In all ways imaginable the staff and customer service at Cross Paasha were ABSOLUTELY ASTOUNDING. The rooms are lush and so very spacious with great air-conditioning to keep you cool in the heat. The complimentary breakfast deserves a special mention but for me it was the exceptional staff that made Cross Paasha a real winner (and will guarantee I return sooner than later). Thank you to those very special staff who made my stay so special and memorable. James A xx

Location was good. While traveling with young girls I wanted to stay in a busy area to feel safe.

Pool tiles were broken. Lights were not bright. I got sick with the food. When I got hurt in the pool because of a broken tile none of the pool staff were there to help. They came a few minutes after my daughters asked for band-aid. The cut was sever and I was not the first person to get hurt. Breakfast was underwhelming. Staff understood what we were asking and prepared but buffet had 3 choices each day.

Relaxing and easy

The staff were the most accomodating and so friendly.

On the top floor it was so noisy with constant furniture dragging above our room. Every day at different seemingly ad hoc occasions.

The staff however were amazing and truely were happy to help with any request.

The location is super handy close by to many restaurants and shops. The rooms are very large and comfortable.

The property needs a bit of remodelling the pool area had a lot of umbrellas that couldn’t be raised and being a roof top pool didn’t give much option for shade. They were remodelling the front entrance stairs when we first stayed and had to enter through garage which was very smelly.

Everything here is fabulous 👌 from the entrance to the room to the restaurant & pool, the gym & easy location the staff are super friendly and helpful 😀 👍 something unique about Croos Paasha is that you have the room for 24hrs from the time u checked in its just great! I will absolutely 💯 stay here again & highly recommend it to everyone looking for affordable luxury with convenience of walking to restaurants, bars, shopping 🛍 😀

Great stay in Bali, everything I needed would stay again.

Beautiful property the staff were so friendly only a short stay but could not fault it. Good location In the quieter part of Seminyak perfect for what I wanted. The rooftop pool is amazing spent the afternoon swimming and relaxing .. the cocktails were delicious good value for money.

Amazing staff who were so friendly and great amenities. The rooftop pool is excellent and was a gerat experience. Have stayed here before and would recomment.

Unfortunately, we both got food poisoning from the restaurant but we suspect it was just the fruit on the particular day. Otherwise the food and drinks were wonderful.

Comfortable hotel in central Legian

Great location for restaurants and a pleasant walk to the beach along shaded lanes. Breakfast was good and ordering from a menu hopefully limits the waste you see at smorgasbords. Rooms are large and bottled water supply is generous. Late check out was a bonus.

Pool has loose and broken tiles and the sun lounges and umbrellas are getting shabby.

The complementary breakfast was wonderful and the staff was great and very attentive. The location is in the center of everything and all places are walkable. The room was nice but had a bit of a damp/moldy smell. Overall the hotel was wonderful and we had a great stay.

Great location, could walk to restaurants, the beach, flea markets. Easily get a scooter to anywhere else. They have an app so you can easily communicate with front desk, housekeeping etc. They let you check out at the same time you checked in- great for Aussies who have PM flights. The included breakfast was also amazing, great menu to order from along with unlimited caffeine, juices, smoothies, fruits, salads, basics, Indonesian options. The staff were extremely accommodating and so lovely.

White dry growth from some of the concrete floor adjacent to the room door, bathroom floor and the headboard ?mould Floor 5 sometimes had sewage smell. 24 hr check in check out service but room not always available

Another brilliant stay at Cross Paasha Bali Seminyak

This hotel is in an excellent central location in Seminyak, and basically everything about this hotel was excellent- the staff, cleanliness, and the food served in the rooftop restaurant was excellent also. Local restaurants are literally across the street and there is heaps of choice. Handy money changer next door too. I have come here every year for the last 4 years, and I will be back next year too.

Fabulous indulgent Boutique property

What was their NOT to like ??? The size of the rooms were very generous . Open spacious layout. Simple understated furnishings but very practical. The bath towel ladder in the bathroom was a smart simple feature Loved all the beaches and stools for you to put things on Amazing breakfast buffet and service Fantastic location with restaurants and shopping at your doorstep The top level pool was fantastic also

Great location, nice pool area, massive rooms, great air con. Balcony space was small but enough room to dry clothes which is good! Breakfast had a good choice, continental type buffet and ordered off menu for hot food which also had a good range and they were happy to alter things. Very comfy massive bed. Staff really friendly. Good check timings where you can sort of match your check in and check out time. Gym space was “temporary” but still decent although 2/3 treadmills were broken for our whole stay, barely anyone used the gym so it wasn’t a problem.

Unfortunately we found tiny bugs around the tea/coffee area and they just multiplied within seconds. Just meant it was tricky to keep snacks in the room unless they were unopened or completely sealed. Pool area was quite busy and on one occasion struggled to get a bed.

The property was perfect - could not fault it. Incredibly clean, in an amazing and central location, staff were so helpful and accomodating. The included breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. The pool and day beds were spectacular. If you are going to Seminyak, this is the place to stay.

Horrible, waste of money, wont recommend anyone

Breakfast was good, room was big

the room booking was misleasding and we had to pay more for extra very uncomfortable bed. after travelling whole day with a 5yr old child, the staff were not very helpful when we arrived in the evening. Bad odour of the place when they were fixing sewearge system. toilet blocks easily.
