Good new hotel

Great staff, always chatting to us. New hotel. Breakfast is a full selection of breathy options, basically a DIY build a full meal option with international dishes. Go try the Japanese tea & matcha & coffee tasting opposite the mall, at Tasting Cups Chontea for a very unique & interesting experience!

It's on the main road in Semiyak (20 min walk to beach), lots of touts trying to sell you stuff (including drugs sometimes, beware)

Enjoyable stay over Christmas and decent value for money.

The IZE is a good base for staying in Seminyak. It's about a 15 minute walk to the beach and is in a busy area with plenty of bars and restaurants. Comfortable room & friendly staff. We also got 5 x items of laundry included per day which was handy.

It's a very busy area so lots of Hussle & bustle outside & on the way to the beach.

Great location, friendly staff. Perfect for short stay.

Fabulous location and very easy to walk to shopping and restaurants. We had a short stay for a shopping trip. It is close to Seminyak Village, Seminyak Square and Flea Market. We also walked to beach for sunset. Staff were lovely and very helpful. The rooftop pool is big and clean. Breakfast was very good. Can refill water bottles in reception to help reduce waste.

Glass wall with glass door into en-suite although there is a one piece blind that can be pulled down for privacy.

Ize Seminyak is a must stay

Great location as it is close to many necessities such as medical spots, convenience stores, shops. Very friendly and lovely staff, Ize has a nice pool and small gym area. Great room service as well as the amenities provided.

The hotel is modern and beautiful. It features an excellent location, close to everything—restaurants, supermarkets, and many other options. It’s about a 15-minute walk to Seminyak Beach. However, they could be more generous in providing tissues, toothbrushes, and other single-use amenities for guests.

Providing supplies to the in-house guest like slippers, tooth brush, shower kit. Also, their pillows not that much comfortable.

The bathtub was good. Bed is comfortable. Area a good for shopping.

No hotel slippers and the floor is very sandy. Unable to smoke even at the balcony. TV could be better as we were not able to go out do to raining. No netflix to watch.

Only the staff!

The hotel was in a very good central location in Seminyak, which was really convenient. However, the room had a strong smell of dampness, and the water was quite dirty. Overall, we weren’t very satisfied with our stay. The breakfast was also disappointing — there weren’t many options, and most of them were Chinese-style dishes rather than European choices.

Comfortably and Excellent stay!

I loved the complete amenities. The bed was very comfortable! I loved having 4 huge pillows. The room has a jacuzzi which is an added value. Just that the shower and faucet are all above it leaving you no choice to wash your sandals and whatnot on the tub itself (eew but yeah). You just really have to wash it very well after. I loved the location. This hotel is in the city center and is pretty much accessible to restaurants, bars, Seminyak square and Seminyak Village (mall). Sunset beach is prolly 5-10minutes away by motorcycle. The rooftop (or 7th floor) pool is spacious and is overlooking the city. Overall it was a great stay and experience!

I just thought that it would have been better if there was somewhere I could just easily wash my feet or my slippers.

Gym isn’t very well equipped - very basic. The pool area is mostly undercover so if you intend to sunbake it’s not the area for you! Tv also isn’t a smart tv so no Netflix etc just basic tv channels.

Very nice location, in a street full of restaurants. 7 min walk to the beach. Mattress was comfortable and room spacious

Room on street no sound isolation, feels like sleeping on the highway only with more honking. Very bad smell at night from the shower- keep the door closed. Airco had no adjustment possible either it is on and it is freezing or you keep it off and have it hot.

Nice hotel to stay

The property is located on the Main Street which could ease the access to everywhere such seminyak mall village, restaurants etc. We were there for our honeymoon and the staff has upgraded our room and gave us a suite to make it special. The staff members were lovely and made our stay exceptional. They helped us with all our queries and they were willing to make us comfortable during our stay. The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis.

Nothing really. Maybe to extend their breakfast choices that is mainly Asian buffet that could have a little bit more international sight. Overall I would highly recommend you to stay there.

No-frills stay: Comfortable and Well-Located, but Lacking Perks for this Price Point

Comfortable beds, clean and quiet rooms, and a decent basic gym.

Lacks atmosphere, with no bar or very limited spaces to relax by the rooftop pool. The first-floor bar is permanently closed. Bedrooms offer limited storage and hanging space. The bathroom features an unusual balcony window that requires a blackout blind for the light, which is cumbersome to operate, especially during nighttime visits. Also, only 1 coffee permitted per person with breakfast in the morning. While we understand this is barista-made, providing a self-serve machine or filtered coffee option would be a welcome addition for guests who enjoy more than one cup. The pricing seems to reflect the prime location more than the level of amenities or service offered.
