Perfect stay, elegant hotel, wonderful staff

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at. We would easily return. From the moment we entered, we were greeted with a smile and utmost professionalism. The hotel itself is gorgeous, nicely designed, beautiful lighting, small boutique stores throughout that you can shop at. The rooms are very beautiful and quite large, spacious. The lighting in particular is very good. The beds are super comfortable and we slept well. The bathroom has a large bathtub which we used often. The pool is wonderful and always felt warm. We used it all the time with a gorgeous view. The service out there is great. The highlight was Henri, we will not forget his friendliness. The breakfast is also excellent! You can request it in the room if you would like. Lastly, the staff is what elevated this hotel to another level, every single person was professional, friendly, approachable. Cannot emphasize this enough.

Auch unter den Leading Hotels of the World, von denen ich schon einige erleben durfte, sicherlich eines der Führenden, insbesondere, was die Aufmerksamkeit und Freundlichkeit ausnahmslos aller Mitarbeiter angeht. Beispiel: Als es meiner Tochter schlecht ging, war der Hotelarzt samt Krankenschwester abends zwei Stunden da, um Infusionen etc. zu geben. Das hervorragende Essen, die tolle Architektur und die schöne Lage am Seminyak-Strand mit Weltklasse-Sonnenuntergängen kommen noch dazu.

Horrible

Breakfast was descent, I expected better quality food from the 5 star hotel. Pool is too small the amount of people which stay at the property. The room was horrible, dark, not enough lighting, feels like you live in the bunker but not at the 5 star property. Interior design is ugly and well outdated, the last time it was updated almost 30 years ago, Rooms have awful mold smell, I start getting allergy because of the smell in the room. And it was in our room and in our daughter's room, same smell of mold. The manager had to move us twice to a different room. Lack of lighting on the terrace and balcony. The only one thing that we like at this hotel was the direct ocean view room.

The hotel must be fully renovated, the smell of mold is awful. Towels are outdated, not acceptable for a 5 star property with the high price per room. The restaurant serves OK food, nothing special. Again, this hotel is old, furniture in the rooms are outdated, old, and very dirty, poor housekeeping management. I would not stay there again, even if they offer a free stay there.

Niezapomniany pobyt w sercu Bali Spędziliśmy z mężem kilka dni w Legian Beach Hotel i był to jeden z naszych najlepszych wakacyjnych wyborów. Hotel położony jest tuż przy plaży, co pozwalało nam codziennie podziwiać zachody słońca nad oceanem. Otoczony bujnym ogrodem, tworzy prawdziwą oazę spokoju w tętniącym życiem Legian. Pokój był przestronny i czysty, z balkonem wychodzącym na tropikalny ogród. Codzienne sprzątanie i świeże ręczniki były standardem. Wieczorny rytuał przygotowania pokoju do spania- niesamowite doświadczenie, pełne cudownych zapachów! Śniadania z widokiem na ocean i ogród oferowały szeroki wybór dań, zarówno lokalnych, jak i międzynarodowych. Obsługa hotelowa-ZNAKOMITA!!!! Wszyscy niezwykle uprzejmi i pomocni, zawsze gotowi odpowiedzieć na nasze pytania i spełnić prośby. Niesamowite było to, że po pierwszym śniadaniu obsługa pamiętała jaka kawę zamawiamy! Propozycja SPA kolejne niesamowite doświadczenie- masaże obłędne! Nie tanie, ale na najwyższym poziomie! Lokalizacja hotelu pozwalała na łatwy dostęp do lokalnych restauracji, sklepów i atrakcji turystycznych. Zdecydowanie polecam osobom stawiającym na jakość i spokojny pobyt!

The fitness centre was a hit, the breakfast variety and service was amazing, the views from the room were beautiful. Pool bar service and cocktails were perfect. We loved it!

The service was amazing, the pools were amazing, the location on the beach was amazing! The lounge chairs and service at the outdoor spaces was excellent. Our room was beautiful and I LOVED that they gave us plenty of drinking water in the room. The morning buffet breakfast was excellent! The beach is heavenly, we walked for hours up and down the forever expansive beach with soft sand and perfect waves and the warmest water! Everyone at the hotel was incredibly friendly and I would highly recommend this hotel to travelers that want to be pampered! They surprised us with a happy Anniversary cake upon arrival and gave us a second one our last night! They went above and beyond with every detail!! LOVED OUR STAY!!!!

I first must say, these are minor in comparison to all the good! The wifi was slow and didn't seem to work great. That was frustrating at times. I would also recommend some large fans for the outdoor eating area, especially for during the daytime meals. We had the Easter Brunch and sat in the dining for 2 hours and it was stifling! There was no breeze and we were almost too hot to enjoy. Some big fans would have helped immensely to get some circulation.
