La experiencia fue maravillosa. El hotel está frente al mar, con playa muy bien mantenida y un servicio en la piscina realmente inmejorable. El personal es atento y amable. Me hicieron un upgrade a un bungalow con vista al mar, cercano a la piscina, con reposición de toallas varias veces al día, velas en el baño y comidas servidas en la terraza privada. El spa, la boutique y la gastronomía destacan por su calidad. La ubicación en Seminyak es fantástica, en la mejor zona para salir y disfrutar. Lo recomiendo totalmente. Volveremos !

The room was great and the staff were very friendly they went above and beyond to ensure that we have unforgettable experience!! Im definitely staying in oberoi if i go back to simenyak. The amazing thing at breakfast we has some special requirements the were bringing them without us asking for it!

Excellent - should have stayed longer

This is a top notch hotel with fantastic staff and facilities. The beach is quite private and nice to watch the waves but too dangerous for swimming. We discovered that it was quite easy to walk into town for cheaper food options and shopping.

Outstanding service and premises we would not hesitate to stay again !

Right from the time we entered the hotel premises we were made to genuinely feel welcome by all the staff. Every single staff member we encountered from reception to wait staff to gardeners and cleaners all took exceptional pride in their work and the fact the worked at the Oberoi, they always had a smile on their faces and went out of their way to deliver exceptional service. Our room was exceptionally well appointed and very well maintained as were all parts of the property we saw. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time by the pool whilst smaller than most was still large enough to enjoy and was not crowded and right beside the beach so had a stunning view.

Amazing breakfast until 11am, bedrooms, property with garden / trees, immediate access to the beach, free rental of body boards, very nice staff, tennis court, afternoon tea, service by the pool, clean. Very calm.

One of the room smelt humidity, tennis rackets not great, property is a bit dark (swimming pool has no light, restaurants for the evening is a bit dark)

Très beau séjour face a l’océan, relaxant :)

Un emplacement vraiment idéal en bord de plage pour admirer le coucher du soleil. Le coin piscine est très agréable. Tout le personnel est adorable et le niveau de service très bon. J’ai beaucoup apprécié le fait que malgré mon retard d’avion, ils m’aient attendu pour relâcher une petite tortue en mer en fin de journée :) c’était magique ! Un grand merci ❤️ La nourriture est très bonne et particulièrement le petit déjeuner, vraiment quali.

Je n’ai pas mis 10 pour quelques petites raisons malgré une très belle expérience : - fumer autour de la piscine devrait être interdit dans un hôtel 5 étoiles. Nous avons été entourés de deux couples qui fumaient. Très désagréable. - il serait bien d’avoir un deuxième restaurant avec des prix plus abordables. C’était honnêtement excellent mais très cher pour Bali et au dessus de tous les autres 5 étoiles que nous avons fait dans la région. -parfois quelques équipements mériteraient un petit rafraîchissement (les prises par ex)

Absolutely Exceptional Stay – Staff Made All the Difference

I recently stayed at this resort in Bali, and I can confidently say it was one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had. The location was stunning and the facilities were excellent, but what truly set this place apart was the staff. From the moment I arrived, every single person I interacted with was incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Whether it was the front desk team, housekeeping, restaurant staff, or security, everyone went out of their way to make me feel welcome and taken care of. You could tell they weren’t just doing a job — they truly cared about the guests and it showed in every small detail. Their kindness and professionalism turned a great trip into an unforgettable one. If you’re looking for a place in Bali that combines beautiful surroundings with world-class service, this resort should be at the top of your list. I’ll absolutely be coming back.

Idyllic retreat in bustling Seminyak

The gardens are lovely. The staff is very friendly and kind. Nothing is too much trouble. The garden villa with pool had a large pool and a superb private garden. Your own little paradise. Excellent breakfast and lovely afternoon tea.

Two municipal waste water streams border the hotel, the smell can be off-putting. Housekeeping with fresh towels was provided generally mid to late afternoon - not helpful if you have a villa with private pool. The free water bottles have metal lids which can produce very sharp cutting edges. Light in the bathroom a bit dim. Decor in rooms could do with a refresh.Area surrounding hotel is not in keeping with a five star hotel, budget tourist vibe. Beach resort is a misnomer. Yes the hotel has substantial beach frontage. However there is no hotel presence in form of loungers or service on the (public) beach. There are lot of (non-guest) surfers and passers-by; you couldn’t swim in the water due to strong currents during our stay.

Beautiful property with friendly staff. Had such a lovely stay here for 2 nights. Staff were very helpful. Traditional build in a good location with great view of the ocean.

Overall a great experience but there are some recommendations to make it a bit better.

Breakfast was nice however some years ago when we stayed they had white table cloths on the table for breakfast and this was missing this time. Main restaurant was nice with good food but a bit overpriced.

The paving in the walkways needs to be re-laid. I twisted my foot twice due to the uneven levels. Resort should either be adults only or a pool for kids should be added as there where some days that the pool was very busy and noisy with kids. These are my main recommendations for improvements otherwise a lovely place with great service and professional employees

The oberoi Bali has certainly set the bar for all things service. Nothing will compare!

The staff were all incredible. Everyone - from the drivers to the waiters to the gardeners - would greet you with a smile and fulfill your every wish. The food was delectable (we hear there is a new Italian chef in charge…the perfectly al dente paccheri were a give away to be honest), the cleanliness was off the charts, and the gardens & pool area were both BEAUTIFUL and extremely well maintained. We couldn’t have been more grateful to have picked the Oberoi for our stay.

Everything was exquisite, but if we had to nitpick it would be that the shower head was quite low (not great if you’re ~6ft+, and the shower gel/shampoo bottles were inconveniently small and tightly packed into the stand area so that you couldn’t grab it easily. Other than that it was faultless!

The grounds are magnificent and the service is exceptional. All staff are engaging and attentive, like no other hotel I’ve experienced. It is absolutely worth staying here to be surrounded by the most beautiful gardens and Balinese buildings and to be treated by their beautiful staff. 10/10.

The food is OK, not amazing considering food prices are high. This shouldn’t be a detractor though because everything else is perfection and you can go out for food!

I love absolutely everything about the Oberoi. Particularly the Customer Service. I also love the individual traditional bungalows, the amazing cleaning staff, the reception staff and the pool staff. The general ambience in the hotel is absolutely incredible.
