Staying here was unpleasant right from the second we walked in. After reconfirming my room requirement 3 times and being assured that’s what I was getting, I didn’t get it. There was no pool bar as advertised. No fridge that worked near the pool. It took over 30 minutes to get some towels. When we asked a basic question the answer was a straight out no, and they just kept walking. All of the staff were trainees so it’s not really their fault, I blame this terrible experience on poor management. I would never stay here again, nor would I recommend anyone else to stay here.

I enjoyed my stay here. It's a short walk to Double Six beach and lots of dining options right outside the door. My room was facing the street and there was a bar doing karaoke till about 11pm every night which was quite loud but I would (and probably will) stay here again.

Hotel staff are excellent, room was clean and well attended. A criticism would be the bedding wasn't the cleanest. One big criticism is the bar down stairs. The beer was constantly warm and you ran out of Bintangs 3 times in a 10 day stay , UNFORGIVABLE

We had an incredible stay at the Zest Legian Hotel! The staff were truly exceptional, always exceeding our expectations. The location was perfect, with restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance. The rooftop pool was a highlight, with plenty of lounges and umbrellas. The rooms were as expected for what I paid, clean and comfortable (bed on the softer side) good shower pressure and effective aircon. My friend and I opted for 2x balcony rooms, which proved very handy for drying wet swimmers, towels etc. Noise from neighbouring bars is unavoidable, Live music is usually heard until around 11:30pm. Some shower gel is provided and complimentary toothbrush/mini toothpaste, plus 2 small bottles of water, replaced daily. You will need to bring your own shampoo, hairdryer etc. The rooftop pool and impeccable friendly service make this budget hotel an absolute stand out. I will definitely be coming back ☺️ Thank you to all the staff for making my stay in Bali such an enjoyable one.

Great hotel and location, booked 4 rooms with breakfast for 4 nights, two rooms were upgraded which was great. Breakfast was a bit hot and miss, buffet for two morning then a la carte for the other two (with restrictions). If it’s your thing there’s nowhere to sun bathe, the roof to pool is totally covered and the bar isn’t open, wasn’t staffed when we were there. Rooms are clear and very well set out, balcony’s are tiny, only really usable for dry clothes, AC works well. Rooms at the rear of the hotel are better off you want to avoid any street/night noisie.

Loved the security of the property. It’s a bit tired, but the linen and room is clean and the beds very comfy. The noise initially from the karaoke across the road, but you get used to it and it finishes around 11. Good music tho! Great shopping and the pool is lovely with great views of beach and surrounds!

It was extremely noisy with my room facing directly to the charaoke restaurant so I barely got sleep and my room was covered in black mould in the walls above my bed!! Very disappointed!
