Annora Villas Seminyak

The stay was wonderful. All food was delicious and breakfast was awesome! Staff were wonderful and friendly. The pool was lovely area and never too busy. The security Frans was absolutely amazing and helped me when my phone was stolen by taking me to the police and translating and also helping me buy a new phone! All reception staff were very attentive and professional. The spa in the accomodation was also lovely and had amazing treatment packages.

It was wonderful. Truly wonderful. The highlight of our holiday. The staff were wonderful and went above and beyond, the accommodation and facilities were also wonderful and surpassed our expectations. It was a special trip together with my niece and they made it really memorable, including a floating breakfast which they upgraded us to a villa so we could do it!!!

The villa was beautiful and very well-maintained. The room was clean with a pretty pool and strong aircon, not to mention, furnished with plenty of essentials including scarfs and hats. The location too was walking distance from the beach as well busy streets with great restaurants, cafes and shops, which was perfect! They provided thorough room service in the morning as well as evening, with wonderful snacks, fruits and notes of personal touch from Acous, our room service provider. Breakfast was delicious, filling and healthy. The staff were the highlight of our trip - special shoutout to the incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive team consisting of Elane, Ida, Ace, Krisna, Rispan, Yuni & Sri :)

Both the local and international food were good. The coffee was nice, and the service was great. The welcome pumpkin cake was very nice. Also, thank you for taking a photo and printing it for us after we checked out.
