The property is beautiful! Gardens are gorgeous and the hotel has a great vibe.
Really an oasis I. The hustle that is Seminyak! The staff throughout the resort were truly amazing!! Especially Novita and Jenni in the restaurant, they are exceptional!!
However we even got little notes from the guys cleaning our rooms wishing us a good day! The guys at the pool remembered my husband’s order from days before! Honestly I cannot fault the staff

Breakfast was a definite highlight. There was so much choice and it wasnt the same each day. We loved the different sections of the pools where you could choose more privacy, main area or just some time by the restuarant watching the ocean. Highly recommend this awesome hotel
There was a slight smell that came through on 1 or 2 of the nights but we did not have to complain about it. So we were happy. Not much not to like.

The hotel is still very nice and in a good location
Stayed here a year ago and the level of service has definitely fallen away. Special wines and dishes advertised at the table were not available. Ordered a special breakfast and waited 45 minutes for it to arrive.. had to chase the staff three times and finally found a manager who made it happen. Check in and check out very slow.
