Staff friendly and helpful. Good food at restaurant however you can get cheap meals outside of hotel. The hotel hosted weddings on both nights of our stay. It was like we were sleeping at a night club the base was so loud till 10pm. sound testing during the day which meant our 1hr massage at tea spa wasn’t relaxing. Also the grass area was a construction site for set up during one of the days. The bunk bed room was perfect for the 2A and 2k.

The hotel is great it’s better than the pictures Very clean the rooms cleans everyday The buffet breakfast was amazing lots of options western and Indonesian and Indian so there is something for everyone The outstanding people in the hotel is the high light of the hotel everyone is very friendly and helpful the offer the help without even asking even in the buffet breakfast they offer to get you anything The only let down we had dinner at the breakfast restaurant which was very bland in the taste and very small portions for the price we did not enjoy it at all. There are 2 pools, a pool with a pool bar and a kids pool side to side The hotel not offering any entertainment They have kids club we didn’t use, they had table tennis and pool table The hole is only like 5-10 minutes away from airport the street where the hotel is is full of shops cafes and restaurants, supermarkets and massage all walking distance with the same street and close to 2 shopping centres walking distance about 1-2km I really appreciate the people in this hotel for their smile support and willingness to help at any time Out flight arrived early around 10:30am our rooms were ready and we checked in straight as we arrive no extra charges thank you In our last day or flight was late at 7pm they allowed us to check out at 1pm and stay use the pool until 5pm and offered us to take a shower and change at the spa before we leave Our air port transport was offered free by the hotel, we will come

The staff is so nice. They make us feel super welcomed. The checkout time is 11 am but our flight is 11pm. They even gave us a temporary room for free to stay. They also have the complementary taxi pick up and drop off to the airport. The kids love the pool and games. Hotel is super close to waterbom. We also like hotel Envy restaurant and deserts from Palms. Really recommend this hotel.

We were presently surprised with our stay, the room was nice and big, I requested a rollaway bed and the staff delivered a really comfortable bed very quickly. The staff were so efficient. The food was great, we loved the restaurant by the beach, great food, the Sunday night DJ was great. We are a family of 4 from Perth and loved it.

The room was excellent. Big and clean. The staff was so friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be that the beach was filled with trash and not private. The floors around the hotel were also super slippery. I fell and hurt my knee. But all in all, a great place.

Impressive property very much suited to families with young children, beautiful buffet breakfast with a huge range of food options, great kids club and attentive staff in all areas. Room was cleaned daily and was immaculate. Lovely food in both restaurants 24 hour room service. The spa is outstanding and still reasonably priced. Easy access to beach and beach path with Kuta an easy 20 minute walk. Big grassy area for kids to run around play football two swimming pools and pool bar Laundry service and gym available ( however I did not use these services) Airport transfer available.

Hotel was great. The staff was super nice and helpful. Things could be taken care of beeter in tge room, but you do t spend much time inside so its not a huge deal. Food was excellent and breakfast buffet was always good with tons of options. There is a beach/bike path right in front that you can use to walk all along the beach and go to the mall and hotel restaurants. I like the hotel so much, it is my second time there this year. Highly recommend this hotel.

This place looks like a nice bunker for people who are afraid of exploring the island. The staff is nice and always ready to help. The pool and gardens look very nice and the resort is clean but there is non-stop background pop music being played by the outdoor pool which doesn't make it a relaxing place. Bedrooms are spacious and clean but you hear everything that happens outside your room (people walking by, talking, kids playing, people pushing/pulling a cart,...). So again, not relaxing. Last but not least, I ordered food delivered to my room twice (dinner and breakfast) and the food was either bad or very average. I was expecting much better from this type of resort. If management could find a way to create some "quiet areas" and also reduce the noise outside of the rooms it would make a big difference.

We love our room 6102, it’s huge, clean and the most important thing is the AC works properly. There were odd situation when the radio suddenly would turn on at around 2-3 in the morning. It’s odd but nah probably it’s timer. Someone needs to turn off the timer.

Just the best place to have a family holiday. I went there with family for my 40th birthday and I have zero complaints to make. Everyone was just so lovely, the food was exceptional, the swim up bar was awesome, the general cleanliness of the hotel and grounds was above amazing. We enjoyed our stay so much, when we come back, we will not go anywhere else, period! Thank you for looking after us so well, Holiday Inn Baruna Bali. Cheers!!
