The sun loungers were in full sun for most of the day - could do with an umbrella. The standard of cleaning could be improved. I had to ask for toilet paper one day.

Cleanliness of the room is great but sink and bathroom was just alright. Towels had stains. Facilities are quite old. Couldn’t use the tub because I felt like it was not clean enough. AC felt like it was struggling too.

Nice bed, good location, easy going owner, and water boiler and fridge in the room plus the pool big plus.

Kitchen in the room has no gas stove (how ever there is one outside near the pool).

Highly recommend this for a good room at an excellent price.

Staff very helpful. Excellent value for money. Pretty spacious room with a decent sized fridge and even a small kitchen bench and sink. Plug Mosquito repellent provided.

Everything! The location is wonderful! Just a couple minutes walk to the beach. Restaurants and stores just outside the accommodation. Even though the guest house is located on such a busy road, you can't hear anything once inside the room. The host is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious, it had everything we needed for our stay. The bed and pillows were comfortable. There's hot water available in the shower and plenty of space to organize your luggage. If we could've extended our stay we definitely would have. This is great value for money!

There's a small step inside the bathroom that you have to be careful with, I tripped a couple times because I kept forgetting it was there (see pictures).

Location is great. Quite place. Clean and nice bed. 3 steps away from pool. Host was amazing and for me there is no doubt about where will I stay next time. You can rent bike from him.

Diamond down a lane way

The room was splendid, large fridge, meal facilities (plates, cutlery, cups, mugs etc) kitchen area (no cooking facilities however) bed was comfy, air-conditioner made a little noise every now & then but nothing that was a bother, it was cold & situated perfectly in the room. Shower had great pressure & hot. Location was fabulous, fast internet, great view, great outside sitting area..

No signage explaining where to go for check in. Windows above the tv did not block out the sun & with no curtains or covers made the room hot. Bathroom door handle needs a screw, handles on the TV unit needs replacing. Listing needs to be updated to include stairs in the listing. (Would also be nice to have complete access to the stairs without a scooter being in the way) Also needs to be another bin placed in the bathroom for toilet paper (we are not meant to flush paper in Bali so a bin in that space is needed, im not going to take used toilet paper into the kitchen & living space)

Great location & value for money

Spacious room. Clean room and bathroom. All rooms have a bathtub. Family run hotel, the people are warm and welcoming. Corridor sofa and cloth drying facility is thoughtful. Pool was clean. We availed scooter rental from here, they have scooters for different prices. Situated in awesome location, many eateries in walkable distance, Legian & double 6 beaches are just couple of minutes away.

No car parking. Cabs cannot wait for more than 30 seconds as it's a busy road.

Good value for money!

Quiet, central, clean and friendly staff. Short distance to restaurants, the beach and airport. What more can you ask for? We were very pleased and would choose this place next time .

While we dont smoke, there was ashtrays outside each room - and thus outside our room and our neighbours room. The rooms are semi-indoors, which to us means that smoking should not happen outside the rooms, but rather outside the building. Minor thing to fix:)

Staff were very friendly. Pool looks exactly like the photos! Bed was big and comfortable. Great aircon! Lovely big rooms and late check out of midday which is so convenient.

Sheet kept slipping off the bed as if it didn’t fit properly. Bathroom needed a good clean, lots of limescale.

I was overall satisfied and enjoyable stay.

I like the place soooo quite and solemn...perfect for your rest time..it is just 15 minutes walk towards the beach. The vibes are just like your own space. The owner is accommodating.
