The staff was very responsive, every service was cater to meet our needs and was very convenient, the common facilities were pretty clean, the restaurant options very great and offered delicious meals at all times. Buffet breakfast was my favourite, the stay truly exhibits value for money.
There should be some kind of a briefing regarding the extent of service offerings. I missed out on accessing the game room with free massage chairs until the last day of my stay.

The hotel is still very nice and in a good location
Stayed here a year ago and the level of service has definitely fallen away. Special wines and dishes advertised at the table were not available. Ordered a special breakfast and waited 45 minutes for it to arrive.. had to chase the staff three times and finally found a manager who made it happen. Check in and check out very slow.
