Ok, but id think twice.

Location right on the beach is great

Outdated, noisy with repairs going on. Some security staff incompetent at their job, asking inappropriate questions. Hair-dryer not working, door locks questionable - room security seems inadequate. Aircon at 18° didn't have what it takes to cope. Rooms were clean. But won't be staying here again. Much better places for same price.

The room, ac, shower, kitchen, couches and patios were amazing. The pool was great for kids and adults alike. The food at the restaurant and room service was so-so but there are so any better options near by.

I can’t really think of anything that I don’t like. I told them an ac unit didn’t work that well but still kinda worked and they just moved me to another better room. The food isn’t as good as restaurants near by but the hotel is perfect! Clean! And family friendly

The hotel is excellent. Very beautiful, the room is very large and well equipped. Located in front of the beach. The pool is quite large and has a good depth. Excellent breakfast with many options. I highly recommend it.

The Wi-Fi didn't work very well. Breakfast was a little expensive.

Despite a few positives, the safety, service, and accessibility issues mean we wouldn’t return or recommend this hotel,

Rooms were large and comfortable but very, very bright in morning so not the best for children. Best feature of all was the currency exchange at the hotel. Some of the best rates in Bali and very reliable

Breakfast was atrocious Room security was non existent with doors not locking properly Elevator kept breaking down Pool maintenance was poor with several people sustaining large cuts to their feet by broken tiles Extremely hard to get service by the pool. Location was ok but (not only an issue this hotel on the street) it is hard to get taxied to come during the day ad the street has a tariff so a long walk is almost always required. Very poor access for the not less mobile.

The stay was good but won’t be returning

It was a good hotel for someone with young children due to the swimming pool with the kids water playground there

The location it was a bit away from everything . The hotel itself needs major upgrades and maintenance my room three windows were leaking due to the weather and the rain coming in . I had to ask 3 times to get my shower fixed as I had cold water they fixed it and it lasted for 3 days then went back to cold. Needs work done

Fun place for children - they loved the splash park and indoor playground. Good breakfast options.

Very expensive laundry service. One glass in our room broke and we were charged Rp 100,00.00 to replace it (AU$10), which seemed a bit steep.

Very nice but a lot of mosquitoes.

Love the location of this property, love that it was directly across from the beach. The rooms are great for families and facilities they provide made it easier for us to accommodate our kids.

The property needs some work and maintenance. It’s look tired and run down. I didn’t like how many mosquitoes were in our room from the lack of seals around the doors and the door themselves were very difficult.

the location was good. the pool was nice and clean and the grounds well kept.

we stayed in a three bedroom apartment the beds were comfortable and clean although it is very tired and needs an update lots of things need attention - broken drawers and door lock was difficult .

Great location with access to the beach, several eateries nearby, along with a spa and mini mart. Good sized rooms, comfortable beds.

Downstairs toilet consistently blocked after use. Several of the blinds didn't work. Light switch kept falling off downstairs. Inconsistent plates/cutlery/glassware in the apartments. Buffet breakfast disliked by nine out of eleven of us.

Rooms are big and the kids loved the pool area. Staff friendly and accomidating. Great location.

Aircon wasnt the best, the stairs and ramps are not suitable for older people. Breakfast isn't great! But so many places to eat in the street. Toilet water leaked every night and shower water goes everywhere when showering.

I were there to enjoy two friends birthday parties but a good 10 of us being half of us ended up with Bali belly

The fact that the aircon went from quite to loud all the time , so following my first night I raised the issue with staff and from all accounts nothing was done about it …. Not even a comment back to me at any stage

Clean, spacious and great value in a nice location, with good amenites and the nicest staff.

The one bedroom suite was clean and spacious. The aircon and wifi worked well. The pool and spa were great to relax and unwind in after a long morning walk along the beach. The hotel is literally across the road from the beach and situated in a nice location towards Seminyak and close to some shops and restaurants. The hotel's ground floor bar - the Barrell Bar televised the Sharks v Storm NRL semi-final which was great. The staff were fantastic as well.

The safety box didn't work at first but they sent a technician very quickly to fix it. It required new batteries but it seemed fail every second time you tried to open or lock it, after 3 or 4 days.

The location & the staff

The room is very old, bathroom is very old, seems like the hotel need renovation since the location is super nice but the hotel is very old building and tired. Bathroom is really old including the towel as well. The wifi also not working properly. Not worth it for the price. But the staff very nice and welcoming us.

How strict they were over the towels when u forgot ur card u had to go back to the room and get it and if the towels were left while we went for food to come back they would be gone and it was a struggle to sort that out
