Location, price, beautiful gardens, friendliness of all staff.
Our room had very poor wifi and had to sit outside, we should have moved rooms straight away.
Our toilet didn’t flush properly and on the last day we finally figured out the shower head.
Tiles around pool areas very very slippery. More umbrellas needed around pools for shade.

The Staff were Amazing and helpful, all meals fantastic, location to shops and beach was a bonus for our (Age ). Gardens / lawns were maintained beautifully
The alcohol Prices, stairs and steps were different heights ( just old age thing ), Slipping on tiles.

Breakfast and service generally--location excellent. Entertainment very good.
Failure to meet our booking request. The room we eventually ended up with was 541 and the noise from the third floor was unacceptable--children running around and furniture being bumped or moved late at night (after 10pm). Signs/notices for these occupants should be installed in all these rooms that they must realise that the noise they make is amplified through the floor. The building was not built/designed well in this regard
