It was just as amazing the sexond time with my good friend Janine as it was with my mum and sister last April.

I liked absolutely everything about my stay here: the staff; the decor; the comfortable and spacious rooms, the spacious and comfortable beds; the yoga classes; the ease with which to either go walking for a massage or hop in a taxi to experience fine dining in Seminyak. I will definitely be returning.

There was absolutely nothing i didn’t like, except for the annoying young woman on the riding tour who dictated what time the tour would end.

The team were friendly and very helpful, my husband left his sunglasses at the table and they kept them at reception with his name on them.

Beds were too hard, need more padding or a topper for better comfort, expected a more plush feel for an high end hotel.

Excellent hotel in a central location with very comfortable rooms and great service.

Our room was spacious and well appointed. The buffet breakfast at Makase had a wide selection of choices and the a la carte breakfast at SugarSand was great as well. All staff were very friendly and provided excellent service.

Amazing boutique hotel.Fantastic interior and good facilities- spa - luxury- has many treatments. All staff fantastic but special thank you to Arta and Nia. Tried yoga as well- unforgettable experience- thank you Pasek!

5 star hotel, excellent staff, excellent food and facilities.

The buffet breakfast is 5 star. The service is excellent, the staff will make anything for you and there are so I’m any options both on the Buffett but also freshly made. One day was Singapore crabs! I loved getting fresh juice every day, the specials menu is fantastic. It’s one of the best breakfasts I’ve had. There is also another restaurant on the beach you can go to but I ran out of time as it was a short trip. The main breakfast buffet restaurant is air conditioned. The room was a standard room and it was huge! It had everything you need and more. You can make coffee, even here your own fresh orange juice or cocktails. Large bathroom, walk in wardrobe, make up space, desk to work from and a good size tv. Large bed which was comfortable. It’s a really great space. I’d recommend getting an ocean or garden room do you can use your balcony. This hotel feels like a real Balinese hotel, has multiple pools, easy to get around, circle k in walking distance, right on the beach and an ice cream shop attached to the hotel. This is a great family hotel or adults, beautiful grounds and staff went above and beyond to look after us. Everything was great, I’d stay here again.

My room was a standard one, and we had zero view, on level 1. It was ok for a short stay, not a long stay. Not the hotels fault - The beach was disgusting. It was covered in rubbish, washed up from the ocean and piles of rubbish everywhere. Don’t swim at the beach. Bali beaches are getting worse and the rubbish on the island is getting unbearable. It’s not nice and pristine anymore. It’s a huge negative going to Bali now and really destroys your holiday. Prior we’re just playing in the rubbish and sitting around in it. Very bizarre.

Loved it but found Seminyak too busy

Indigo was an excellent hotel for us (a group of friends). they noticed it was one of our group's birthday and arranged a birthday cake to be served at breakfast and send birthday greetings in the room (all on the hotel's own accord). The rooms are very spacious. Service was very warm and friendly. There are 3 different pools so be sure to explore the hotel to look at all the facilities.

Fantastic stay - clean, comfortable and relaxing - will return again.

Friendly staff and great facilities. This was my third stay here and it delivered as usual. Comfortable rooms with great furnishings and delicious food. I also love that you can choose from 3 different pools.

Whilst we requested very hot coffee - it never was very hot. The cocktails are also expensive. They run a buy 2 get the third free promo however a happy hour buy one, get one free for 1-2 hours a day would attract more people to purchase here rather that seek drinks elsewhere.

Fabulous locality and resort for Bali .

It’s a great place to stay. The facilities were fabulous. Staff absolutely gorgeous. Food also good. A very beautiful spa but the prices in the spa were very high compared to outside spas. However still worth a try.

The beach is a bit disappointing because there’s lots of plastic in their waters but no fault of the facility. My hubby ran past syringes in the morning. I feel they could provide some more info on what’s available outside the resort and where good shops n restaurants are if people want that.

Good but not so good

The food was good with a variety of choices. A staff from Sava name Gung was kind enough to let us stay in their lounge facing the pond. She was caring and even gave us complimentary drinks.

i think the Indigo location and rooms in under rated when we searched for accommodation.

The Japanese restaurant is in a great location !! but the food and the service is very average indeed. If you had a Micheline start chef and better waiter service training like the VICERY in UBUD you would make better money. The Breakfast Buffet service and food is very good no problems 8/10.

OUTSTANDING RESORT - ABSOLUTE WOULD STAY AGAIN

Everything about this property was absolutely outstanding, sugarsand restaurant onsite was a stand out for us, we ended up dining for dinner and lunch over 6 times which isn’t like us but the staff - Chipta,mei, rita and angga and quality of food was out of this world!!!! Also being in this resort was like a little slice of paradise

Wonderful Stay

Buffet breakfast was fantastic! So many great options and really great quality food. King suite was amazing! So luxurious and comfortable bed! Concierge were great and super helpful

The pool was very crowded, especially when we wanted to go to the secret garden pool. Too many kids and we struggled to relax. However, we still had a nice time
