We stayed at Pelangi for our first 3 nights in Bali. Absolutely loved the location. The check-in was quick and an added bonus that they were able to check us in early for one of our 2 rooms booked. Beachfront location - literally across the road from Seminyak beach. The hotel pool was lovely and adequate with a nice bar. We used the hotel free shuttle bus to go into Seminyak Square for a bit of shopping - about 5to 10 mins ride. Breakfast was fab. We had a great start to our holiday.

The staff were awesome. Location was close to beach and also walking distance to town. It was a quiet location. We would definstay again. Rooms werre clean and serviced dsuly although they disnt change linen every day.

The location is fantastic! Direct access to the beach. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach. View sunsets over the water from the pool or restaurant. Standard, comfortable room, had everything I needed. Lovely pool. Staff were very accommodating. I'll be back! Thank you.

Great stay with my family in the 3 rooms. I would suggest drying g racks for the balconies for cossie / washing. Walking past ground level rooms with undies etc was a turn off. Over seats etc.

Pelangi Bali Hotel provides great value for the nightly rate. The hotel, furniture and room sitting areas are a little dated and showing some wear. All of the rooms have more of a Juliet style balcony overlooking the garden view with no outdoor seating options. Excellent location that provides easy access to the beach (across the street) and walkable to an array of restaurants, nighlife, market and shopping.

The hotel staff was absolutely delightful. The property is located on a beautiful beach and the pool was nice. The only reason for the rating of 4 is that some rooms had moldy smell. But i take into consideration that the humidity may be a cause of it and maybe they should place humidifiers in the rooms

I loved the location, so easy to get around and with beach access at a reasonable price. The breakfast was a let down, but was par for the course of a moderate price hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The bathroom is very small and a struggle for 2 people to use with the biggest problem being no where to hang wet clothes at all and with swimming we had constant wet and damp clothes from rain

Great location and direct access to Seminyak beach, with many beach bars and restaurants in the area, ideal for sunset, and close enough to night life. The pool was great with enough sunbeds. The room was really spacious, with a great bed and large shower. The only thing to improve is that the balcony in the room deserved a couple of chairs for guests to relax there, otherwise it is pointless to have that balcony. Reception and restaurant staff were really kind and helpful.

The lobby, pool, restaurant and other facilities are 4.5 star but the room itself seemed like an old motel room. The staff wad amazing and location perfect. The boardwalk came alive every evening with lights, fireworks, food, live music at some places and DJ at others. We walked to Pelangi Square which was around 20mins away. If they renovate the rooms this would be a great place

I guess Seminyak is not for me, we didnt find it relaxing. Overall no fault with the hotel, staff or service, just lacked a charm.

Stay was easy and relaxed, just 2 nights before heading up to ubud. Staff are very helpful, breakfast is plentiful, had a swim, took a couple of walks on the beach. Convenience store across the road. Super handy and close to a lot of restaurant's and bars.

Balinese people are gentle, warm, welcoming and ever so friendly. The hotel exudes these qualities and charm through its staff that are an asset to the hotel. Their welcome drink at check-in was an example. We experienced a hiccup on check in. In their registry it showed 2 adults checking in. Our hotel confirmation showed 2 adults + 1 child. After the check-in staff consulted with reservations, it was fine. Originally she thought we had underpaid. Make sure you bring your proof of reservation on phone or paper! This puts a marr on the stay. My daughter fell sick during our stay. She had a terrible runny nose. When I called reception at 4am to ask for another box of tissues, they were very obliging and brought it to our room. Thank you! Housekeeping staff were very efficient with daily service of the room. On our 1st day we went to breakfast and returned to a tidy room 40mins later. This totally surprised us. This happened everyday during our stay. You can access the beach from the back of the hotel (near pool). It’s not a private beach. If you walk along the beach, you can reach Seminyak Square (couple of turns later). It’s lovely to walk and sit on the beach during sunset- gorgeous! Lots of people do it. You can access lots of restaurants from the beach side. Menu items are inexpensive. In the evening, neighbouring bars and restaurants puts out beanbags in the beach for their patrons, some offering entertainment like fire dance, live music. It’s a happening area!
