Walking distance to the beach and garlic lane shopping! Close to everything and a great affordable price. I even had a facial at the spa and she was lovely. I had a great experience.

Couldn't turn the tv volume down and people would go into the lift wet leaving water everywhere which was slippery. Tho that's more just due to crap people and not really the hotels fault.

You get what you pay for.

Pretty good location

It was very rundown. It was extremely noisy at night, didn’t get one full nights sleep there in 13 nights. You could hear people above you and either side of you. Breakfast wasn’t very good either.

the pool needs better access, this is a major flaw. maybe even add poolside bar service. The rooms allow noise, constant furniture being dragged around from the room above during the night.

A fantastic hotel for the price, I ended up extending my stay 3 times because of the pool side room, fabulous staff that are very friendly and do a wonderful job. Location is central to all venues. I’ll be back.

There breakfast gave me Bali Belly…. Bathroom wasn’t that clean. And oh my god there hotel is so close to the road good luck getting so sleep before midnight as all you can hear is 1,000,000 scooters driving past. Oh and the other guests especially Indonesian kids are loud as hell

Disappointing

Maybe the location.

The room was noisy from the pool side and the corridor. Cleaners and guests slamming doors all day. Bathroom was disgusting. After shower the bathroom would smell and was not cleaned properly. I requested a balcony room and didn't not get one. Staff were not the most friendliest and often seem disengaged. Breakfast was below average

Exceptional value for money with amazing staff

The hotel was located in the border of Legian and Kuta. All facilities and rooms were very clean. Breakfast was well catered with a variety of options. All staff are wonderful; polite to speak to and very helpful.

The room were aged and in need of renovations. Having tiled hallways leading to the rooms you could hear people coming and going easily. Especially when they’re returning from a night out in the early hours of the morning.

Location was great. Staff were amazing. Pool was great for the kids as it's only 1.4m deep. Interconnected room was great for our family. They even added an extra bed in the room as we were a family of 5 not 4. Breakfast was basic but good enough.

Beds weren't very comfy. Shower was ridiculously small. No balcony, so couldn't sit outside unless we went down to reception. Could hear every noise of occupants above us, chairs scraping etc.

Location was good. The room was reasonable Nothing else was acceptable.

Almost everything. The bed creaked and was most uncomfortable The pillows were old and lumpy The room was very noisy we could hear everything from above and adjoining rooms. The pool was cold. There was no where to lay down near the pool. When we tried to cancel our booking the hotel told us to contact booking.com I never received a response to my emails to the hotel or from booking.com Will never use booking. Com again In fact I have already deleted the app.

Enjoyed our stay at the Sun. Great location.

The Sun is in a fantastic location. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Buffet breakfast was good, meant we didn't need to eat out. There is a laundry service across the road. Plenty of restaurant options, shopping and walking distance to the beach. Circle Ks and Minimarts all along the street. The kids single beds were comfortable. We had a interconnecting room which was great.

The pool was nice on a hot day but it gets little to no sun, so it's actually freezing cold. No sun lounges. The WiFi was not great in our room, unless you were at the pool/reception. TV, don't bother. Take a laptop for netflix etc. Double bed mattress was hard.

Rooms were comfy, beds good. Shower/toilet small but adequate. Definitely need a balcony if staying here just to relax on. Restaurant/Bar was good, food we had was delish.

The pool. No sunlight or very very little. The pool itself was adequate but no sun no lounges and just too cold. Without sun it needs to be heated, a rare request in Bali!
