It’s greatly nice and clean with calm lighting, I like also the location in the hotel

The room size is wide enough and comfortable with nice balcony views in the garden pool.

The pool need to improve and few algae were observed. The hotel not directly to the beach, even the setup for hotel need to be more organized, so the guests can go to there comfortably.

The food was good with a variety of choices. A staff from Sava name Gung was kind enough to let us stay in their lounge facing the pond. She was caring and even gave us complimentary drinks.

The hotel internet kept dropping off while using their laptops and my husband and kids were not happy.

i think the Indigo location and rooms in under rated when we searched for accommodation.

The Japanese restaurant is in a great location !! but the food and the service is very average indeed. If you had a Micheline start chef and better waiter service training like the VICERY in UBUD you would make better money. The Breakfast Buffet service and food is very good no problems 8/10.

OUTSTANDING RESORT - ABSOLUTE WOULD STAY AGAIN

Everything about this property was absolutely outstanding, sugarsand restaurant onsite was a stand out for us, we ended up dining for dinner and lunch over 6 times which isn’t like us but the staff - Chipta,mei, rita and angga and quality of food was out of this world!!!! Also being in this resort was like a little slice of paradise

Best hotel experience I’ve had in a long time

This hotel is faultless. I have travelled a lot and stayed in many 5* hotels, and this one is right at the top with the best. Great design, great restaurants, great location on the beachfront, beautiful grounds, beautiful pools with lots of cosy seating options, and despite being there in peak season the pool never felt crowded and we always got a good spot. Even the other guests including the kids were nice and not the loud annoying kind 😊 Arrival was a great experience, we got well looked after from the moment we stepped out of the taxi, and every single staff member was fantastic. We had the cheapest room type (I thought) but it was bigger than expected and had a lovely balcony and clever shower design that opened onto the balcony with a cute daybed. It also had a dressing room with makeup table (my teenage daughter loved), and a lovely big bathroom with separate toilet. Big very comfortable bed. Nice lighting. The room smelled divine. Cute mini bar and orange press with free oranges on request. The buffet breakfast was awesome, so many choices, plus good al la carte options. The Japanese restaurant - Sugar Sands, was exceptional, we ended up eating there multiple times - the tuna tataki was mind expanding. And special mention must be made to our servers Adhi (sp?) and Cipta, so knowledgeable and friendly, and made us feel like family. I didn’t try the spa or the yoga classes but can’t wait to go back one day for this. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so perfect.

Breakfast was amazing, everything you can think off and more, super hygienic, very friendly helpful staff. Food and drinks by the pool were exceptional, we got the platter for two, highly recommend. Pools were lovely, lots of day beds to relax on.

Très gros établissement avec énormément de chambres. Nous étions une famille de 2 adultes et 2 enfants et nous avions l’impression d’être une minuscule fourmi dans la fourmilière. Peu de service personnalisé, peu d’attention comparé à ce que Bali nous avait habitué. La chambre était très humide et sentait le renfermé. Nous avions demandé une chambre qui donne sur la piscine pour profiter de la piscine pendant la sieste de notre fille de 1 an et nous étions finalement très loin! Le room service était cher et assez lent.

Camere stupende, spaziose e rinnovate di recente. Colazione eccellente. Spazi piscina molto comodi e riescono a dare un'impressione di privacy, sorprendente per un hotel piuttosto grande. Diversi bar e ristoranti di qualità. A un passo dalla spiaggia con tramonto e vari locali per cibo o drink serale.

La colazione finisce per essere molto affollata, con conseguenti attese per avere un caffè o un piatto su ordinazione (è a buffet, ma per le bevande calde e per omelette o altri piatti si deve ordinare)
