Breakfast was plain. Not enough selection. Rice was nice. The location was good that’s why we booked here. Gardens lovely. Not enough toilet paper in rooms. Staff were lovely and helpful. Bed was springy with dips.

My room was clean and large with good water pressure and a comfortable bed.
My room was directly next to the large pool bar and so it was very noisy in the afternoons so I would request a different room if I ever stay again.

Always a value stay at Grand Sinar Indah, we especially appreciated the small improvements to the rooms with new paint,air conditioners and comfortable mattresses. Staff are always accommodating and always make us feel welcome. The hotel is well located in Legian, quiet at night and has a well recommended spa on site.
No complaints.

Property was ok close to beach
The room was old and outdated mirrors were crap bathroom was very old and no where to put stuff
No where to eot room service as not a table or chair! No safe in room! Breakfast was the same every day and no variety very disappointed
