One of the best stays in Seminyak!

What I liked about this property is definitely the location right in front of of the beach, plus they have their own beach club. Clean swimming pool with comfortable chairs. Rooms are clean and very spacious. The team is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet and options were excellent and great

Not at all worthy for the huge amount what we paid

Staff were polite and breakfast was good

Rooms are so dirty, we could see the dust on the floor and corners of the rooms, carpet was stinking and they allocated room next to the one getting renovated and we could hear all the sounds and worst experience was we saw a lizard under our bed and lot of lizards in corridor's.

A beautiful space right on the beach. We saw the most glorious sunsets right on the balcony of our room. The rooms are spacious and minimal with a modern deco that just works with everyone. A special thanks to the cleaners who were on point with everything and flexible ready to show up any time of the day. Every staff member was so attentive and polite. We had a wonderful stay!

The venue was stunning and staff amazing. Food and drinks were really great value for money. Room was MASSIVE... best room ever. They spilt my wife for her birthday and made her feel extra special.

The ocean view feels almost like being in the ocean

The location, view, room, and bathroom are all exceptional. The room is beautiful, extremely comfortable, and very large. It also has a large bathroom.

The hotel is old, and some areas were a bit worn. While I didn't enjoy the breakfast, the staff was exceptionally helpful, prepared to cook anything to my specifications.

My son and I stayed for 7 nights, from massages in the day spa centre to the food the staff were amazing.

The staff were so accommodating. The pool was just the right temperature and very pleasant overlooking the beach. The room was large and comfortable.

The decor is looking a little bit tired but it seems as though they are in the process of updating as the room next to ours was undergoing a renovation.

Service was excellent and the location right on the beach is also very good.

Hotel is getting a little tired though and needs some work to lift the presentation of the lobby area and roof top etc. Food standard could also be lifted. The live band although a great idea, they were not the best so I would change that to just having music like that playing during the day when poolside.

Best hotel we've stayed at in Seminyak and we will DEFINITELY be back!!

Breakfast was amazing with the most beautiful views across seminyak beach. Staff couldn't do enough for us. The pool was beautiful, plentiful sunlounges so you never missed out and people weren't "baggsing" sunlounges and going off fot the day which was great. Binair the pool attendant was so lovely and was determined to do everything possible for us to enjoy our time. The room was fantastic, so huge and well appointed. We really appreciated the twice daily room clean. Such attention to detail. Can't wait to come back.

We did request a high floor, but we only got the level above reception (i think it was level 3 from memory). My husband is a surfer so he would have liked a higher floor to check the surf in the morning (hopefully next time). The bands playing nightly at the resort were fantastic and we loved them. They finish around 9pm, so the room could be a little noisy if you were just chilling watching a movie, but we just sat on the balcony and enjoyed. But just something to think of if you like to go to bed early.

This hotel is a treasure and pure luxury . From the moment you arrive to the time you leave, the whole experience is just amazing and so satisfying The staff are professional, friendly, kind and always welcoming you with a smile. So accommodating and helpful. All staff from the restaurants, reception, pool area, spa and housekeeping were very attentive and almost knew what you needed and how to help you The hotel position is brilliant- walkable to shops, cafes, gelato, the beach is on your doorstep and easy to secure transport. We just loved our stay and will be going back soon

Very outdated worn out hotel with a great location.

It's a very old and dated hotel and in need of some serious renovation! The rooms are nice and spacious but look extremely overused and worn out so not worth the pricing they charge. The location is nice, bang on the beach so easy access to several bars and restaurants. The hotel restaurants didn't look appealing at all so don't bother eating there. Staff are nice and polite but have a long check in process as well.

The staff were friendly

the experience was bad. The rooms were very old and required alot of maintenance. We changed our rooms twice, the first time because of bathroom had very unpleasant smell. The second time because the air conditioner was broke. And also the bathroom was smell bad. The breakfast is limited and they didn’t refill! If you woke up late you will find nothing to eat The staff was friendly and they apologies but the overall the hotel need to be renew From my experience I didn’t recommend this hotel for others as the money you paid dose not value the experience as 5 stars hotel

The service provided by staff was fantastic. Request were attended to immediately. The pool area and lounges were great to spend the whole day on while having a view of the beach. Security and staff were present at all times. Breakfast was great with buffet and a la carte, and the coffee was Melbourne standard. Dinner upstairs was a bonus for sunset and view of the beach. Day spa massage and staff was great. Very relaxing stay.

The rooms were a little tired in places, however it was minimal for the size and offerings of the room. The foyer looks like it needs a refresh. It is apparent that remodelling is happening to some of the rooms, so this may already be part of a plan.

- People were very friendly and helpful - Gym & Spa was excellent - Location on beach superb - Dinner menu very good - Maintenance came to room for a few issues but were very quick and attentive

- Non hotels guests can use the pool - should not be allowed when limited beds anyway. - Not all the rooms were up to standard/good value for money. I paid for a pool view and ocean view (more expensive) and the pool view was much better. Ocean view was only on level 2 and obstructed by a tree overlooking next door hotel. Hotel should only be charging full rate for ocean view if on level 5 with no obstructions - Breakfast & Room Service was average. - Issues with payment at check in caused additional credit card charges
