Perfect stay - definitely recommend

EVERYTHING- The property is so beautiful, with a large bedroom and bathroom; very comfortable; the rooftop bar is amazing too. The staff are also so friendly and helpful. It’s across the road from the beach and close to shops without being noisy. I seriously cannot fault this hotel!

Staff were exceptional, very helpful in trying to retrieve my missing luggage. The Plantation restaurant is a wonderful experience, beautiful food, presented and served so well. Rooftop bar is great at sunset.

Brilliant hotel in a poor beach location

Fantastic room and all comforts needed. Rooftop bar and restaurants were superb. Breakfast overlooking the sea was truly memorable!

Very clean facility with nice amenities. The actual hard product lacked attention to detail. But the staff made up for it.

Our suite came with a butler, we never saw until 3 days later when we asked for assistance with TV usage.

Top hotel, friendly staff, well appointed hotel room, great views at the southern end of seminyak.

Excellent value for money , a great location ( although the southern end of seminyak) , staff were all very helpful ( they changed money large notes for smaller notes for the drivers, extra towels , board games, etc) , there was plenty of bottled water in the rooms and ordering extra was no problem. The beach outside the hotel was very clean and no rubbish ( although the beach either side had alot of rubbish/debris - which was not the responsibility of the hotel)

I think I am getting old but I didn’t need all the piped music ( although wasn’t too loud) for breakfast /lunch /dinner / pool.

Staff were very friendly and attentive. Poolside cocktails were great! When we had a noise complaint the quickly found us a room that was slightly less noisy.

Very noisy. The rooms are not soundproof at all and due to the location we had noise until past midnight and then Starting again at 6am, I’m talking loud loud music.

Best Hotel!

The penthouse was an absolute dream — comfortable, spotless, and spacious, with dedicated rooms for everything and a gorgeous jacuzzi with a view on the second level. The staff were professional, elegant, and incredibly efficient. The food at the restaurant downstairs and the rooftop lounge was great too. This hotel has a wide lounge space assigned for people to stay after checking out, keep their luggage’s, rest and have a shower. It just felt perfect. We truly didn’t want to leave and plan to be back.

The only downside was the restaurant downstairs — our order was misunderstood several times, and the team struggled with simple menu customisations. Greater flexibility and clearer communication in this area would really elevate the overall experience.

Nice hotel but overpriced and overrated

The hotel is in a great location with easy access to the beach and beach walk that takes you along to Seminyak or to Legian. Rooms are a good size. Great views of the beach from the restaurant and great breakfast which you can have either from the buffet or order from the menu. The Susi Q restaurant is really good for dinner. The welcome drink was cool as well.

Whilst the hotel is nice it is overpriced. There are many other hotels in the area that are equally as nice and offer just as good facilities and meals at a far more affordable price-especially as you are in Bali! The first room they tried to give us was supposed to be an upgrade Anna had a plunge pool, but it was very dark and dingy and the outside area had no character at all, just concrete walls and a miserable looking pool. It was very depressing. The public areas are far more modern and inviting than the rooms which were lacking any real character. Entering into the room via the bathroom was a little strange as well.

The reason I liked the property was because we had a clear view of the Indian Ocean from our room and the hotel was grand and hard to beat

It was extremely loud at night considering the beach bars and all the bands that performed them. On the other hand the music was exceptional.

The premium suite with pool access is worth it. It’s very private & specious. The pool access was the highlight of our trip as we could enjoy private sunbeds, food & drinks from the pool bar. For the price (320 euro per night at the time I booked) the suite is totally worth it and if we ever come back to Bali we book this suite again, even just for 1-2 nights. It’s super relaxing & safe. This was one of the very few hotels in Bali were I slept very well and was super well rested the next day.

Disappointing of the price and in need of a big renovation!

Staff are very friendly

It was very disappointing!! For $1000 for the night we expected a lot more. The room you could tell had been flooded so the smell was damp and unpleasant. The room was very old and in need of some maintenance and refresh. The beds were uneven and uncomfortable and the balcony was missing paint, boards were lifting up.
