Loved my stay at Bintang Bali

Lovely resort with big garden area . Well maintained with lush green trees . Loved the large swimming pool . Great location near the beach . Staff were friendly and so helpful . Dewa and Teresa from the front desk , Mitha at the swimming pool counter and all the other staff members were great too . Keep up the good work .

Needs more bench space or folding stand to put a second suitcase. Also I didn’t like the kettle tucked inside the cupboard . Minor things that were not a deal breaker .

The staff was outstanding.

Room 1111, the toilet leaks. The room had dusty spots.

Good layout, close to airport, the bartender at the pool was great,

Room are not cleaned well, breakfast gets boring after a few days, egg station very busy and wait time is too long. Beach area needs attention, big long black pipe on beach is unappealing and hotel does not mention this when booking.

A very nice Resort

We went to the hotel twice. The first time breakfast was included but the second Time it wasn't so we ate out and found a nice cafe a short walking distance away.

Great place to stay

Nice resort. Good location. Nice rooms. Great staff. Everything I needed was available.

Too much trash on the beach. AC had a hard time cooling the temp down to 21°c, but it kept it around 22.5 which was good. I would recommend adding some thin bed sheets to the bed as the comforter made it a bit too warm when sleeping.

it was awesome! probably the best hotel i’ve stayed in . its my first time in bali and they definitely made it special. i loved the architecture and statues everywhere. oh my god the staff are the kindest people too…. i truely recommend this place . the breakfast is lovely too

there isn’t anything really bad about this place but i suppose i wish drinking water was more accessible ( and cold) ( eg, maybe a water filter in the room?) as you only can get a certain amount free per day. water is inexpensive though so it’s no big deal. The food from the wharf restaurant was eh but that is up to personal preference. However i wanna reiterate that this place is so very good and has no real problems.

It’s a very nice resort that needs a little maintenance.

The property is beautiful with lush gardens and a great pool. It’s in a great location with everything close by.

We had to change rooms due to the air-conditioner in our first room not working properly. The second room they moved us to it was not much better. The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor.

Fun, large resort in the perfect location if you like the busy part of Bali

The location and scale of the facility, what a fun place! We would come back.

The air conditioning on the room was too cold when it worked but failed at one point. I think we will get a more expensive room next time. Otherwise very comfortable though.

I will never re book th is hotel again .

There were a lot of cockroaches in and around the room. The breakfast buffet was terrible. I made an appointment with a friend for the hotel's SPA, a 1-hour facial and a 30-minute foot massage. The staff told us to change clothes. We walked out the hallway with our clothes in our hands and towels wrapped around us. They arranged for us to have our faces cleaned and get haircuts with other men in the public. I fell like we are Animal, the people through window see us, mix together with 5 clients in foot massage and hair treatment.

Pool was great. Really clean rooms. Friendly staff (thanks to Angga Purbaya who was lovely and helpful). Great breaky for kids looking for buffet. Liked the walk along beach path to shops, it was off main road and beautiful gardens.

Pillows a bit lumpy and toilet was hard to flush.

The kids liked the pool without the swim up bar. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We needed to be near the airport so the location was convenient.

Everything felt quite dated and run down. I didn’t see any advice prior to booking about the construction going on at the moment. While the pool was good, the lounge chairs felt tacky and it was disappointing how early the pool closed. We walked past many other resorts making better use of their facilities in the evening and creating a fun vibe for guests. The bathroom felt very run down and even had some mould around the soap shelf. The buffet breakfast was quite disappointing. Not a lot of variety and items were left out in the heat which made them unappetising.

good Hotel

The hotel has an excellent location and a beautiful private beach. From 7 to 10 p.m., there is a dance and theater show with a buffet dinner that offers good food options. The swimming pool is lovely, the garden is large and nice, and everything is easy to access.

The toilet was old and leaking, and as someone who cares about the environment, the waste of water was really disturbing for me. Also, you had to hold the flush button for five seconds to make it work, which was very tiring and unpleasant. I sometimes saw big ants on the floor of the room, but they never came onto the bed. The breakfast was not at the level of a five-star resort; the options were limited, and for example, there were no olives, pickles, and so on. Also, in a tropical country, it is expected to serve some new tropical fruits every day, but every day they only served papaya, watermelon, and honeydew melon.

Room was basic but perfectly comfortable and cleaned very well. Located is perfect right on the beach

bit dated but still a lovely hotel. The service at the pool bar was exceptionally slow. At some point they looked at you and then ignored you. The pool is lovely and spacious but lacking in sunbeds. Not enough for all guests and people sat on the floor when you have all that lovely space and same for beach

Big hotel great pool good location but construction was happening not advised when booking

Breakfast was good with lots of options. Location was central to Kuta

The hotel did not disclose at time of booking that there was construction happening right next to the pool area - lots of noise most days - not ideal when you are trying to relax on Holliday. The hotel did not respond to my messages about the construction when at the hotel. 😔

- we had to change 2 times from room because the airconditioning did not work well. After talking with manager he was so friendly to help and look for another room. - breakfast. The refilling proces was not automatically and I have to ask several times to refill drink or food because it is empty. For a 5 star hotel, that service could be better. Food was okay but not all was 5 star. - old rooms should be renovated
