A pleasant stay in room 2344

Room comfort and size,staff excellent from front desk to porters.Room service menu top notch.

Due to the inclement weather,the wifi dropped out also lifts inoperable,for an 80year old 3 flights of stairs was a challenge.Nature was the cause,not the hotel.

The location was good. The hotel is very pretty and staff is very helpful. Even thought the building is old it is maintained pretty well. The grounds are beautiful.

Noise from the aircon blocks under the balcony was loud and annoying. No proper entrance/exit for pedestrians. Only through the gate together with cars and bikes or through a restaurant that is further away from a hotel entrance . The air in the room wasn’t fresh. The towels, linen and bath robes were greyish not white.

A beautiful stay for a couple of days!!

The best stay for me when travelling Internationally. I always go to Pullman in Legian to just arrive for a few days before I move on to my longer term location. Loved it again, especially the rooftop deck. Super friendly staff as well.

The property is certainly showing its age. We had a few doors that wouldn’t close, a loose toilet and an occasional odour that wasn’t too pleasant.

Poorly managed.

Location and rooms.

The Pullman Legian has a good location and nice rooms, which on the surface makes it look like a strong option. In reality, it is let down badly by poor attention to detail and what feels like disorganised management. Everything took far too long and the hotel felt permanently stretched and overrun. The check-in experience was a disaster, we arrived just before the 3pm check-in time but the room was not ready for more than an hour. That lack of control carried through the entire stay, with numerous small but constant failures that quickly add up. The room itself was very good and the location is excellent. The food was also very good, and the staff were friendly. However, friendliness alone doesn’t compensate for poor organisation. Management clearly has not got this place to a standard you would expect from a Pullman-branded hotel and for what you pay! This property has potential, but at present it feels chaotic, and nowhere near delivering value for money and that is a very big thing in Bali….I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

we loved the location , the room was the issue , on the last day when we were packing up , all our luggage shoes etc was covered in mould , this was supposed to be a 5 star hotel , we payed a premium for the room , we noted when we arrived that there was no mouldy smell but as the days rolled on , it got worse

Rooms are showing their age. All The bath soaps are locked in position in the shower which doesn’t help if you are having a bath. Balcony furniture isn’t very comfortable or of any quality. Breakfasts wasn’t anything amazing.

Good location but wouldn’t recommend

We were originally given an ocean view room (building 3) which had a major mould issue. We complained and were moved to a different room next to the pool that was in a newly refurbished building which was much better. Rooftop pool was nice for a swim and cocktails. Breakfast had a wide range of options.

The mould in Building 3 is a serious health hazard and the smell made us feel unwell. If you want to stay at the Pullman, we’d recommend only staying in building 1. Pool had construction during our entire stay which was noisy and disruptive.

We loved the adults only pool as we were holidaying without kids and enjoyed the peace. Breakfasts were lovely, lots to choose from. Room was clean & very spacious.

Disappointing

It’s a decent location if you want to be in legian. The grounds are beautiful and a good escape for the busy streets.

For the price the hotel is pretty dated, the bedding wasn’t nice. Their strict after 3pm check in time even in low season is disappointing, also we asked for late check out of only an extra hour, the staff checked with the manager who lied and said the hotel was fully booked so it’s not possible, there were still rooms available online. I wouldn’t go back!

Fantastic as Always!

This is the 10th time staying here. We also booked a few nights at another close property to mix things up this time in bali but regretted it. The Pullman way a much nicer hotel with beautiful staff.

Incredible resort

Beautiful resort with amazing staff. The buffet breakfast is one of the best I’ve had in Bali, and they even upgraded my room at no extra charge. I’ll definitely be rebooking at the Pullman next time I’m in Bali.

An absolute Haven to retreat to after the hustle and bustle of Legian.

The staff are exceptionally genuinely friendly and will go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. The Buffet Breakfast was very good, fresh and varied catering to all tastes and nationalities. We enjoyed the infinity pool each afternoon, music selection was quite good. The grounds are beautifully maintained and have a calming spacious feel, very zen.

Its was excellent, the pillows were feather soft and lovely, another type of pillow that was firmer would have been good
