The linen was a bit smelly. Limited recreation facilities within the resort besides swimming pool.

Decent stay with a convenient location.

Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of selections, and the staff were very friendly and attentive throughout. 😊

I guess the family room felt a little small for a family of four. There was a shuttle service to the beach, but unfortunately the beach was quite dirty with a lot of rubbish around.

The place was clean, the staff were friendly, and the kitchen catered well for gluten-free requirements, which was especially important as my son has coeliac disease. The location was also perfect. Overall, everything was excellent.

Absolutely amazing hotel, definitely recommending it to everyone , will definitely come back.

Breakfast was amazing, absolutely loved the Salmon bagel & hash browns one of the best I have ever ate 👌🏼 Just have to say the tax was way too much compared to other places.

The only thing we all didn’t like was the fact the shower and toilet door was see-through.

The room we paid for we didn’t get to stay in, we got moved and yet we still payed the full price for the nicer room. Buffet breakfast is not included even though when booking it said it was. We had a leak in the sink but got fixed right away when I let the staff know. Staff were super friendly and accommodating just money wise I think was too expensive for the room we got

I wanted to forget about work, and that is exactly what I got, so many things planned daily.

Breakfast was fantastic and an awesome variety. Only problem was the coffee needed to be hotter and a bit stronger. Staff were fantastic and very lovely. Would come back again and again. Pool area was great. Transport staff were very helpful and willing to help. Thank you to all staff. 🥰

Not enough variety of restaurant nearby. Hotel food was excellent. Most people like to also venture out. Great little restaurant on the corner for Indonesian food.

Our stay was amazing, every staff member we encounter was wonderful. We were with our 13 month old son and the staff went out of their way to help us with him. We had a pool side room which was perfect. Brekky was great and a huge selection. We did the balitopia night and the food was 10/10

Our room was a little dated but they are in the process of renovating which meant construction noise during the day. We did have an issue of a musty smell in our room. All our clothes in the wardrobe had an odd smell.

Heaven in the heart of Seminyak

The location is perfect for Seminyak and a close walk to Legian. 400 metres from the beach. A fantastic kid friendly hotel with a kids shallow pools , the staff are the true stand out for this hotel.

The kids club is worn and tattered , could do with an upgrade.
