Staff are lovely & very accommodating. Hotel: you get what you pay for. In its prime would have been a lovely hotel. Now it’s a bit worn, but gardens / pool well maintained. We had the family room & it’s very worn, yet lots of space. Sheets were clean but had old stains on them. Don’t bother with the breakfast. The hotel is ‘fine’ considering the price.

The Staff were always very helpful and friendly. However, when I arrived at the Hotel at 1:50am I was severely parched and there had be no bottled water provided - this is a minimum expectation. Disappointing on that front. Pool Pump turned off at night so water sitting “still” and not circulating. As a result, chose not to use the pool at all. Surrounding gardens were well maintained and look after. Rooms were a little old and possibly needs a repaint and fit out. For the price however, no complaints at all.

When we arrived at 1am it looked deserted, but in the light of day it was good, great pools, handy to lots of bars and restaurants, there are 27 TV channels, but 2 of them are Russian propaganda, which I found disgusting.

I didn’t like the fact we had to supply our bottles of water every day which can work out overall expensive there was no toaster or microwave the freezer in the bar fridge was frozen over so couldn’t buy iceream from shop and put in there In my opinion they really need to supply a toaster and microwave as of you bring left overs home from restaurants you can reheat and eat

I really liked this hotel ! 5 star for their breakfast, customer service, wifi runs smoothly & they do room clean up which is great! Their customer service was amazing we went in June & we had no complaint about it. Stayed for 4 nights then moved but we wished we went back & stayed for the rest of the trip. Will definitely come back here. Also the shops are near so nice & the staff are lovely here. Thank you Grand Sinar for your hospitality !!!

We went to another hotel. It took all week to get a refund and it really spoilt the holiday. The people who helped online at Expedia were fantastic but the fact that they were unable to contact the hotel for a refund seems strange when they book people to stay there.

Great place to stay!! We stayed 5 nights and plan to return for one extra night before our departure. The staff are super friendly and nice and always cleaning something around the property so everything is clean and tidy. It is an old building and the walls are not perfectly painted, but everything that matters was perfect... Great breakfast, clean rooms and facilities, amble hot water for showers, sparkling pools and great staff!!! We had a discrepancy with the booking, but it was managed appropriately. Our reservation showed the inclusion of breakfast, but their side of the booking did not. They allowed us to have breakfast for the first couple.days until they received communication from Expedia, and even when the decision wasn't clear they were still able to accomodate us and provide the breakfast as we had anticipated. Super convenient to everything the beach and a safe area. Looking forward to our return stay!!

We arrived late due toflufht delay 3-30am ao was dark woke up 9am then inspected our room,it was absolutely flilthy black mould on walls sink in bathrooom was ripped from wall curtains badly torn up and very dirty. Complained about our room ,they showed us another room but that was as bad as the 1st room, so we left and got another hotel for our 3week stay.

As they say you pay for what you get. But was not expecting it to be as bad as it was leaking floor water everywhere and moulded ceiling and Aircon not working I contacted their Admin Office, and they did change me to another room. On a Positive note, staff where accommodating was close to all the shops Beach and Restaurants in Legian.
