Great location, near Jl Kaya Aya and Seminyak Village. The rooms are exactly as pictured. A good spot to land overnight to get last minute shopping done.

We stayed as a group and one of the ground floor rooms had a bad smell from the bathroom. The staff did their best with aromatherapy though which we appreciated.

Great location and stay

Great pool and location, the bed is a big hard but everything was very nice, the staff were happy to help and the breakfast was yummy, you get to pick one meal and a variety of drinks and fruit to accompany.

Better than a home away from home.

The staff were so exceptionally helpful and friendly that we were sorry to say goodbye. There was a good range of choices for breakfast as well as lunch and dinner. The resort was kept immaculately clean and nothing was a problem. The pool and spa were perfect, surrounded by old frangipanis that scattered their blossoms in the pool. There was an abundance of pool furniture and a gym for the occasional workout. We stayed for 10 days and had a massage, booked drivers, met other happy guests who stay here regularly. It was conveniently located only 5 minutes walk from eat street, the village and square.

Villa was no where near the quality of the hotel rooms -in need of a serious upgrade .

The villa needed Maintenence . Gardens were not great .Aircon not good (but two of the rooms were regarded when we complained.

Pool and outdoor lounge in the private villa.

I would have liked a foldaway suitcase stand so that my suitcases aren't always on the floor. I wish there was a ceiling fan in the outdoor space by the pool. Or even a ceiling fan in the room so I don't always have to use the air conditioner. If I was staying longer, I would like more drawers in the bedroom to unpack my clothes.

A really enjoyable stay — great location, comfortable villa, and excellent value for money.

The location is fantastic — just a short walk to Seminyak Square. For the price point, this villa offers excellent value. We stayed in a three-bedroom villa with a private pool, which the kids absolutely loved. Yes, the villa is a little older and showing its age, as other reviews have mentioned, but don’t let that put you off — it’s still very comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast was decent, and we ordered room service one evening, which was also quite good. We specifically chose this villa because it offers room service; while we mostly ate out, it was reassuring to know we had that option as a convenient backup. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. There’s no in-room safe, but each villa has access to a secure safe at reception. There’s also no room phone, but communication is handled through WhatsApp — which, honestly, works better. I wish more hotels would adopt that system. One evening we even ordered dinner via WhatsApp while driving back from Uluwatu — it was ready not long after we arrived. If you’re travelling as a family or a group of friends, I’d absolutely recommend choosing this over a hotel. The private open-air communal space makes it easy to relax and connect — it works perfectly in Bali’s warm climate and really adds to the experience.

There was no kettle provided, so we bought one ourselves for baby bottles. Also, as is common in Bali, there are no pool fences — so if you’re travelling with young children sleeping in their own room, just be mindful of that. Other than those small points, there really weren’t any negatives for us — the previous reviews were accurate and reflected our experience.

Very good value, very kind and attentive staff.

We loved the staff, so friendly and welcoming. We did our jet lag days here before travelling onwards. Massage was lovely, the rooms were clean and well stocked. Lovely pool and close to the centre. Everyone bent over backwards to assist us and deliver a top quality service.

Lovely Stay - Superb staff, good location and good food !

Staff were friendly & very helpful and the location is superb, easy walk to Seminyak Village and beach nearby. You also have money exchange and IndoMaret at walking distance. Food in Mutiara is very good - they have a set breakfast and you can choose your options. Rooms are big and spacious. We had a pool facing room and we really enjoyed our early morning tea. Beautiful balinese style property

While going to Seminyak Village - there are open drains - with traffic on the side- it becomes difficult to walk.

We stayed in a two bedroom pool villa (the premium one). We loved our pool and the outdoor lounge area. It was private and quiet. Room service food was yummy. Nice to have a TV in each bedroom. Air con was nice and cold in the rooms. It was in such a great location. An easy walk to eat street and local restaurants and convenience stores. Maybe a 10 minute walk to the beach. Main pool also looked lovely but we didn't use this. We also had great massages in the Spa and they were very reasonably priced.

We found the pillows uncomfortable. Could do with better thin and thick pillow options. One pillow felt like it was broken pieces of sponge.

A pleasant stay in a good location

The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was very good, easy walk to the shops and beach. It was also very peaceful, no noise from traffic etc.

Facilities were lacking slightly, for example only two Sunbeds provided in a villa that sleeps four and kitchen facilities were basic, no kettle despite instant coffee sachets and tea bags etc being provided , no wine glasses in villa, minor stuff really that could be improved on.

Wonderful staff, nothing was too much trouble for them. The villa itself with a great pool was great - they even found us a ladder to help get in and out of the pool, and a fantastic location only a block from all of the fabulous restaurants of Eat Street!

No espresso coffee, and mango juice at breakfast was at an additional cost and no walk in showers, only showers over the bath, which is a problem for some.

Lovely hotel, would recommend

Property in good location, 10 min walk to bars, shops and restaurants. Tv and fridge in room. Safest reception. Our son used the gym a lot and said it was well equipped. Pool area nice and clean. Breakfast very good with a range of options for all inc. waffles, eggs Benedict, omelette. Always with fruit and fresh juice. Staff very helpful and friendly. Had 2 massages whilst there which were good.

Only recommendation is that rooms are ok but could do with a little TLC but didn’t affect our stay and wouldn’t stop us recommending

A peaceful, great-value Seminyak stay with standout service, food, and facilities.

Highly recommend this excellent place in Seminyak  The staff were brilliant. Always warm and friendly, greeting you with a smile and happy to help with anything. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The restaurant was a standout for me as a vegetarian. Loads of varied, genuinely tasty options and being able to order the same menu through room service was a big plus. Facilities were great too. The gym was a surprise, compact but really well equipped with everything you’d need. The pool was lovely and the gardens had a calm, almost temple-like feel to them. Massages in the spa were very reasonably priced not luxury, but definitely good quality and super convenient. I paid a discounted rate so it was extremely good value.

Family of three for 3 nights

We stayed in family room and really enjoyed our stay. Size of the room was above and beyond; I liked the natural lights above the shower area. Breakfast was so yummy. We were also pleased with the jakuzze in the pool.

Mosquitos - I wish there was mosquito repellant in the room.
