Location. Staff super lovely. Room is clean, bed is HUGE.

Breakfast was always good, good selection of fresh foods and the egg station is always awesome. Coffee could be better, but still enjoyable. Rooms are always clean and well maintained. Staff are so friendly and accommodating, nothing is ever too much trouble.

Disappointing on all fronts.

Great location.

This hotel was extremely disappointing especially for the price. Gym facilities were old, dated and often not working., Food was over priced and not very nice at all. Room service took forever to recieve and arrived cold. A complaint was made with no feedback from either reception or the kitchen. If looking for food or drinks around the bar best you go and find a staff member because they won't come to you. One if our rooms had no hot water and despite continuing to advise staff the problem was never rectified and no alternative was offered. The only positives I can offer are the beds are very soft and comfortable and the security staff extremely friendly. The highlight of most days. Safe to say I won't be staying at this hotel again.

Lovely relaxing stay, great staff, very friendly and helpful. beachfront hotel with comfortable room

Lovely breakfast, lots of choice and all fresh. Pool was nice, but spa pool near restraint could do with upgrading / maintenance. Room was spacious and comfortable.

Noise from neighbouring hotel was disturbing, especially late at night and early hours. Some poolside beds were broken and could have done with some repairs, but nothing that affected sunbathing. Only minors niggles which did not detract from the experience.

A peaceful oasis in the heart of Legian.

A fabulous hotel in a great location. A quiet oasis with everything you need within walking distance. The rooms are huge, luxurious and clean, and the balcony overlooking the pool was beautiful. The staff were all wonderful and so helpful. We really were so impressed by the Bandha!

We had a very disappointing stay at this hotel and would not recommend it.

We had a very disappointing stay at this hotel and would not recommend it. Rooms & Maintenance: We stayed in both a Family Suite and a Junior Suite, and both had serious issues. The Family Suite had a strong sewage smell that made the room uncomfortable. Despite complaining to housekeeping, nothing was done. The sliding door in the kids’ bedroom was broken. Fortunately, we didn’t have children with us, but this would have been unsafe otherwise. The Junior Suite’s air conditioning was completely non-functional. Instead of offering an immediate room change, the hotel sent an engineer late at night (around 12:30 AM) to “fix” it and asked us to wait 30 minutes. The fix didn’t work. We finally received a replacement room around 1:30 AM, but even that room’s AC took most of the night to cool. This resulted in a very uncomfortable night, especially for my elderly parents. Breakfast: Breakfast was below average—uninspiring, limited, and not memorable in any way. Staff & Service: The staff was challenging to deal with and unnecessarily rigid. Even simple requests—like borrowing umbrellas—turned into long questioning, and we were asked to go back to our room to retrieve them ourselves. Basic hospitality was missing. Overall: While the property may look attractive from the outside, it is clearly run down and poorly managed. The lack of responsiveness, maintenance issues, and overall service quality made this a very unpleasant stay. We regret choosing this hotel and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere, especially if traveling with family or elderly guests.

We stayed at another hotel which offered free Netflix so when we got here we were a bit disappointed that you had to sign up for a plan to watch it, don't like entering in personal information over an unsecured wifi.

Beautiful hotel. Very grand. Rooms are stunning. All the personalised touches made our first trip to Bali very special. Location is great. Buffet breakfast was delicious, coffee was perfect. The service was INCREDIBLE! Every staff interaction (and over two days there were many interactions) was joyful, very attentive, exceeding all expectations. I actually can’t believe the consistency in service, very lovely staff.

My stay was fabulous, it was my first time in Bali and staying at the Bandha made it all the more enjoyable.

The Bandha was absolutely beautiful, as soon as you walk into the foyer it’s giving tropical vibes. The tiled floors and ceilings were just lovely. We had a free upgrade to a junior suite abs it was absolutely amazing. The staff were genuinely so lovely and attentive to our every need. Nothing was too much for them, always had smiles on and very friendly. I couldn’t fault this hotel or their staff.

If I did have to make a suggestion it would be to incorporate more Indonesian food at the breakfast buffet.

Big bathtub in the room, but no hot water for the bath. Room service - called a few times but didn't answer had to walk down to restaurant to order. Only reason for room service was I was unwell. Room service food was average.
