Absolute Value For Money... Cheap Co.fy Stay

The room was comfortable. The bathroom was slightly aged but completely functional and the shower and water pressure were great. The pool is beautiful ans location very convenient.

The location is handy to local cafes, a bar, bottle shop, mini marts, and tatooists however it is better if you have a scooter to get to the main shopping areas and eateries. The room was nicely decorated, The pool is shaded and cool. The air conditioning cold.

The kitchen is closed, the room doors and bathroom had dirty glass and mirrors, the shower did not drain away, the toilet got blocked, the pool furniture has no cushions and peoples rubbish was left around the pool area.

A great location, but the hotel itself is a little tired, but OK

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to Sunset Beach, and a walk away from Eat St plus there is plenty of action just around the corner in Jalan Camplung Tanduk with lots of options for shopping, dining, bars, massage... Housekeeping were great at attending to my room daily. That was a big plus of this hotel and they deserved the tips I left. The pool was nice enough, never busy, but the noisy road right beside the pool made it a little hard to just rest and relax with horns beeping constantly as cars and mopeds rounded the corner. Still good for a dip to cool down and it had nice gardens surrounding it. I had a pool balcony room and it was nice to have the balcony.

The hotel itself is very tired. Not shabby, but a bit run down, evident from the outside when you arrive, although the room wasn't terrible, and I guess you get what you pay for and it was incredibly cheap. It looks like there used to be a pool bar, a rooftop bar and dining room/restaurant, but all are no longer in action (as at September 2025). Other than the pool, the hotel has no real facilities to speak of. You can still access the rooftop area and it has lounges to take your own drinks up to watch a Seminyak sunset. The block out blinds weren't very effective as there was a big gap at the end of the sliding door where morning light entered. The air-conditioning wasn't all that cool either.

Very average, hotel needs a complete re vamp

Location was fine

They were doing building work around pool area that we were not warned about. Also our room was an adjoining room to someone we did not know and could hear everything. Also the pool access rooms are not private with guestswalking past.

Room was very pokey, stuffy, no windows to open, no water on arrival, no milk to make a tea/ coffee, but there was tea and coffee supplied.. bed sheets had stains on them, no breakfast available when upgrading to a room with a balcony, door was very hard to open and a lot of noise going on with building, also charged us to move... would not recommend

Clean - Relaxing - Location - Friendly

Favourite affordable stay in Seminyak. Awesome staff and relaxing pool area with heaps of seating. Simple, comfy & clean rooms. Wifi works well and mini fridge is nice and cold. 5min walk down to the beach for restaurants and drinks. Walking distance deeper into Seminak for more options too. Perfectly located IMO. Stayed here 3-4 times and would come back again :D Love the pool view room as its closer to the lobby making for easier in/out of the hotel

Comfortable stay but facilities could be improved

Great location with walking distance to shops, restaurants, cafes and the beach. Bed was super comfy and there was tea and coffee facilities. Bed was made and room cleaned each day.

The pictures of the pool made it look like there was access from the room straight to my own lounger and into the pool, however there is a walkway in between and the loungers didn’t have any cushions on the whole time during my stay. It seems a little Run down, looked like there used to be a restaurant and pool bar but not in use. The bathroom could have been cleaner.

Location is good. Staff is very helpful and wanted to change me to another room. But all the rooms were the same and had the smell of the toilet. So I booked an other hotel

Room smells, room gave me a depressed feeling. I booked for 10 days and left after 1 day. Lost my money but it's better then depression and a room that smells.

Misleading listing

Proximity to bars, restaurants, shops and beach. Shower was hot. Fridge in the room.

AC is awful. Room was constantly hot. It is above the door down the corridor so you don't even feel the breeze from the bed. Room is very small so it should be sufficient but isn't at all! Hotel is very run down and needs updating, nothing like the pictures. Certainly not a boutique hotel! Elevator was out of order. For a deluxe balcony room, the balcony was shocking. Plastic basic furniture and a wall for a view. Noise on the road is awful, tattoo shop plays music and has people outside chatting till late. Balcony doors keep absolutely none of the noise out. We could also head everything happening in the rooms around us, from coughing to TVs. I appreciate it's cheap but we stayed in hotels for half this cost elsewhere in Bali without these issues.

A small hotel with exceptional staff in a great location in Seminyak

The staff at this small boutique hotel makes it exceptional, extremely helpful and informed. They will make sure that any request or problem is dealt with. Love sitting at the rooftop terrace and watching sunsets. Walking distance to the beach and the heart of Seminyak shopping and restaurants

Comfy bed and great location

There is no sound proofing at all, I could hear the neighbour room conversation, the tattoo shop across the road playing music all day and night. The pool bar isn’t a thing, the rooftop is also not a thing. Hotel needs an update as bathroom felt very dirty 😭

Great stay

Loved the location, quick walk to beach and main shopping area but also quiet. The room was clean & tidy and the bed was comfy. Awesome pool and there’s a great Yoga studio a couple of doors along. WIFI was fine, like everywhere I expect. The staff were welcoming, friendly. It’s a great wee place. Highly recommend.

Great location, rooms are quite big, bed is very comfortable, housekeeping each day, reception very helpful, close to many cafes and restaurants, short walk to beach for great sunsets, not too far from airport, great pool on ground floor
