Great hotel thats worth the price

The hotel staffs are very helpful and attentive to our needs. The location is great, it's a quiet neighborhood but not too far from crowded area (market, bars, retaturant, etc) and its very close to the beach! They have a cafe located in the properties with good food and can deliver the food to our room Overall I was very satisfied with my stay Thanks

A little piece of paradise.

The location is fantastic, just a stones throw from the beach, restaurants and shopping. And yet, the hotel is nestled in such a quiet little road. 2nd time we have stayed here now, and we just love it! Staff are amazing. It's always lovely to see Anga again ( sorry if I spelt that wrong). Highly Recommend

The rooms are really big and decorated beautifully. The position is brilliant. Right next door to Sunset Beach Club which is fabulous. The cafe at Kresna has fantastic food too.

The pool is beautiful but it isnt large . Alot of people come to the cafe and photograph the pool area as its very beautiful. Its a little off putting if you want to lay by the pool.

Really comfortable and enjoyable

It was seconds to the beach and only a short walk to seminyak square. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Sol’s deli on site was excellent for food and coffee especially.

Que du bonheur !!!! Idéalement placé à quelques mètres de la plage dans une ruelle tranquille de Seminyak. Cet appartement est luxueux, propre, décoré avec goût et tout confort. Я искренне не понимаю откуда такие отзывы и рейтинг у этого отеля??? Кроме доброжелательных охранника и женщины,заселившей нас на час раньше-плюсов вообще нет у этого места! Мы снимали на две ночи стандартные апартаменты- в углу двора возле ‘лужи’,иммитирующей бассейн.. комната ужасно вонючая,в туалет невозможно зайти.. запах плесени и затхлости. Ужасные полотенца серого цвета,постельное белье в пятнах и много разовые тапки-это просто ужас! В спальной комнате окна маленькие и ты чувствуешь себя как будто в склепе.. к тому же они выходят на уличный туалет(с 7 утра под окнами начинается активная жизнь и поспать вам не удастся. С комнаты над вами так же слышен постоянный топот. В кафе рядом зайти невозможно просто-толпы молодежи весь день просто сидят с одним смузи и бесконечно фотографируют территорию отеля-точнее тот жалкий клочок земли,что принадлежит этому отелю. Дойти до улицы с магазинами тот еще квест. Вы будете плутать в бесконечных переулках,которые вообще не освещаются ночью. Ужасное месторасположение,вонючая старая пыльная комната! Вода из крана не соответствует нормам-она соленая! Цена слишком высокая для этого места без завтрака! Мы жили в трех отелях на Бали за эти деньги в лучших условиях и районах! Не рекомендую! По крайней мере пока хозяевам не станет стыдно и они хотя бы не купят новые полотенца и белье.

The property was kept very clean, it was close to the beach. The staff were excellent, immediately sorted out small items that we needed.

There wasn’t any hot water in the bathroom or kitchen basins, only the shower.

Location excellent to 2 minute walk to Sunset beach & 19 minute walk to Seminyak shopping. Quiet room close to pool. Cleaned daily by friendly efficient staff. Great layout with bedroom seperate from living area. Microwave in kitchenette. Seperate aircon for bedroom & living areas, laundry service available. Secure & safe accommodation with 24 hour security at villa. On site cafe, very clean, & lovely menu with some cabinet food, free service by beautiful staff who may bring your coffee & snacks to your room. Lovely outdoor seating for each room, pool @ pool area cleaned daily, very bijou villa accommodation with character.

we loved the location, very central to shops and restaurants but that lovely ocean so close, magic. The cafe food and drinks were lovely. Loved our room, the beds were so comfy and all aspects were great. we enjoyed the balcony and just the lovely feel of the place. It felt private but people to chat to in the cafe.

Le ménage qui tape à la porte le matin jusqu’à ce que vous leur répondait le mati (notre faute, on avait pas vu qu’il y avait le petit mot « ne pas déranger » à mettre sur la porte, petit conseil mettez le ) Lumière du jour passant par les fenêtres, pensez bien à prendre un masque de nuit et boule quies pour la nuit car le matin souvent des chiens qui aboient Mais dans l’ensemble c’était vraiment incroyable

This hotel is in a great location, two minutes walk to the beach and maybe ten into the shops / restaurants in town. Wonderful free breakfast cooked to order with a good level of choice. Large apartment with lots of space.

Beautiful stay

My room was really nice and comfortable. I loved the balcony overlooking the pool area. And having the cafe right there was so great, the food was really good and the staff were friendly. It made popping down for breakfast a really nice experience. The hotel was a short walk to the beach so very handy. The staff were extremely helpful. Communicating via WhatsApp was a great touch. I’d definitely stay again

The only negative for me was having the cafe guests come to take photos etc. It wasn’t a deal breaker though.

La grandeur des pièces , la salle de bain avec douche et baignoire , une cuisinette et frigo , une petite terrasse . Le calme et la proximité de la plage . Picturesque, convenient, comfortable and boutique — feels like home, but prettier!

Absolutely gorgeous little gem — not only an extremely beautiful property, but the rooms were clean and large — even the single rooms (I stayed in both the double and the single and they are both huge). Slightly older in style, yet unique, they bear a Tuscan marble finish. Comfortable beds. Almost a full kitchen so you can prepare food. Great cafe. Walking distance to beach, bars and shops. Excellent if you want a smaller, more boutique hotel (without kids ruining your zen and pool time). It’s also fairly quiet and no party vibes, which is great for getting a good night’s sleep. Loved all the staff and my time there!

The only thing is — get ready for all the wannabe influencers and models trying to take all their photoshoots against the gorgeous background!

Great location and courteous staff. There was some confusion about the initial payment at check-in but was resolved soon enough.

The property is smaller than it looks in the photos and there isn’t much gap between the villas. We had booked the standard apartment which fits 4 people. But it had just the one bathroom. Also we had to ask multiple times to get hot water.

Wonderful except the pool area selfie taker intrusion

Stayed in the studio apartment. BIG clean room with pool view. Enough equipment to whip up a meal if you choose, but didn’t happen to see any dish detergent. Bed was comfy, but the bedside lamps could be hung a bit higher so you don’t catch your head/arms on the rough fringe. Got an amazing massage in the room and massage beds are actually brought inside. Beach is less than 5 minutes away with mini mart close as well.

A marked spot with hose to wash sand off would be helpful. My main complaint is even though the pool looked nice and refreshing, it didn’t look relaxing with the constant non guest taking the space over for photo taking. This space needs to be for guests of the hotel only. It’s annoying!
