Staff extremely friendly and happy.
Excellent location with very clean and comfortable rooms.
Fantastic kids pool, entertainment and grounds for playing.
Breakfast was a little basic for western options. Lots of Indian options.
Infinity Pool was green.

The staff and amenities were great and had lots to do throughout the day. The staff were always happy and quick to do anything that was needed

The environment was clean, pool was great, room was spacious and catered for a family of 3. Buffet breakfast and room service food was good. Close to Legian beach and shopping areas.
Noisy residents making noises during midnight to early hours, not taking consideration of people sleeping.
Aircon in the room was not cooling the room properly
Whilst eating breakfast, staff are approaching to sell you business activities, which interrupted you.

The food was very good considering we were there over Nypi day (quiet day), so minimum staff were rostered to work, and the hotel was full.
Our room had a sewage odour, and I believe it was due to the plumbing being overwhelmed. We weren't able to change rooms because the hotel was at capacity.
The safe did not operate in our room.
