Hotel was in a good location.
Room and hotel very clean and tidy.
Adult pool way too small for number of hotel guests. Pool attendants favoured regular guests and were always changing the rules on people booking beds for ages with towels and not turning up to use them- very annoying!
Major issue with patio door warped, and with an ocean view (therefore road side) the traffic and fireworks noise at night, due to faulty door was unbearable.

Location was amazing, walking distance to everything. Rooftop pool stunning.
Check in/ reception was not organised, service was very average. Team member very confused while trying to check in. Laundry service not great, if you do not pay $250 when you check in your laundry will be held for ransom. Slightly overpriced drinks compared to other resorts.

Location
The beds are far to hard, very uncomfortable.
Not enough pool sun beds by the infinity pool.
The cleaning of the rooms were done to late in the day
