It was a wonderful, relaxing, and memorable stay, and I would definitely come back again.

I really liked the beautiful and relaxing atmosphere of the resort. The pool area was amazing, very clean, and perfect for relaxing. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was also great and convenient. All the people are very nice.

Lovely experience but children don't need 5 star - lesson learnt!

The room itself was stunning, the bed was like sleeping in a marshmellow cloud, my daughter didnt want to get out of the bed. Once we got our bearings the location was good. It was on a main road so crossing is stressful but the staff are more than professional and helpful at stopping traffic! Its right next door to a supermarket which is helpful with children.

The hotels breakfast was expensive so we found a really cute cafe close by that was half the price and beautiful food (Doppio Pink is the name) The kids club is extremely tiresum and worn. It made me a little sad to be honest! but luckily they make up for it with the slide and floating devices, i just think there needs to be more down time activities for children above 6. The braiding was a great touch however a little overpriced. Would suggest to go elsewhere. Otherwise, the staff in the kids club were extremely helpful and gentle, my daughter loved the girls. In saying that, staff all over Bali are THE BEST!

Fantastic hotel with great facilities, room and breakfast

Fantastic resort - the best buffet breakfast we had on the trip, rooms are spacious and clean, staff are wonderful and facilities are clean. They also serve fantastic coffee. Would stay in this resort again when we return to Bali

Spacious and very comfortable room, nice ambience, and excellent service

The hotel is conveniently located. Not in the heart of Seminyak, but within walking distance (15-20min) of the main shopping area. I like the location as it’s a little quieter and yet there are eateries, spas and shops nearby. The room is very spacious, with a balcony (has a day bed and jacuzzi). Overall very comfortable. The breakfast spread is pretty decent - quite a wide variety of food. One of the key highlights of our stay was the service. It was top-notch - from the reception to the F&B to the concierge. In particular, Gede from concierge was extremely helpful and shared excellent recommendations for dining. He was also very patient with all our queries and booking requests, and handled everything with a warm smile. I’d definitely recommend this property!

The mattress was a bit too soft. Same with the pillows - I opted for the firmer pillow from the pillow menu, but even that was not firm enough.

Amazing Hotel with amazing staff

The breakfast had quite a number of options. It was good to have some Asian food for breakfast for a change. They even had some Chinese food options like dim sum and fresh noodles. The hotel room had a jacuzzi and the room the hotel had many iunique facilities. Like a free sauna, big jacuzzi and gym. Staff were always cleaning keeping the place tidy and WiFi was very strong.

Location made it a bit difficult to access town. It’s not on a beach and you have to cross quite difficult road to get to town. But taxis so cheap and during the day quite walkable

Breakfast was excellent, staff were very attentive and kind (10/10 for all staff). Quick room service. Roof top bar with great views. Nice pool for kids and good kids club activities. Great showers and bathtubs :0)

Lack of privacy unless curtains drawn. Very noisy room - we believe it was AC or pool pump (sounded like someone drilling / generator running in our room all night - no sleep :/ ) :( Expensive food and drinks. Asides from breakfast, the restaurant and food was very lack lustre / below average and expensive :( Hotel needs updating - basic things like nice new tablecloths / clean ones when dining (purple grubby ones were not doing it for me) and cloth napkins would make a big difference. Hotel is very close to being 4* with better food and a few more touches.

A great hotel in the middle of a busy area. Room was excellent with very comfortable huge bed. Staff were all very friendly and very efficient. A couple of small requests i had were carried out very quickly. Breakfast was terrific with plenty of variety.

The Trans have absolutely nailed luxury service. From buzzers by your sun lounger to fresh towels laid out for you. An amazing buffet breakfast that has everything you can think of and more. The turn down service at night. Generous products in yours room. Balcony curtains and the bath. Pillow menu. Attention to detail is well worth the price.
