Located in a quiet area but close enough to the action

It's in a good location, quiet without the traffic congestion found in many parts of Kuta and Seminyak. It's just a 250m walk to Jl. Raya Basangkasa where all the restaurants are, and there is a convenience store also around 250m away. If you want to go to the beach you can get there easily using a ride share service for a few dollars. The bed was comfortable and the complex has a nice garden/pool vibe. The room had a kettle and a fridge. The bathroom and shower is quite large. The staff were very helpful and eager to please.

The bedside lamp was broken and the lighting was a bit average. The water pressure and hot water temperature were somewhat variable. I had trouble with the Wi-Fi until I eventually stumbled upon the best Wi-Fi SSID (there were many to choose from).

Lovely, green and quiet stay with Bali Vibes

We loved, that this accommodation is showing the real Bali Vibe just as nothing much would have changed over the last 30 years. Room was spacious and clean, service nice and very friendly staff, who gave us tips about a festival nearby. We would come again, if we would look for a hotel in Seminyak

The room was a bit smelly because of humidity the first day. After aircon was on for a night, this changed for the entire stay.

Cute rooms, good quiet location but still close to main shops/restaurant and felt safe as women walking at night to and from the shops. Nice to have a pool for the heat and some always at the desk. Staff were very friendly

Comfortable and enjoyable

It was very clean and done up, very comfortable. The rooms were spacious enough for us and just overall comfortable. Location was good too, could walk anywhere from food to shops in walking distance.

The place is a breeding ground for mozzies, but it was upkept twice a week. Though you can't control bugs, it made it difficult to enjoy the pool and lounge outside due to the mozzies.

There is a major problem with the SEWAGE SYSTEM in this property! Absolutely disgusting smell of raw sewage, so fowl that I had to plug my nose with toilet paper to use the bathroom. I asked management to rectify the problem, and they did a clean of the top grill of the shower, (that does nothing) and put 2 (? moth balls) on the grill to mask the smell, but nothing can mask the smell of such a distinctive raw sewage smell. The premises is also over run with mosquitoes, and very slow internet connection. Asked the manager for the name of the supermarket at the end of their Jalan, so that I entered the details correctly for Grab Drivers, and was told “I dont know” even though he works 1000m for years from the supermarket, he obviously just couldn’t be bothered to help me, and told me to just go to the other supermarket klms away!!! This is the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in because of the sewage smell. I also asked another lady staying there if she had problems with the sewage, because I wasn’t sure if it was just my room, but she said her room was foul smelling as well.

I liked 2 of the staff, they were both lovely people, and helpful.

Perfect and cozy Stay in Seminyak

i really love the cozy feel of the place and the choice of furniture! The cleaning was always perfect and staying there was a real way of feeling at home away from home. it is really calm and relaxing and quite a short trip from many interesting places. But the highlight of the stay was the professional team that is on site that helped me to make my stay confortable although I had a leg injury. They were just supporting me with my healing process and this what made my stay even more impactful. Thank you to Mahendra especially!

this is a very small negative point but i would have liked if the swimming pool was taken care more often ( like daily). That would be more appreciated.

The location is a lane way away from a main shopping street of great stylish boutiques cafe and restaurants The swimming pool is a good size The room decor is a delight and the marble shore and new fitting a pleasure The bed was comfortable and quality sheets which were another pleasure Value for money

Great hideaway in perfect location

Great spot in a great location. Big room, very comfortable bed and the pool is huge for bali standards. The staff and security were friendly and always helpful. Will be my new regular spot from now on. Fantastic value for money. Honestly can't fault it.

Relaxing staying in Seminyak

Ragazzi mettiamoci d'accordo, non si può dare 10 a casaccio... le strutture a bali sono quasi tutte datate e umide, alcune mostrano già i segni dell'età e soprattutto non basta una piscinetta a rendere un posto favoloso. Detto ciò il 90% delle strutture sono buone, nulla di più, considerando che non sono esattamente super economiche come una volta.

Buena ubicación para ir andando al centro de Seminayak … piscina agradable … y un jardín bonito

Vamos a explicar, En la Villa, si hay grupos hacen que tu estancia no sea lo mismo ya que hay muchos Ruidos y personal te despierta muy pronto por la mañana con sus charlas entre ellos ya que no tienen mucho que hacer (tuve que llamarles la atención) La luz se fue cada día de mi estancia y no se disculparon en ningún momento. La habitación huele a moho, y sobretodo el agua del baño huele a podrido (menos mal que te dan botellas de agua para lavar tus dientes ) La decoración encaja con las fotos pero no se aprecian las manchas en toda la tapicería y el olor hasta que estás allí. Deben mejorar bastante o tener un mejor manager para volver a ser lo que era !

Ma chambre était grande, confortable ainsi que ma salle de bain. Super piscine! L endroit calme.. le personnel sympa, à l écoute. Petites ruelles pour traverser, changer de rues principales, pour aller plage de Ku de ta.. ou ailleurs.J ai vraiment apprécié le coin. Proche de tout en fait. J y retournerai! Et très bon rapport qualité prix.

Ich werde wieder kommen, trotz meiner gut gemeinten Kritik.

Es war mein 4. Aufenthalt im R&V. Ich schätze den kleinen aber feinen tropischen Garten und das sehr große Pool, dass sich zum schwimmen eignet.

Das Pool war 2 Tage nicht benutzbar. Ich war vor 4 Jahren das letzte mal im Room& Vespa. In der Zwischenzeit wurde es ziemlich abgewohnt. Das Bad könnte man mit etwas Essig oder Entkalker wieder auffrischen. Auch der Schimmel in den Ecken lässt sich mit entsprechenden Reinigungsmittel entfernen. Das Wasser rinnt nicht ab, das sollte demjenigen der das Waschbecken putzt auffallen.

Mega freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Pool Anlage ist toll 👍🏻 Die Lage ist super. Alles - Strand, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen.

Das Inventar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was auf den Fotos doch etwas anders rüberkommt.

Schöne Unterkunft zum Entspannen

Die Unterkunft war die schönste die wir bisher auf Bali hatten. Alles war sehr sauber und die Lage war ruhig. Am ruhigen Pool zu liegen hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Das Personal war extrem aufmerksam. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann diese Unterkunft jedem wärmstens empfehlen.
