We stayed in a one bedroom villa, it was fantastic. Bed was comfy. Pool was just off the room. Close to everything. Easy 10 min walk to the beach.

Good location; Beautiful Pool; older Balinese style; with a few issues

Location is excellent. Swimming pool newly renovated, very nice, lots of shady areas to sit. Traditional Balinese style, lovely tropical gardens. Rooms older; however can see some improvements and upgrades gradually taking place. Staff very nice, and helpful. Bed fairly comfortable. Air conditioning worked well.

Internet atrocious and non existent for most of our stay. Dirty sheets on bed when we arrived - had to get all linen changed. Badly stained, dirty, and ripped cushions on seating, requested to have them changed. Outside bathroom - toilet in the rain first night, floor flooded, and soaked along with all the toilet paper - could not use during that night/rain. Very worn and ripped towels. Moved rooms - our room type (Deluxe Suite) only has outside bathrooms, requested it had toilet under more cover, it was better, but no hot water and no internet. Moved rooms again - dirty bed linen - had to get changed. Toilet OK and under cover. Bathroom basin outside in the rain and everything on it got wet. Minimal basic amenities are provided. Only 1 key per room. If there are 2 of you and you go out at different times, you have to decide who takes the key; or leave it at reception. Depending which end of the hotel you come back to, depends if you do the long walk to reception to get your key. No hand towels; no bath mats. Had to request extra towels. No hairdryer - they will give you one on request. No phone in room to ring reception; However there is a QR code for WhatsApp; we weren't told this on check in and found it by chance. But, this is useless if there is no internet; which there wasn't. Lost count of how many times we had to walk to reception. Restaurant at the font, and the pool bar are not run by the hotel; so you can't book anything to your room, it is pay as you go only. We paid $100.00 per night for the room, we weren't expecting bathrobes and slippers for this price, however we frequently stay many different hotels and resorts in this area, believe this room type is worth about $70.00 per night.

The property was amazing we staying in a one bedroom villa with outside spa a lovely deep pool

The beds mattress was rather hard I did phone reception for a mattress topper which they provided quite promptly with no problem at all which was so kind. But the mattress topper provided was quite thin and didn’t really make the bed anymore comfortable.

I loved everything about Three Brothers. Superior Room (downstairs) is what I had near the pool and resto. Was beautiful with an outdoor bathroom. Beautiful updated swimming pool and area with a pool bar for drinks & ordering lunch. Beautiful friendly helpful staff. Food was amazing, grounds lush and tidy. Very central location. 2 mins to garlic lane. 5 mins to the beach. Loved everything and I will be back.

We would definitley stay again!

Stayed in a one bedroom Villa (Moon Orchid) and loved it. The room was clean, aircon worked very well, the bed very comfortable and the pool was perfect. It was lovely and quiet but close to everything we needed.

There was a bit of confusion about getting the water changed in the jacuzzi after a few days of use but it was not an issue to just swim in the pool instead.

Absolutely nothing

Our room was mouldy When we entered the room the smell of mould was disgusting. They even had a dehumidifier running which told us they knew about the mould problem. The dehumidifier had flashing coloured lights - how could you even sleep in the room if you did risk staying. It looked like they had painted over the mould to try and disguise it. When we spoke to the staff about wanting to cancel our booking they just put their hands up in the air and said not our problem as we didn’t book direct with them. They just ignored us and the mould issue not concerned at all. How could they even offer this room to paying customers is beyond belief. Mould is a serious health hazard !!!!

Comfortable, close to beach, shops and restaurants!

The location is perfect! You can walk to the beach, shopping, restaurants! The rooms were neat tidy and spacious! The pool is huge! Staff accommodating.

The pool was being renovated on our second day there so we weren’t able to access it, however they gave us access to a private villa pool which had a bar set up for drinks and food. This wasn’t communicated through booking.com so we didn’t know until arrival but staff made sure we could still swim. Once renovated, the pool will be amazing as it’s so deep but also has shallow end for kiddos
