The hotel certainly deserves its star rating, but it is truly the level of service that shines

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and genuinely welcoming from the moment we arrived. Room service was well organized and always neat, and the housekeeping team did a great job — fresh towels every day and the room carefully refreshed as well. Complimentary drinking water was replenished daily, which was a very nice touch. The pool service (including towel service) made relaxing effortless, and the airport pick-up was smooth and convenient. Breakfast was included and very enjoyable, and the hotel restaurant itself is definitely worth visiting. The beach is just a short walk away and offers breathtaking sunsets every evening.

Our 3rd time at this lovely little gem resort! Lovely staff, well organised and traditional ambience. Pool area and swim up bar is nice with plenty of daybeds & shade options. Restaurant is great and very reasonable, serving sit down meals or by the pool lunches. Breakfast buffet and egg station. Rooms are clean, comfortable with good showers. Easy walk to Double Six beach for evening drinks and music, mini mart 50m, lots of restaurants & shops. Location is excellent. Just down a short laneway. Nice clientel.

Little Bali Gem...

It's Bali paradise, beautiful gardens and lovey attentive staff, tucked away a little from the hustle bustle so no traffic noise. Clean and tidy all over, umbrellas on hand if needed. Pool and facilities beautiful and clean. Bali decor and charm and other travellers were warm and welcoming, some I met have been returning here for over 15 yrs....

Beds were on the firmer side for my liking and the pillows were a little lumpy...

Beautiful oasis in Seminyak

A wonderful hotel with friendly and welcoming staff who were always happy to help. The room was great, with a lovely balcony, plenty of space and good aircon. Breakfast was varied with fresh eggs or omelette and evening meals were good quality and a lovely choice.

It would be great if the doors had regular handles which locked with a key. It was difficult to enter when one guest went out and the other stayed behind and had to bolt the door from inside.

Nice pool with some sun lounges. Extensive range of food on breakfast and lunch/dinner menu, all at a great price. It is walking distance from a wide range of shops, spas, eateries, but just off the beaten track (not too central and noisy). Air conditioner was GREAT!

Lovely Balinese room surrounded by flowers/plants, so peaceful!

All the staff (from reception, to restaurant staff to housekeeping staff) are excellent in customer service, always greeting us with smiles and so lovely. From the moment we entered, we were served welcome drinks and hot banana crispy snacks to relax first while he checked in for us. This was a nice gesture. Loved our room 101, it is the nearest to the lobby and breakfast area. It is such a cozy place in Balinese style with wooden doors and an actual lock! It is so quiet and peaceful, no birds singing in the morning at all, we slept so well and walked out to plants. Breakfast is by the pool, buffet style with eggs to order, with nasi goreng, bread, marmite :), croissants, lovely fried banana, bacon, sausage, strawberry yoghurt, mini sandwiches and rolls...lovely and adequate. Great location, very near seminyak beach. Free pickup from airport, loved that.

Location was difficult with children not being able to walk to restaurants at night. Mosquitos and Air Conditioning but I really like it to be extra cold.

Great Stay!

Lovely 7 night stay, great location - walking distance to beach and shops. Great food in the hotel restaurant for dinner. Room was a good size with comfortable beds and chairs to sit out on the porch. Would stay again!

Booking.com advertised this hotel as 2 swimming pools but it only has 1, this did not detract from our stay. The 1 pool was lovely with quite a few sunloungers and swim up bar, so we still enjoyed.

The location was great, the staff were friendly.

Check in was a little delayed. I arrived at about 8pm after a 9hr flight and had to wait for almost an hour for my room to be ready. Also the air conditioning in the room was not great. Also I booked my room in advance maybe a month or so and realised I could have got a better room much cheaper if I had of booked on the day of arrival or slightly before :(

The perfect place to relax and unwind after a day exploring Ubud.

The location was perfect. Away from the super busy hub of Ubud, but close enough to walk in or catch a grab. The room we had was huge and the bed was super comfortable. The staff were always happy to help. We will definitely be back.

Again happy to be back here. Friendly and helpful personell, great location, not far from beach. The private villa was nice, the kitchen menu is amazing. And the natural garden is amazing
