Disappointing but probably good for the money.

Big rooms with seating outside. Masseur came to room. Café onsite and quite nice.

Property felt tired and dilapidated. Pool not clean-looking or inviting. Booking a car weirdly complicated, all done on WhatsApp so no-one there to actually talk to.

Let’s start with the friendly and kind staff always there to listen and help with anything you need. The hotel room was great , and the bed and pillows very comfortable, giving me a great night’s sleep. It was also quiet at night. The location is perfect, within walking distance to many places and next to Seminyak Beach. I definitely recommend this place. You will get more than what you pay for.

Cute establisment, large room but!

Nice staff, onsite cafe (but not cool!) Lovely gardens. Large room with 2 king beds, loungeroom and very basic kitchenette. Beach just 2 minutes walk away.

Nothing immediately nearby, even small convenience store 10min walk away down terrible streets. Need to get grab (which are thankfully cheap) to get anywhere. Beach walk was high end resorts to begin with so very expensive to eat in, need to walk a good 20 + minutes to find cheaper eating places. Heaps of rubbish on beach was a shock 😔 Also room smelt VERY musty and I was on ground floor so heard people thumping about upstairs (kids literally jumping up and down for ages) for 4 out of 6 nights and room had an adjoining door so double whammy hearing next door for hours on end for first few nights (hate adjoining doors in hotels etc did not even think to ask.

Haven in Seminyak

You really do not need to think twice! It’s adjacent to the beach, clean, spacious, well-maintained and great hospitality. They even have the cutest pets!

Wonderful rooms—but could use a make up

Well appointed, large, comfy rooms with comfortable large bed, large bathroom, nice balcony/terrace. Lovely pool open 24h/24. Adjacent café serves good breakfast (and I didn't find pop-in guests to be such as nuisance as others have remarked). Kitchenette a plus, though lacks basic equipment. Very near the beach!

Decor a bit dated, especially in bathroom which shows signs of usage. Very noisy aircon. Light pollution from bright lobby lights. Kitchen lacks basic such bowls, wine glasses or corkscrew and can't even be supplied by reception. Nice to be so close the beach, but it is a dirty beach with limited swimming due to high waves. Otherwise located a bit out of the centre and you needs rides to go anywhere.

Fantastic little hotel in good location

Staff- amazing Location- fantastic Room- great Cafe Sol- staff so friendly and accommodating, food so good!

Pool area was constantly invaded by people photographing themselves! No privacy at all. This occurred throughout the day and guests could not sit outside rooms. I found this a complete invasion of privacy around the pool!

Beautiful property, quiet, clean, comfortable with helpful staff and beautiful outlook.

Breakfast was fresh and tasty and staff were very kind and friendly. Breakfast will be brought to your room if needed and they help with any requests. Angga and his team were very helpful and friendly and frequently asked if I needed anything. I spent two happy and relaxing weeks there.

All the posers who came for photos near the beautiful pool area. Not just one or two photos but many with all possible facial expressions and body positions😆. Having said that, it didn’t really affect my experience but might for guests using the pool area.

WiFi not consistent in room - kept loosing connection Not the better area of Seminyak. Very dirty empty building sites and river nearby but I know that can be true of many places in Seminyak area. Mosquitos were not too bad considering it was early Dec. Dirty curtains and some aspects of interior could use freashen up. Limited gluten free option & poor quality of food not real bacon. Beaches in area are very dirty.

The hotel has a very good location because it is just one minute from the Sunset Beach Club. Additionally, the rooms are very spacious and clean.

Great hotel thats worth the price

The hotel staffs are very helpful and attentive to our needs. The location is great, it's a quiet neighborhood but not too far from crowded area (market, bars, retaturant, etc) and its very close to the beach! They have a cafe located in the properties with good food and can deliver the food to our room Overall I was very satisfied with my stay Thanks

A little piece of paradise.

The location is fantastic, just a stones throw from the beach, restaurants and shopping. And yet, the hotel is nestled in such a quiet little road. 2nd time we have stayed here now, and we just love it! Staff are amazing. It's always lovely to see Anga again ( sorry if I spelt that wrong). Highly Recommend

The rooms are really big and decorated beautifully. The position is brilliant. Right next door to Sunset Beach Club which is fabulous. The cafe at Kresna has fantastic food too.

The pool is beautiful but it isnt large . Alot of people come to the cafe and photograph the pool area as its very beautiful. Its a little off putting if you want to lay by the pool.

It was seconds to the beach and only a short walk to seminyak square. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Sol’s deli on site was excellent for food and coffee especially.

The property was kept very clean, it was close to the beach. The staff were excellent, immediately sorted out small items that we needed.

There wasn’t any hot water in the bathroom or kitchen basins, only the shower.

Location excellent to 2 minute walk to Sunset beach & 19 minute walk to Seminyak shopping. Quiet room close to pool. Cleaned daily by friendly efficient staff. Great layout with bedroom seperate from living area. Microwave in kitchenette. Seperate aircon for bedroom & living areas, laundry service available. Secure & safe accommodation with 24 hour security at villa. On site cafe, very clean, & lovely menu with some cabinet food, free service by beautiful staff who may bring your coffee & snacks to your room. Lovely outdoor seating for each room, pool @ pool area cleaned daily, very bijou villa accommodation with character.

excellent and would love to book again

we loved the location, very central to shops and restaurants but that lovely ocean so close, magic. The cafe food and drinks were lovely. Loved our room, the beds were so comfy and all aspects were great. we enjoyed the balcony and just the lovely feel of the place. It felt private but people to chat to in the cafe.

This hotel is in a great location, two minutes walk to the beach and maybe ten into the shops / restaurants in town. Wonderful free breakfast cooked to order with a good level of choice. Large apartment with lots of space.

Beautiful stay

My room was really nice and comfortable. I loved the balcony overlooking the pool area. And having the cafe right there was so great, the food was really good and the staff were friendly. It made popping down for breakfast a really nice experience. The hotel was a short walk to the beach so very handy. The staff were extremely helpful. Communicating via WhatsApp was a great touch. I’d definitely stay again

The only negative for me was having the cafe guests come to take photos etc. It wasn’t a deal breaker though.

Beautiful peaceful setting as you walked through the entrance, close to beach and not too far to shops and restaurants. Had a lovely breakfast and lunch time café on site.

Picturesque, convenient, comfortable and boutique — feels like home, but prettier!

Absolutely gorgeous little gem — not only an extremely beautiful property, but the rooms were clean and large — even the single rooms (I stayed in both the double and the single and they are both huge). Slightly older in style, yet unique, they bear a Tuscan marble finish. Comfortable beds. Almost a full kitchen so you can prepare food. Great cafe. Walking distance to beach, bars and shops. Excellent if you want a smaller, more boutique hotel (without kids ruining your zen and pool time). It’s also fairly quiet and no party vibes, which is great for getting a good night’s sleep. Loved all the staff and my time there!

The only thing is — get ready for all the wannabe influencers and models trying to take all their photoshoots against the gorgeous background!

Would recommend as a good budget option right next to the beach!

Great location and courteous staff. There was some confusion about the initial payment at check-in but was resolved soon enough.

The property is smaller than it looks in the photos and there isn’t much gap between the villas. We had booked the standard apartment which fits 4 people. But it had just the one bathroom. Also we had to ask multiple times to get hot water.
