What you see is what you get—but in this case, the experience exceeded all expectations. The service was truly outstanding. Upon arrival, a staff member personally escorted us to our room and took the time to explain everything in detail, which made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. They even surprised us with a thoughtful gesture as we were celebrating a birthday, which added a special touch to our stay. Throughout our visit, every staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. On our last day, my son fell ill and we requested a late check-out. When the staff learned about his condition, they immediately showed concern, asked how he was doing, and even offered to bring a coconut to help him feel better. I was honestly very impressed by their level of care and hospitality—it’s clear they truly prioritize their guests’ well-being. One small note: some Klook drivers may be reluctant to drop guests directly at the lobby due to the narrow road, although Grab drivers did not seem to have this issue. Overall, a heartfelt thank you to all the staff and team members for making our stay so memorable.

Honestly its gorgeous, from first stepping in you feel you are in solidarity. Its your own apartment and home away from home, with the rooms grand, the bed extremely comfortable all with your very own swimming pool. The staff are extremely attentive and friendly and the little induction at the beggining is really appreciated. I did have 1 issue regarding my phone at the beggining and it was rectified super quickly. I also really like the breakfast selection and its not time stamped- which is a nice little addition. The location is right in the middle of seminyak, yet the rooms are so well closed off that you don't hear anything. Looking forward to coming back!

We stayed 4 nights here. The villa has very good privacy and the pool is nice. They also have a very beautiful main pool and a gym. Location is convenient and staff are friendly - I can tell they have tried their best to make small talks with the guests haha. Only one little thing happened on our last night here - there were some mosquitoes in our bedroom and bathroom while this didn't happened the nights before. One other thing could be improved is the breakfast - the indonesian ones are good but the western/classic ones have a room to improve. The coffee was good tho.

Checking in at this hotel you are made to feel so Important but by the end of the trip you are forgotten. Before check out one of the staff stole my sunglasses as we were packing. BEWARE!! The pool turns green and not well maintained over the week. My original booking was changed on the same day for an arrival a day later for The same 7 day stay but flights into Bali required that I arrive a day later. When I Arrived they insisted that I pay for the day I had canceled. I had Emailed the hotel just minutes after booking but they still charged me. The massage was ok But when we opted for a facial I had the skin on my nose rubbed off and spent the rest of the trip with a huge scab on my nose. This was my third stay at equilbria and it will be my last.
