Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. Great location on the beach with many small Warungs, beach bars close by, both along the beach and the road at the entry to the Melasti Resort. Small supermarket located next to the entry gate which carries most neccessities including alcohol and money changer.
I first stayed here around 30 years ago and of course it was in excellent condition. Now whilst I realise that over time things will deteriorate in the last few years it seems that the owners have decided to neglect or do the bare minimum with regards to general upkeep and maintenance of the facilities which is very obvious and a constant topic of discussion of guests. It's a shame really

The staff at Melasti are so lovely. The location is great.
The resort could use a little updating. We knew this when we booked but it is reflected in the price.

Hotel is fair, Its old I have been staying here for years. It could do with a revamp.
Great location staff are wonderful.
Facilities such as pool as chairs around the pool could do with a repair.

Location is great, room is large and comfortable and staff are very helpful and friendly.
Needs some major maintenance. The pool could use a good clean with more towels. It’s a real shame to see such a beautiful place being let go a little.
