Villas could be enhanced with some renovation work in some of the bathrooms and also a coat of paint to lift the dark wood theme. With a little bit of love and care this place could be really special. The smell of the one bedroom apartment really was overpowering - the airconditioner in that bedroom also needs attention.

A fantastic location for the price!

Amazing value for the money! We just needed a room before we took a late flight home - somewhere to store our luggage and just hang out. We had a separate bed/bath and small living area with kitchenette - much bigger than anticipated and much appreciated considering there was 4 of us. Staff were very friendly and the pool adequate.

Exceptional

Very comfortable and clean. Nice pool and garden area. We booked the one bed room villa with an extra bed and that was perfect for a small family. Very central to shops, restaurants and the beach, but tucked away off the main street so nice and quiet. Staff were very kind and helpful. Price was very reasonable. Will definitely be back one day. Highly recommended.

Everything!! If people said this place is a 3 star accommodation, for us it was a 5 star. Very family inventive. Excellent service that we hardly get from any other hotel/accommodation. The staff are very helpful, and very patient with our situation. It just above and beyond the price you paid. It's like home for us.

Everything is perfect!! The only thing that we didn't like was that we had to leave 1 week earlier in rush :(

Location and service is EXCELLENT

EVERYTHING! My second time back.. Location is great, very quiet and away from the traffic however 2mins walk away to the main street.Beach 5 minutes walk.Bingtang supermarket 5 mins walk. However my favorite part is the boys. Their service was "second to none" EXCELLENT. .Help you with anything and our room was cleaned daily "when we left the room that is" we spent the good part of 3 days just resting and doing nothing. Your very well taken care off with the boys.
