Paradise

The customer service was beyond exceptional. We were greeted so wonderfully and the customer service by all the staff made the experience very wonderful. The breakfast was amazing! Lots of options to order from and they were delicious. I have 2 kids and the turndown service was wonderful to have and in the evening there were cookies and milks for my kids, which was so sweet. There were also welcome gifts for the kids. The beach view is beautiful at the hotel and the staff cleans the sand which is within the area of the resort. The resort grounds were very well kept. Everything is very neat and tidy. I simply have nothing negative to say about my stay.

I love the Oberoi

Staff and service are great! Food is amazing and property well maintained. It is really secluded at the beach and special place. If you like more authentic hotels this is your place. The gardens are so beautiful. If you look for modern hotels there are many other options in Seminyak. I love the Oberoi!

Seminyak has become a very busy and cheap touristy place with souvenir shops and restaurants, its not interesting anymore. If you stay in the Oberoi its great. The rooms are simple decorated but well maintained. Be aware the beaches on this part of Bali have black sand and there is a lot of garbage on the beach which has become quite normal here on Bali.

Amazing hotel!

I love this hotel and been there many times. I you don't like the modern hotels in Bali but more authentic this is the place to be. It is right on the beach, service and food is amazing, staff is well trained. Rooms are basic and simple but well maintenance. Its feels really secluded and the beds on the pool are amazing!

Seminyak and Canggu has been changed last years to a very touristy and busy place and not interesting at all. Lots of souvenirshops and no interesting restaurants anymore. For me Oberoi is the best place to stay as it feels like authentic Bali.

Absolutely AMAZING place to stay

This is an absolute gem of a property! Everything about this place is a 10/10 if not higher. The rooms are clean and spacious , the breakfast tasty ( it’s unlimited ala carte ordering ) and the BEST thing about this place is the staff and service and attention to detail. We were a family of 5 and they served the kids cookies and milk every night before sleeping. They had a special turn down service which was so thoughtful and made coming back to the room after a long day that much more comfortable. The location right in the heart of seminyak is perfect. Out of all the 5 star hotels , this one is the best we stayed at this trip. Would honestly give this place a 20/10 if I had to.

Sometimes the breakfast took a bit longer to come ( not a big deal ) The beach is good for surfing but needs supervised swimming for kids ( the water can be rough for swimming in rainy season )

Everything with this hotel was absolutely spot on, from the time of arrival to the moment we left, we enjoyed every second. The rooms were very spacious, comfortable and immaculately kept. The grounds were beautiful, the food and service were excellent, and the staff and customer service was the best we have ever experienced. I genuinely don’t want to leave that’s how unforgettable this resort is. The Oberoi Beach Resort in Bali has delivered pure luxury in every possible way. It’s the finer touches that set this place apart. The staff are truly out of this world warm, attentive, and an absolute credit to the resort. Every moment feels personalised and effortless. Little luxuries, like having your sunglasses polished while you relax by the pool, or simply raising a white flag for instant, flawless assistance, make you feel like you’re living in your own private paradise. The setting is stunning, the service is impeccable, and the atmosphere is calm, elegant, and unforgettable. I will absolutely be returning Bali has my heart, and The Oberoi is a major reason why.

A beautiful sanctuary in busy Seminyak

We loved our time at the Oberoi. Was a true sanctuary the moment you stepped through the gates from busy streets of Seminyak. The resort is beautifully spread out and doesn’t feel crowded or busy at all. Direct access to the beach is really nice. The service was possibly the best I’ve ever experienced from anywhere. There is nothing they haven’t thought of to make your stay enjoyable. The entire resort has been so well maintained in a beautiful traditional Balinese style. Also best beds and pillows.

Excellent - should have stayed longer

This is a top notch hotel with fantastic staff and facilities. The beach is quite private and nice to watch the waves but too dangerous for swimming. We discovered that it was quite easy to walk into town for cheaper food options and shopping.

Right from the time we entered the hotel premises we were made to genuinely feel welcome by all the staff. Every single staff member we encountered from reception to wait staff to gardeners and cleaners all took exceptional pride in their work and the fact the worked at the Oberoi, they always had a smile on their faces and went out of their way to deliver exceptional service. Our room was exceptionally well appointed and very well maintained as were all parts of the property we saw. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time by the pool whilst smaller than most was still large enough to enjoy and was not crowded and right beside the beach so had a stunning view.

Amazing breakfast until 11am, bedrooms, property with garden / trees, immediate access to the beach, free rental of body boards, very nice staff, tennis court, afternoon tea, service by the pool, clean. Very calm.

One of the room smelt humidity, tennis rackets not great, property is a bit dark (swimming pool has no light, restaurants for the evening is a bit dark)

Blissful and relaxing

The Oberoi went well beyond our expectations. The staff were wonderful and so welcoming and friendly. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are outstanding and the pool is magic. It is an oasis on the beach among the hubbub of Bali.
