Overall our stay was nice apart from the noise problem. Rooms are clean and staff are very helpful

The location of the hotel is very nice and just a 3-4 min motor drive to the busiest street and overall with 15 mins drive you can arrive at every popular destination within seminyak and also 30 mins drive to Canggu area. Also staff were really helpfull and welcoming. The moment we arrived they treated us with nice fresh dring and wet towels as soon as we arrived and we didn't wait too long for the room.

The room had an additional door to one of the other rooms and also the walls did transmit every single litthe noise from other rooms. There was a man next door and we felt like he was slleping in our bed as the snoring was unbelievable. Also from the other room, we felt like it was ours as she kept crying and keeping us up until she sleeps which is not ideal after a long day of driving arround.

Our room kept getting condensation in it had to get house cleaning up 3 times we also got a room with a bath tried filling it up but after a hour was only about 20cm of water, also the air-conditioning stopped working so we had 2 nights without that! But we were that impressed with the staff & we were actually about to re book when we were checking out as we are coming back on April but before we could talk about anything I was charged $40 for sheets from ink from a new tattoo ( that's fine i do understand that ) that seemed more important than us re booking or discussing the other issues. Unfortunately we wont be back

Nice hotel with good location

The staff are really friendly and helpful. Having a pool was nice to chill at with comfortable pool furniture. Very central location easy to access bars, food and the beach.

The room did have a damp smell and condensation on the wall. Pool could have been a bit cleaner.

The staff

It was dark. You needed to have the aircon on and blasting constantly otherwise condensation would build up and even the floors will become slippery. I paid for 7 days or something but only stayed 2 nights I just couldn’t do it

Great affordable stay

Very clean and decent size room. Shower was large and bathroom on a whole was clean. Room service for drinks was very quick. Location was good for what we needed. Staff were extremely friendly.

We could hear the people above us stomping around, and the decor is a little outdated.

Great value for money

Rooms are a good size, can open multiple luggages at once. First room was quiet and had a nice view of the pool. Breakfast had an adequate selection. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Stayed in 2 different rooms. Soundproofing could be improved. First room - sheets were not dried properly and made the whole room smell damp. Second room - faced the street, you could hear noise (e.g. talking pedestrians, motorcycles and vehicles).

Room was good size with comfortable bed, AC worked well, only downside was it needed a bigger mirror in the bathroom.

The cost of the Hotel Transport. An airport transfer were going to cost $35 where a Bluebird was $12. Small issue but would have been convenient. There is no information on activities where other hotels have a dedicated person to help organise different activities.

Disappointing

Overall a very disappointing hotel and stay, staff were lovely but that was the only good thing about our stay. Staff were really accommodating when my partner was unwell and allowed us to check out late. Location is good too.

I wouldn’t call this a 4 star hotel by any means, the hotel generally and rooms are very dark and run down. Our room also wasn’t clean and we found a flip flop and dirty cotton bud under the bed. The breakfast wasn’t the best, there were lots of options but food sitting out for a long while which didn’t look appetising. You also had to pay extra for coffees which I didn’t have to do anywhere else in my trip. Really disappointing overall and didn’t feel enjoyed

4 Nights in Seminyak

Great base to explore Seminyak, Kuta & Canggu. The location was brilliant, lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. It's easy to get a taxi from the hotel. The food choice at breakfast was really good. The pool area is nice although a little small. All of the staff were really friendly.

The walls were quite thin and other guests would regularly slam doors during the night and in the early hours of the morning. No mirror in the room. The coffee at breakfast was poor.

Good option of accommodation but needs to improve operations

The hotel is great, the rooms are spacious and have everything you might need. The pool is really nice, and the place is in a good location, easy to walk to the beach and to restaurants.

The only reason I’m giving a lower score is because I arrived at 3.30pm (check-in time starts at 3pm) and was simply told my room wasn’t ready. I had to wait until 4pm to check in. I find it quite unacceptable, since I paid to access the room from a certain time. Reception said it is because they were busy, but given the amount of staff they have in the hotel, they need to improve the efficiency of their operations and not make guests wait.

Tijili Seminyak experience

Tijili Seminyak Hotel is located close to all needed facilities and as well to the city center however; little bit cornered away from the city noise thus; the hotel location is more quiet in comparison to those hotels located in the heart of the city center. To reach to the main roads; shopping centers and other services; it only needs no more than five minutes walk. The staffs at the hotel are warmly welcoming; and always seen to be polite; cooperative; supportive; and you can feel somehow; a family atmosphere is always present. The rooms are spacious; bath room is very good as well; and the house keeping standards are always maintained. Breakfast is good; you find at least something that can suit with you. Overall; the stay at Tijili was very good; a small tour center is located almost in front of the hotel which arranged all my family tour in Bali.

The following are only suggestions to leverage the hotel standard: 1. The breakfast can be improved by adding more choices; especially if we consider the Arabic items. 2. Toilet current water cleaning system can be improved by providing separate/independent water line with better control. If the hotel needs more details about this point; then they can write to me directly; e mail address is mostly known to them.

Clean room and good location

Breakfast was good. clean rooms. comfy bed. The room view and balcony were good. The top floor has the sound of coolers on the roof; if you are sensitive, it's important. Special thanks to Dinda, who helped us change our room.

With narrow walls, we could easily hear our neighbours. We didn't use the pool, because it's near the restaurant, and people are fully dressed sitting near the pool. It was a bit uncomfortable. I booked here after staying at Tijili Benoa, which I loved, and then the design of the ground floor was a bit disappointing. The roof, like it still needs to be completed construction.

- Lost some articles at their laundry. - The cleaning was okay......if you don't look under the bed - Skip the restaurant. Other restaurants in the vicinity are much better.
