Would definitely stay there again. It felt like the 'old bali'. Loved it

I didn't have a working tv or toilet for 3 days . Lack of requested (many times). Eventually PAID for an upgrade to be able to have the basics. The upgrade was 10 out of 10

This place is so run down. We walked into our room to find the sink pulled apart. They offered us another room that was smaller and smellier. The bed they put in our room for our son had holes in the mattress and after 20 mins of trying to sleep he was covered in bits. At 11.30pm the air con died so we had another lot of work men in our room for about an hour. The next morning the sink is leaking again. I go and talk to the office and 6 hours later we were offered an upgrade. We had already moved out and left the rest of the stay empty.

It need maintenance, there was moho in one of the pools, the sunbath chairs had mold on the cushions and the outside aesthetic of the place is not great. You can tell they used old photos for the website . There are better cheaper options

Loved the pools and swim up bar.

Aircon don’t work and no one looked at it, complained and they moved us to another room. First beds squeak so loud. The blanket on the bed had holes in it. No shower curtain. Bathroom very dated. First lot of pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable, second set much better.

The location was probably the only redeeming quality of my stay.

The breakfast was standard.

I had no hot water for the first 2 days, eventually the staff gave me a key to another to have hot showers. Which meant i spent my time between 2 rooms. There was very little water pressure in the toilet, so no bidet and when I flushed the refuge just stayed in the bowel. I ended up with Bali belly, so it was a mess and the smell was poor. Maintenance came to fix it, but it did very little. The front desk staff appeared disinterested, which shows me that they were aware of an ongoing issue with the premises. If this is true, then senior management are responsible. The wifi was hit and miss at best.

Great location and goos for families

The location was great. The facilities you get what you pay for. Breaky included is the way to go. The rooms were a great size for families, would book again for sure. Our aircon wasnt great the first night so we ended up requesting to change rooms. We upgraded to a suit and it was perfect. The staff were very friendly.

The wifi wasnt great down where our room was, but it wasnt a huge issue.

Ok but wouldn’t return

We had to move rooms twice with an upgrade for the 3rd which was great but the first was very shabby with paint peeling & rust …the 2nd the tv didn’t work & then the toilet didn’t flush …the 3rd was lovely tho with a private pool shared with about 6 villa style rooms

The pool area very shabby & tired looking, the tennis court was all uneven & the tennis racquet given had a broken handle …they wanted to charge $10 but when I complained about the state of it & the racquet they didn’t ..the shower water had a saline taste to it & very little pressure

The location.

The property is very run down. The breakfast is awful and the security guard that was absolutely beating someone to a pulp that was already knocked out has made me feel to never in my life to go back here. I couldn’t wait to leave.

Loved our stay, great location, charming property.

Great location, beach front, great grounds and facilities. Older style Bali charm, rooms are basic but comfortable, if you don’t sweat the small stuff it’s a great stay. Room service available, restaurant overlooking the beach, direct access from restaurant to the beach. Amazing pool with swim-up bar, friendly and helpful staff.

The property, though in need of a major upgrade, is on the beach so that is a major plus. It is cheap so you must consider that. The grounds are beautiful and the staff here are always amazing. I have stayed here 8 times and its just a good location.

The owner seems to be spending money in all the wrong places. Statues and bad pool are tile choice . The pool still has a stain on the bottom where a big aglea bloom forced the closer back in 2019. There is so much potential here.

A lot, got 3 room changes within first 3 hours of staying here, the bath leaked the roof in bathroom had mould the staff where never really helpful always on there phone and not caring, bottles and drinks left everywhere very disappointed Cleaning the pool with chemicals as the pool is open making a oil slick across the top of the pool Had to ask 3 times to get towels in the room as they forgot to do it when room was cleaned Ran out of pool towels and the hotel was not busy The breakfast was not good at all everything thy should be cold was not it had a smell and it was just not a good experience
