Excellent location and impressively quiet once you’re inside. Undergoing significant renovations at present but the noise and workers didn’t stop us from having a great stay.
Extra grit on the floors likely from renovation. Rooms were generally quite clean. Sink was blocked but they were very quick to send someone

We have stayed here several times and keep coming back, we love it, even with renovations going on which should be finished soon
Great staff, awesome location across from the beach, great restaurant on site, nice quiet hotel that isn’t large, beautiful landscaped gardens

We were in a Alam Lanai room near the garden pool so we didnt need to go too far to swim and the location opposite the beach was great. The closeness to Melasti street was also good so we could go to Garlic Lane easily etc.
The bed was like rock, so bad that we asked them to swap mattresses or rooms. This took nearly a full day and we had to nag before they eventually obtained a topper which improved it slightly. We found the resort to have quite a cramped feel to it, with the rooms on top of each other and we could hear guests coming and going late at night.
