The staff were friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much hassle. We were always greeted with a smile and a good morning. The hotel was fantastic, came with every amenity needed. It was in a fantastic location, just across from the beach and lovely shops, restaurants and bars. We really had a wonderful experience and will sure to be back at some point.

Positives: rooms are clean and good size (I got upgraded which was amazing), staff very friendly and helpful, the main pool was great and good location.
Negatives: There is construction next door which really impacted on our holiday. I was after a relaxing holiday by the pool and the constant jackhammering made that difficult. Would have been better to know this before booking. Food also average.
Once construction is completed this is a great hotel to stay at.

We have stayed at the Bandha 4 times now as part of our Bali holiday & will continue to do so on future trips. Staff are wonderful, it’s clean, rooms are very spacious with huge baths/spas & it has 2 pools both of which are quite peaceful especially the one near reception. Beds are comfy & they have a pillow menu. Location is perfect as it’s a quick walk along the esplanade to Seminyak, or Kuta in the other direction. Thankyou Bandha, see you next time
