I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Bali

I had a great stay especially being the only one there. I had the pool and everything else to myself. Good location close by to the supermarket, shops & restaurants.

Passable for a basic night

Has all the basic stuff, some staff were really nice, has a pool which looked clean, does the job for a basic night stay. Bintang supermarket, just a couple of minutes walk away from there. Did give a good night sleep though. Was okay for the price.

The place is in a dark back alleyway, our grab driver even warned us to be careful as there is risk of being robbed. I booked the superior room, the room looks nothing like the images, you can tell it has not been maintained for a long time, the bed sheets were stained, even after we got them to change it, they blamed it on discolouration. The bathroom wasn't that clean, can tell it needs a renewal. They do not serve any mineral water at the property, considering Bali water is not safe to drink, you have to go Bintang to get water first. We stayed there one night only and as nice as the staff are, strangely, we were constantly pestered to checkout. Checkout time was 12pm and this staff member was already knocking at 11am when we were sleeping to checkout, he went away and came back for 11:30 telling us we need to checkout, we told him ok we got till 12. Then we went to Bintang at 11:35 to get some last minute stuff before going and he came back to us telling us to checkout again. Within one hour, I had to answer to him 3 times, felt like he just wanted us out of there. Room is already not so good, coupled with that, not really a great experience, wouldn't stay again, many more properties in Seminyak.

Good value, very comfortable. Very quiet. Nice staff.

Looks exactly like the photos. Beautiful property, close enough to the main street, but very quiet. Nice pool. Loved the outdoor shower. Near the bintang supermarket and an excellent breakfast place next-door to the supermarket.

I had the two story unit. The bedroom area was upstairs. The air conditioning upstairs was not as good as downstairs. The following is small, but important . The room should be generously stocked with toilet paper, shampoo, and body wash . Guests should not have to ask and dispensers should be full. Note the property is a 15 minute walk to the beach at a good pace.

Very disappointing and glad we only had 2 nights there

The pool was okay.

The hotel was far from what we had expected, quite run down. Building work started every day at 7 am (something we were not told about). Just after our arrival at 10pm, we realised that the toilet in one of the bedrooms did not flush and there was no hot water to have a shower. By this time, the person who had welcomed us originally had disappeared from site so we had nobody to ask until his return the following day at 11a.m. The problem had been that the water had not been turned on to the cistern and that the water needed to be left running five to ten minutes to come from the hot tank. A note mentioning this in the room would have avoided this problem, but by this time we had had 12 hrs without use of a toilet and no ability to take a shower. The hotel describes itself as being 150 m from the beach. There is no direct access to the beach and It takes 15 to 20 minutes to walk there. The hotel was supposed to provide daily housekeeping. There was none.

Staff where friendly and grlpful

Hard to locate and to get dropped off with luggage was difficult. No wardrobe in room to put clothes away.

La chambre aurait pu être un peu plus propre mais ce n’est pas grave au vu de prix!
