The villa was in a great location, close to everything you need. Two awesome cafes close by.

Location was good

No hot water for the shower, when I called reception about it they told me to wait until tomorrow to have a shower… The bath towels were stained with black and brown lines. The bed sheets were also stained with yellow patches. There is no lift and we were staying on the third floor. The air con is very noisy and is not cold even when set to the lowest temperature. Very outdated “hotel”.

4 bedroom Villa JeJas was awesome! Lots of room for a group of 5,very spacious, nice vibe , very attentive & excellent staff. Nothing was a problem!! Majority of time spent downstairs in / around the pool . AQUA Restaurant at reception was close by & meals were great . Air-con, fans , beds & water pressure were great . Robin,The Pool Man, was very friendly, nice & helpful.

No ashtrays in the outside area,no tea-towels in the kitchen. ( we asked for them ) Master bedroom downstairs- all other bedrooms upstairs so may not be ideal for anyone who cannot do stairs easily. These are minor issues- no problem -as we would definitely book again.

Wouldn't recommend

Got a family member staying at hotel to ask for airport transport, and she was told it was 100,000. Got there and was told it was 300,000. Bed was hard. Had no hot water for 3 of the 5 days. When brought to the hotels attention, they said their system doesn't have the capacity to give hot showers, only warm showers. Unfortunately, it wasn't even warm. Very disappointed with the overall experience and would not recommend to anyone.

Great service, food and relaxing.

The breakfast was delicious. Beautifully presented and lovely fresh produce. Our breakfast was included, but only 3 dishes to choose from. We were there for 10 nights so wanted a little more choice. Hotels position was fantastic. Close to bars, cafes, shopping and beach. Wait staff were so polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.

My room was beautiful and had kitchen. But there was no teatowel or dishcloth. Tea,coffee was abit hit and miss for replacement. There was no gym or spa.

Shower head was to high up, and water went everywhere. With breakfast included you can only choose from three meals, special 3 was my favourite for breakfast.

Staff extremely friendly and accommodating. Location was central. Cleanliness exceptional. Food great. Highly recommend QA VA hotel to all. I am planning to go back shortly and stay in the same room. Wifi worked without any issues.

Location of my room, front are right on the roadside, extremely noisy Could see through the glass at night in the shower Air con only had 2 settings working extremely cold and hot Tv didn’t work Roller blinds on all windows were very annoying trying to get in and out of the door Linen was badly stained Didn’t realise there was No lift , I was on the third floor with bad knees

Nice accomodation but shower needs improvement.

The rooms were very spacious and neat and tidy.

The shower was horrible. The water was spraying out of the pipes and did not pour out properly. Completely flooded the bathroom every time it was used and could barely stay warm enough. Shower was in this condition in every room we booked.

The staff said the property was fully booked even though it wasn’t. The room wasn’t that clean and the shower head was coming out of the wall. It was also very loud.

It wasn’t really value for money, I wouldn’t stay again.

The food and staff were nice and it was in a pretty nice location.

Our villa was a little grotty and we didn’t immediately feel comfortable there, such as the walls up the staircase and the walls in the bedrooms & kitchen had visible splash marks and marks up them. We had other family members join us in another villa through AQ-VA and their villa was significantly better, I mean I would consider us to be in a 3 star and they were in a 5 star yet we paid the same so that was frustrating.

Cheap

It is easy to find, on the main road, just 10 minutes walk to the beach and there are many bars and cafes around it. The bed is comfortable and the room very spacious

You can hear the traffic from the room and you have to close all the curtains because everybody can see you in your room. Also the swimming pool is in the shade for most of the day, so whats the point on that. The room looks nice but there is mole everywhere, moisture, water leaks and the toilet floods everytime you shower, also bringing a weird smell

As we were on the 3rd floor the Stairs were hard as 3 flags guys outside and inside stairs to bedroom . The bathroom door wouldn’t slide properly
