Enjoyable overall but a wee bit overpriced given what I had in Kuta for much less dollars.

Perfect hotel, perfect location.

Everything was perfect. Location, breakfast, rooms, pool/bar definitely a 10/10. Special shoutout to the pizzas, they were next level good. Staff were awesome and attentive. Will definitely come back next time!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed

We had an amazing time, the option of a lift or stairs to our floor, the staff were lovely, the breakfast had lots of options and was delicious, the pool was the perfect temperature and the swim up bar was fantastic. Loved everything about our stay.

The only thing I see with some people is that the bar across the road plays until midnight, we shut the door and blinds and watched a movie once or twice without hearing much but the music was pretty good and midnight isn't that late so we listened and enjoyed most nights.

The lack of communication & emergency response plans. Several people became severely unwell suddenly due to a chemical spill which went through the room & the lack of communication or evacuation response didn’t exist.

Whilst fantastic location and amazing staff this property should not be advertised as a ‘family friendly’ accommodation.

Great location and super friendly staff!

The late night music was next level disturbing. We travelled with 3 children and were left exhausted every morning from being kept up until after midnight from music being played across the road. One night we had zero sleep and this ruined our day trip because we could hardly keep our eyes open. Wasn’t a family friendly accommodation- the swimming pool catered for adult guests and music was mainly heavy metal or punk rock- again not relaxing. Smokers surrounded the pool and the swim up bar aswell as smoking up in the smaller pool. Every hard to get away from cigarette smoke while in the pool.

Family group holiday

Location was great. This was the first time we have returned to a hotel we have stayed before. The first time was a great stay although with dated rooms but all were being renovated at that time. Staff - last and this time - were fantastic. This time breakfast did not meet our previous stay although was ok. The all you can eat buffet wasn't great and for the money wouldn't really recommend this time tbh. We stayed at the front of the hotel this time also which with the two big bars with live music made it quite noisey (stops about 1130pm ish), but earplugs are supplied and didn't bother me. Other family members stayed in rooms further into the hotel and did not have an issue with any noise, so if you're a light sleeper, maybe request one of these rooms. The pizza bar attached was good food. For the money, friendly staff, location and cleanliness would recommend.

Toilets didn't seem to flush properly and the buffet wasn't good. Steak served blue. The coffee (cappuccino etc) were from a machine and not the best but many coffee shops near

Very clean, reasonably priced accommodation, food great, staff fantastic.

Location fantastic, walk out the door and your near the beach, shopping and good food area, rooms big, ask for a quiet room, staff lovely, clean, brekky very nice, price reasonable. Food at the restaurant was very good and good prices.

Pool hours are too long they were 7am to 7 pm, not good for sleeping if kids get in and are noisy.

Affordable, comfortable and central location.

The location is a short walk to the beach, garlic lane and plenty of restaurants. Room was big, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a nice variety.

If you’re a light sleeper it gets loud at night with all the bands playing around at the bars. It didn’t bother us but it might for some.
