Nice hotel to stay and location and great staff

Accommodation was very comfortable and everything you need

Room is very well appointed and spacious. Housekeeping was efficient and all staff very friendly. The free laundry facilities was very handy.

Included breakfast at the coffee club which is situated at the front of the hotel and was very average. The buffet is very limited and not up to the standard of the hotel. The coffee machine coffee was awful and the barista made coffee which costs extra was no better.

Great hotel staff and room.

Had my laundry done and booked for same day. I went out and returned to no laundry. Asked the next day. They forgot to deliver it apparently. Coffee club staff were not helpful at all. Make sure you organise your own transport throuhg booking.com or gojek... and not the hotels, unless you want to pay 4x the price.

Wonderful Anantara

The service was excellent, we probably the only Indonesian who stayed there during our stay, and the staff was wonderful to us not only with Bule. And the location is superb ! Love our room choice, 112 quiet and more privacy !

The bidet, is a little bit too hard to press and used. And the kettle is also not working properly, i had to pressed it to make it work 🙃

Fabulous quiet hotel in the buzzing beachside area.

The staff were so friendly and helpful at all times. Lovely rooms and fabulous bed and sheets. Sooo comfortable. The breakfast was great and room service on other occasions very prompt. Gym was a little small but had enough to do a cardio workout. A yoga mat was in the room which was a nice surprise. Great pool with plenty of beds and the hotel was also well located across the road from the fabulous surf beach.

Perfect location, steps from the beach! Many nearby restaurants, not to mention the ones the resort offers. Very friendly staff, always smiling and greeting the guests! Beautiful landscape and property! Very clean suites. Breakfast is set menu but absolutely first class and delicious. The coffee included needs to be bigger. 1 small long black isn’t enough at all.

Great spot to be able to walk straight out to the beach. Was only a 20 minute walk to Seminyak along the beach, whereas 40 minutes drive due to traffic. Ground floor room opening out to the pool area was great. Room was spacious with separate living/kitchen area. Service was excellent. Breakfast is a la cart from a menu - the food was good, but would have preferred more Balinese food options.

A great place to stay with all the facilities we needed.

Close to the beach, very clean and modern. Room was large and had all facilities we needed. Clothes washing facilities were an added bonus.

We had to remind the reception staff that we had prepaid for the stay, as they wanted us to pay again on arrival. It was sorted out quickly, but we were very cautious from then on.

We would return for the luxury of laying by the pool with amazing weather and lovely staff.

The rooms were immaculate. Beds were very comfortable. Pool was inviting and catered to all ages. Easy phone service to order food from front cafe (Coffee Club). Staff were very helpful and brought ice to our room for various needs.

One bathroom had issues with hot water for a day. There was still a little renovation going on, which had a silicone smell and some noise. However, we were notified of noise each morning. It was difficult to get around/go far. For example, getting to Canggu was almost an hour, so we felt a little limited. The beach was ok, but we ended up spending most of our time by the pool as we were not haggled with to buy things, which is what happened on the beach.

Nice intimate hotel located at city center

Great location with the beach just in front ..perfect for sunrise hang outs. Lots of restos nearby. Perfect vegan breakfast which I had for 2 days. Friendly and helpful staff.

Gem in Legian

It was very good value for what we paid AUD850 for 3 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment. The resort is boutique, has one swimming pool, gym, spa and Kids club. All staff very courteous. The turtle kids club took great care of my 10 year old and even gave him a farewell gift. They had games and a playstation 4 to keep kids entertained. There is a basement carpark for guest cars, mopeds, bicycles and scooters. Small touches make the resort stood out for me. The room came with 4 large (1 litre) bottles of water everyday and 2 extra spring bottled water in the bathroom. They have free to use good quality washing machines and dryers complete with detergent in the basement. Walk out of the resort across the street is Legian beach. Go either left of right, there a restaurants, cafes and bars. Walk further right ~10mins there is a street (Jl Arjuan) lined with shopping for souvenirs and cloths.

Very minor detail in that breakfast could have more choices. If you paid for inclusive breakfast, you are presented with a set menu at the Coffeeclub which is a public cafe in front of the resort. It is very popular and the food is in fact great.
