Staff were amazing however

The staff were excellent and meet our expectations, 10/10 service but the owner of Ramada needs to spend money and time to improve with bathroom renovations and change breakfast menu, too much curry and Indian food for breakfast and always the same breakfast. I had to pay every morning extra just to have a decent coffee such as latter instead of the coffee they provide which has a strong taste and was not drinkable. Everything you want in this hotel they want money, they pressure you to pay for everything you request extra. It’s not the staff it’s the owner of the hotel that’s making this decision and implementing on their staff. I stayed twice at this hotel, third time I won’t because nothing has changed!

Breakfast, everyday same food and not an open kitchen, mainly Indian food such as curry and roasted food for breakfast, wasn’t breakfast friendly

Dreadful location in the middle of nowhere but the staff were great.

The swimming pool was great, breakfast delicious, the staff everywhere around the hotel were just a delight and a credit to the company.

Our room was rubbish no balcony terrible view looking onto a building site when we complained the only way to resolve it was to pay for an upgrade….then the room was much better.

DO NOT USE THEIR POOL!!!

Our son cut his knee in the kids pool by broken sharp tile. We found broken pieces of tile 2 days earlier in the bigger pool informed the staff. They let us know that they clean the pool everyday. But yet my son got cut, and had to get 4 stitches. Furthermore instead of paying for son to get his bandages changed at the hospital, they insisted on using their medical centre instead. Before going to the medical centre, we asked the fron office if the doctor or nurse are aware of what my son needs. And she replied that yes she is aware of what needs to be done. First of all, the nurse did not speak nor understand English. And instead of changing the dressing, she cut 3 out of 4 stitches, and then quickly covered it before we saw. It wasn't until we asked the front desk to call her to translate what she did, that she admitted that she "accidentally" cut the stitches. This traumatised my son so much, at the thought of needing to get stitches again! The front office tried to say that it was an accident, and would not take responsibility, and only acknowledged their fault when we showed them a picture of the stitches still intact after she took off the bandage. Do not use their pool! And do not use their medical centre unless you can speak Indonesian. You have ruined our family holiday, and traumatised our son.

The setback location away from the hustle and bustle , walking in the door and greeted with a beautiful lobby that looks on to the main restaurant and beautiful lagoon style pool .

All in all pretty good, location was a bit far from shops, beaches etc. You always need a taxi.

Breakfast offered a good variety, the staff was great and always willing to assist.

The fact that the hotel mixed Pork dishes in between other dishes on the Buffett. This was disappointing especially considering there was a large number of Muslim guests that lived at the hotel. I did mention it to the staff and they did try to keep it separate. being such a sensitive matter, the Pork SHOULD BE KEPT SEPARATE as I do understand that they are trying to accommodate their other guest. This was probably the only let down and for me and other guests, it could be the deciding factor in choosing a hotel. They can also improve on their shuttle service considering that the hotel is not that close to the beach or shops.

Disappointed have stayed before but this time was not impressed. New Years was disappointing.

Room was pleasant and cleaners did a great job. Pool was clean and gym clean. Bar staff lovely.

Say one thing do another. Staff are not aware of events and struggle to understand english. Check your deposit every day as not always correct. Reception staff don’t understand what is being requested especially the concierge!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ramada Bali. The hotel is well maintained and clean, with comfortable rooms and a relaxed atmosphere. The shared pool was excellent and a great place to unwind. Breakfast offered a good range of options, and the room service menu was also very good. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Location is a bit off the main road, not a deal breaker at all but something to be aware off.

The complex is great and the staff made it unforgetable.

Always looked forward to the dining area where Hania, Dian, Rista and indeed all the staff made us feel special and shared with us a lot of their experiences. We will never forget their sincere friendliness. The towel attendant and the domestic room makers were also exceptional.

Unfortunately our room was at the far end of the complex ( 2127 ) and there were always noises as if someone was working next door. After I suffered a foot injury the walk to the front area was always hard.

I was not comfortable with smokers allowed to smoke everywhere. Sitting in the lobby, smoke was coming through from the side affecting everyone sitting in the lounge. Outside the swimming pool, smokers everywhere. I even had a smoker smoking in the dinning room.Smokers should have a designated area. Most smokers are coming from overseas where they have restrictions on where they can smoke so they are taking advantage of your kindness.

At the Ramada Encore Hotel I really enjoyed the amazing breakfast with plenty of options to choose from with a Live Cooking. The pool was huge and perfect for relaxing or taking a swim. My room was very spacious and comfortable, which made the stay even better. Thank you for the Top quality service of the staff (Gotama; Ramon and Adit at the restaurant) are super helpful!

Honestly, there wasn’t much to complain about. If anything, the only minor downside is that the hotel is still a little bit far from the Seminyak centre. However, with transport options readily available, it wasn’t a big issue for me. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would happily stay here again.

Rooms were comfortable at best , but were small with a view of a wasteland.

Location poor Staff didnt understand our check in and ended up having to refund our deposit which could take 14 days. Funny how they can take payment straight away but not refund in the same timescale.
