We have stayed at this property about 7 times over 10 years but this might be our last time. Staff are always friendly and kind. Breakfast is amazing and location is very easy to access everything nearby. It has an old world Bali feel in a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle.
This time our toilet didn’t work, the room smelt and walls were a bit mouldy. Not as friendly as other times and felt like we were an inconvenience rather than good return customers. Just time to stay somewhere else. But we have loved this property for the past 10 years but maybe it’s just needs some love put back into it.

Amazing room booked last minute so I got a great deal. The bed was incredible. I also had the best Nasi Goreng poolside that Ive ever had from their restaurant.
The staff were a little abrupt in responding to my breakfast enquiry. I found the front desk staff to be distracted with other "regular" guests leaving me feeling brushed aside. Unusual for Bali.
