Fantastic family accomodation

Our family of 4 stayed here for 7 nights. We had excellent service throughout our stay from all the staff. Our girls loved the pools, the beach was a short walk away, and we found good food options, for a reasonable price close by. We had adjoining rooms that had plenty of space, were clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Bali.

Good stay

Is a 3 star hotel, away from busy streets yet is walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Staff are friendly. Thank Gd there is a bidet in the toilet. For the price point, it is certainly value for money. Do not expect excellent facilities and you'll surely enjoy the stay.

Barely could sleep on my first night. I can certainly tolerate the hard matress but the pillows are so hard too. Luckily they have soft pillows which you need to request at the reception. The bathroom is clean but very old. Hot water shower isn't instant, you need to let the tap runs for couple minutes for the hot water to come.

I was extremely happy with the room, the property and definitely the location.

I had a ground floor room towards the back of the property and opposite the pool (which was in the sun most of the day).

Water wasn't supplied to the room but they had water coolers which I used to fill up my bottles.

It’s great value plus has everything you need (WiFi, AC, housekeeping, bfast, money changer, secure storage, scooter parking), lovely staff (++) and good security.

It’s a little bit dated Walls aren’t sound proof But that doesn’t bother me, it’s a quiet enough to sleep well.

I would stay again despite a few negatives

The location is great. Staff are wonderful and helpful. Day spa was amazing. Highly recommend seeing the lovely ladies in there.

Walls are so thin I could hear the neighbors snoring. Neighbour’s had TV on full volume. Sleep was very disturbed. No consideration for others. Beds are very old and soft. No support. Place is old and showing signs of age.

Rooms need a freshen up, mattress was hard, pillow was like concrete. I booked 2 double rooms 5 months ago, then a week before we came I got a message saying only single beds were available!! I thought I could push them together so I agreed but unfortunately the beds could not be pushed together. I have a disability so this was not suitable and the fact they only told me a week before arrival was really disappointing… I was not happy!! We stayed one night instead of 6… I found better accommodation elsewhere

I didn't eat at the hotel preferring to try different places for breakfast and dinner. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I can't say I didn't like it but water not supplied for a cup of coffee on arrival was no big deal as there was a shop across the road. It was just the fact it was 11 or 11.30 at night.
