Great value for $$$ - great location if wanting to stay in central Legian- everything within walkin

Close proximity to all places of interest for me and extended family- as we walk everywhere and taxis were a short / cheap experiencr. Als note Yogis overbthe road had great value for money food/drink😁😄

Great for one or two nights if you are in Legian.

It was my third or fourth time staying here. Staff is friendly, it’s in a busy area yet on a quite street so you can have good sleep. Aircon is good. It’s clean, bed is comfy. Ryan was very helpful and he was amazing.

Good location close to beach was the only good thing.

Give 1 roll of toilet paper . No spare rolls a room full of girls doesn’t last long. Bed rock hard No pool / beach towels

It’s 3 AM and the rooster still won’t stop!!!

I came from Australia expecting at least basic comfort, but Siesta Hotel was a big let-down. Staff hardly understand basic English, which made even simple requests frustrating. My first room’s air-con broke after I’d unpacked, so I had to move – very inconvenient. In the second room, the window wouldn’t close, so bugs kept coming in, and every time I blocked it with a towel, staff removed it. The fridge made constant noise, and a rooster outside crowed all day and night – it’s now 3 AM and I still can’t sleep. The beds are extremely uncomfortable – feels like sleeping on wooden cardboard. Staff did help open a water bottle for me, but it took ages to explain what I needed. My friends’ daughter wasn’t allowed a pool towel and their room of four only ever got two towels. Great location, but honestly that’s the only good thing. Everything else was uncomfortable, noisy, and stressful. Not worth it.

Disappointed Siesta

The bed & pillows are comfortable

Very poor breakfast selections and quality of what was available was poor and tasteless. There is no separation between the swimming pool and the dining area. Sheets even though they were clean had tattoo ink stains on them. The hotel towels are long overdue for replacement, some had holes or where torn.

Comfortable budget stay

It was a very handy location just off the main strip of Legian. The staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was yummy

The rooms needed more maintenance. The hot water tap did not work on our shower and neither did the safe in our children's room

The bed was hard and uncomfortable. My pillow was just pieces of foam. The air con didn't work properly and we were terribly hot. The fridge was hot and didn't work. The sink dripped into a bucket of water.

The bed was quite hard although for the amount I paid per night I can’t really complain! My safe didn’t work so I used my friends. Rooms were clean and tidy just a bit dated.

Nice hotel and good value, but noisy and very poor wifi.

The positives are price, cleanliness, helpful staff and a central location.

Two significant issues were excess noise and very poor wifi. The noise sources in my room were from barking dogs in the vicinity, construction noise in the adjacent room, and the air conditioning. I was originally booked into a room on the 4th floor and found the wifi almost unusable so I moved the second floor. The wifi was initially much better in the second floor room, but then began working only intermittently. About 50% of the time the wifi would be so slow that internet use was impossible.

Black Mould in rooms, poor cleanliness, unhelpful staff, terrible shower pressure with no hot water.

Management needs to organise a maintenance program, OA shower not working, hot water, , basin plug not working, wifi comes in and out, had to go else where to get good connection, at end no hot water at all, not offered a room with water, told all rooms had no water, then found I was in one of 5 rooms without water so I insisted a change to room with water, with change realised I had never had adequate water supply, o/a to room found safe not working, batteries in safe ,clearly not working, you need an efficient maintenance program so clients r not experiencing problems OA , Customers want everything to work O/A

Hidden Gem

This is such a hidden gem! Can't beat it for price.

The pool is pretty much in the lobby and half under cover. If you are looking for a hotel to laze by the pool, this probably isn't the best choice, but for price, location and comfort I can't fault it

Good Value

The room was pretty big, clean, air conditioning worked very well and the shower had good hot water. Was in a good location near enough to an Alfa mart, enough parking available if you have a car or bike. Staff very friendly. Water provided plus a fridge to chill it and you can make tea & coffee. There was soap in the shower but no shampoo or conditioner. Shower cap, tooth brush and paste provided too. Overall its good value

WiFi was very poor and kept dropping in and out, would not be good for someone needing it for work. Had a connected room separated by a locked door but this was not as soundproof as a wall. Had someone next door for only 4/10 nights but you could easily hear what was going on next door when someone was in.

The value for money and quality of staff customer service was on point! I loved my room, and the staff kept it clean. The AC was great, even sometimes had to turn it off because it worked so well. I asked a lot of the reception staff during my stay- like holding my laundry for me and passing onto Laundry service pick up etc. And they obliged no problems. It was a great stay overall.

The only negative for me was the wifi, it wasn't useable. Could only receive delayed messages- was not able to download my study materials for Uni, or use Instagram/anything with video content.

it was a nice stay

it’s on a quite street. rooms look same as pics. staff is very friendly and way polite. has a lift so you can park your bike in the basement and get a lift to your room. bed is very comfortable. housekeeping staff cleans your room everyday, although I got it cleaned only twice during my 8 days stay as I was by my self. aircon works fine. it’s a great place for the price you pay. will come back

my room wasn’t ready although I got there around 1600 hours. no hand soap or hand towels in the bathroom so had to use bath towel and shower dispense soap which was ok for me. hotel needs to update its room facilities as a lot of stuff mentioned on the list wasn’t available in the room. for example - flip flops, hair dryer, etc etc.

Restaurant wasn't open except for breakfast and then only towards the end of our stay No bar They booked the dinning area the pool the smoking area and the sitting area out to a private group so stay in your room or sit out the front in the street and it was the only time the restaurant opened at night We stayed 15 nights had to ask for clean towels and linen

Unacceptable too accept my booking not to offer no refund

booked a room for three people for 6 nights they accepted my booking but they did not have a room available my son had to sleep on the floor no fold up mattress no cushion available they did give us two blankets to use for a mattress, I asked for a refund which they refused they said to take it up with booking.com. Every day when they cleaned our room they would only replace two of the three towels that was needed everyday I would have to go to reception to get an extra towel, one would think after the 4th night they would get it right but no.
