Beautiful, clean, tranquil

The property was very beautiful, a great mix of traditional Indonesian vibe within a modern exterior. It was very protected, with security at both entrances.

I never got a chance to use the pool, I went down each morning at around 10:30/11 and every time it was already full. I know this is my fault, but dam are these people not on vacation because they’re waking up at the crack of dawn to reserve a bed 😂 it looked beautiful thou

Rooms are spacious and new , hotel locations is very good 1 min from the beach and to all city center activities in Seminyak

Firstly, the linen in our room was not properly changed or adequately washed, which already raised concerns regarding hygiene standards. Unfortunately, the situation escalated on my final day, when I suffered from a severe stomach infection after consuming breakfast at the hotel. Prior to this, I had not eaten anything else, making the source of the illness very clear. When this issue was reported to the reception staff, the response was completely unacceptable. The receptionist showed no empathy, concern, or willingness to assist, and instead dismissed the matter by stating that it could not be related to the hotel breakfast. Such a response is highly unprofessional, especially when a guest is clearly unwell and in pain. Additionally, an email was sent to the Duty Manager regarding this matter, which remains unanswered to date. The lack of response further reflects poor management and disregard for guest wellbeing. At the very least, I would have expected basic human concern — a simple follow-up or inquiry about my condition. The absence of any care, accountability, or communication from your staff has completely ruined our experience at your hotel. This situation raises serious concerns about hygiene practices, staff training, and customer care standards, and I expect this complaint to be taken seriously.

Loved it - will definitely be a regular feature for us !

We love this location, so easy to walk out to the beach, restaurants, shopping etc. The pools are fantastic, plenty of sun loungers and seating options. Always love a swim up bar.

The Pool Food Menu was limited and the meals we did have were not inspiring. The Hotel Entrance is poorly designed, we walked and arrived by car and bike many times during our 3x stays over 10 days and had to navigate the lack of a proper foot traffic area at the entrance to the Hotel. Also the staff on duty in this area were always standing on the small footpath which meant you had to step down onto the driveway to leave and arrive at the property.

The first day we got in, we had to move rooms because our room had a bad sewerage smell. The room we moved to was outdated and lit air conditioner did not work properly - Only had 1 setting (very cold).

Poolside service was poor. The QR code system didn't work, when I wanted a drink or something to eat I had to go back to the restaurant to order. Some occasions I spoke to 3 staff to finalise an order for a cup of coffee. Definitely no evidence of staff servicing this area and no attempt to upsell. Some staff not fully trained for F&B

Friendly Staff and Great Amenities

The buffet breakfast had an unbelievable amount of variety and the staff were incredibly friendly. The rooms were spacious and airconditioning worked very well. Best feature was its proximity to the beach in one direction and then shopping and stalls the other directions so everything you possibly need is only a few hundred metres within reach. Would definitely recommend

We had a pool view room so were lucky but if you had garden or road view it wasn’t nice to sit on the balcony, garden did not belong to the hotel and was not maintained road view has an unfinished building to look at The reception staff were very rude on our second last day demanding we pay our bill even though it matched the deposit we had held, they found us poolside in front of other guests, was quite embarrassing , and not necessary considering the deposit was paid. Poolside does not have enough loungers and zero entertainment Because of the issue with reception staff we would not stay again

Unforgettable due to the fantastic staff ,great facilities and the balinese people

A sensational location 50 metres from the beautiful beach with the magnificent sunsets and bars and restaurants and the other way is all the shopping that you can manage. The hotel has a fantastic open reception area where you can relax and watch the world go by. The rooms are spacious, luxurious and cool and the beds are so comfy to fall into after a long hot day travelling around beautiful Bali. The pool is magnificent and inviting, great for kids and families and another oasis from the hustle and bustle of Seminyak and surrounds. But the real highlight was the staff. From Pande at reception who helped us plan our Nusa Penida trip through to Surya, Kusuma, Bian, Marliane at breakfast who were absolutely delightful, helpful. and nothing was to much trouble. My wife mentioned how much she liked the beef balls soup one morning and despite it being off the buffet menu the next morning she received a bowl of this soup separately made by the kitchen. Now thats service. Further we had a day trip planned where we had to leave before normal breakfast service was to begin. Not a problem they put together a substantial breakfast of local and Western food(along with drinks), had in our room 30 minutes before we were to leave at no charge. Every interaction with the staff on the property we were met with smiles and greetings. All the staff are an absolute credit to the company. Do yourself a favour a spend some time with these wonderful people. We are heading back hopefully in April next year

An excellent choice of hotel!

The breakfast and food in general was excellent, along with the location. A special shout out to the staff, who are all very friendly and accommodating in every aspect. I'd encountered problems with my knees while on this trip and the staff very helpful with wheelchair transfers to the restaurant, pool and reception areas and in a very timely manner. Would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting an exceptional experience.

Lovely hotel as far as accomm, location, staff - but could be so much more with a little effort!

Rooms were great - clean, spacious and comfortable. Only complaint would be the lighting in the bathroom which is way too dim for applying make-up. Location is great - on the border of Legian and Seminyak. Staff are gorgeous, as always :-)

Unfortunately I have nothing great to say about the breakfast. Although its a buffet, the food was basically the same day in, day out. Approx 2-3 dishes are changed every 2nd day, but they're not anything different from the two days prior ... just seems to be on an ongoing rotation. By the end of 1 week we weren't interested in eating it anymore. Expected better for the calibre of hotel and price we paid.
